How to assemble the stuffing tubes?

Choose the appropriate tube (15, 21, 30 or 37 mm). Insert it into the fixed collar, tighten slowly on the barrel, then press the packaging tube to lock it.

How to use the machine?

Place the foot pedal on the floor, turn on the red switch, then raise the piston with the black switch. Tilt the cylinder to put the meat, put it back in place, lower the piston with the DOWN switch and press the pedal. Adjust speed with the side knob.

What are the safety features?

The machine stops automatically at the end of the piston stroke. Do not put fingers in moving parts. Unplug before cleaning.

How to clean the appliance?

Always unplug. Remove all parts in contact with the sausage, wash them with soapy water or in the dishwasher. Wipe fixed parts with a cloth. Lubricate gears.

What to do if the piston goes down too fast?

Use the speed controller (knob) on the side of the electric box to adjust the speed to a slower level.

Can we use casings of different sizes?

Yes, the kit includes 4 tubes of diameters 15, 21, 30 and 37 mm for various sausage casings (saumon, merguez, chipolatas).

Does the machine stop automatically?

Yes, when the piston reaches the bottom of the cylinder, the machine stops automatically. You then need to raise the piston using the REVERSE switch.

How to maintain the machine to extend its lifespan?

After each use, thoroughly clean all parts. Regularly lubricate moving parts and gears. Store in a dry place.

What types of meat can be used?

The machine is designed for minced meat, ideal for making homemade sausages from pork, beef, poultry, etc.

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

1. Choose a workbench with a suitable height and make sure you have enough room for operation.
2. Assemble the stuffing tube. Four sizes of stuffing tubes have been provided with the unit (diameters are 15mm, 21mm, 30mm, and 37mm). Choose an appropriate tube and carefully insert it into the fixed collar, slowly tighten it onto the barrel, press down on the packing tube, and ensure it has been stuck and locked.

OPERATION

1. Place the pedal in a dry position. 2. Switch ON the power supply, and set the on-off switch (red) to ON. 3. Turn the REVERSE switch (black) UP and let the piston move to the top. 4. Tilt the cylinder and place it into the cylinder.
2. Place the cylinder back on the frame.
3. Turn the REVERSE switch (black) to DOWN and push the lower side of the footpad. The piston will start to drop. 7. If the piston drops too fast or too slow, use the speed controller (knob) on the side of the electric box to adjust to the appropriate speed.
4. When filling the housing, remove the foot from the pad and the piston stops. 9. When the piston moves down to the bottom of the cylinder, the device will stop automatically. Then turn the REVERSE switch (black) to lift the piston to the top. 10. Repeat the process from 4 if necessary.
