First Time Usage

1. Preparing a tool for first time operation

Please read and adhere to these Operating Instructions before using the tool. Fundamental safety precautions must always be rigorously observed to prevent damage to the equipment and to ensure the personal safety of the user as others working in the vicinity of the operation.

2. Connection to the compressed air system

Ensure that the pressure provided by the compressed air system does not set the maximum permissible pressure of the fastener driving tool. Initially, set the pressure to the lower end of the recommended allowable pressure range (ref: TECHNICAL DATA).

HOW TO GET STARTED

Step 1. Choose the suitable shovel and position it within the machine.

Step 2. Those who follow the trend should tighten the shock-absorbing spring enter the innermost part of the Machine.

Step 3. Determine the required installation of the air connector, Install the air connector and oil injector

NOTE: The product boasts three distinct types of air connectors, specifically designed to accommodate European, American, and Australian styles. Additiona the necessity of an oil injector can be ascertained based on the actual usage scenario.

\* Oil Injector Installation

As shown in the figure, install the oil injector and the air connector in sequence

1. Loosen the screws of the oil injected

2. Add lubricating oil

NOTE: The lubricating oil, accessories, and tools specified in the operation instructions, excluding those items listed in the accessories list, must be proc by the customer independently.

Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Disconnect the tool from the compressor prior to making any adjustments, clearing jams, performing servicing and maintenance, relocating, and during periods of non-operation.
2. Regular lubrication is essential. If your tool is not equipped with an in-line automatic oiler, add 2 or 6 drops of pneumatic tool oil into the air inlet before workday or after 2 hours of continuous use, depending on the characteristics of workpiece or the type of fasteners being used.
3. Air-operated tools must be inspected regularly, and any worn or broken pa must be replaced to ensure the tool operates safely and efficiently. Check an replace all damaged O-rings, seals, etc. Tighten all screws and caps to prevent personal injury. This maintenance should be performed by a qualified expert..
4. Make regular inspection for free movement of trigger, spring and Air nozzl assure safe system is complete and functional: no loose and missing parts, r building or stocking parts.
5. Keep magazine and nose of tool clean and free of any dirt lint or abras particles.
