INSTALLATION PROCEDURES

Insert into the tube

Step1

Insert the small tube into the large tube, and adjust the insertion dis. according to the required length. The upper and lower sets of tubes same.

Step2

Insert the assembled horizontal pipe into the column according to the position of the small convex at both ends, and connect it firmly with and install the upper and lower two groups of pipes as well.

Step3

Width adjustment range:

① 36^ - 60^
② 40" - 72"
③ 60" - 96"

The width of the upper and lower horizontal pipes can be adjusted to different lengths of the wooden bars. As shown in the figure, put the wooden bars of the appropriate length into the clamping position, pres wooden bars in the middle of the two columns, and adjust the door become square. First fasten the two ends of the wooden bars with s and then securely connect the wooden bars with the horizontal pipes screw D.

Step4

Attach the hinges to the door post as shown, then attach the assem door to the hinges.

Step5

Install the latch fitting to the gate with screw

1. Close the gate and center the latch.
2. Mark the screw holes, drill four pilot holes the latch and two holes for the bar.
   3.Install latch bar with screw F, install latch screw G.
3. Drill a hole in the post and attach a wire to the latch to the ring, as shown on the right.
