How to assemble the filling tube?

Choose the appropriate tube (available diameters: 1.6 / 2.2 / 3.2 / 3.8 mm). Insert it into the fixed collar, slowly tighten on the barrel, then push the tube until it is securely fixed and locked.

How to start the piston to push the meat?

Turn the reverse switch to UP to raise the piston, then tilt the cylinder and place the meat. Replace the cylinder, turn the switch to DOWN and press the pedal. The piston descends. Use the speed button to adjust the descent.

What to do if the piston descends too fast or too slow?

Use the speed adjustment knob (speed control) to adjust the descent speed. Turn it to slow down or speed up as needed.

How to reverse the direction of the piston?

Use the reverse switch: turn it to UP to raise the piston, to DOWN to lower it. This allows unloading or repositioning the piston.

Does the appliance stop automatically at the end of travel?

Yes, when the piston reaches the bottom of the cylinder, the appliance stops automatically. You must then turn the switch to UP to raise the piston.

How to clean the machine after use?

BEFORE CONNECTING TO POWER

Before connecting to the power, recheck that the type of supply and mains voltage match the details given on the rating label of the appliance.

When using for the first time, rip off all wrapping paper and plastic, and clean the fittings.

PRODUCT DETAILS

ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION

1. Choose a workbench with a suitable height and make sure you have enough room for operation.
2. Assemble the stuffing tube. Four sizes of stuffing tubes have been provided with the unit (diameters are 16mm, 22mm, 32mm and 38mm). Choose an appropriate tube and carefully insert it into the fixed collar, slowly tighten it onto the barrel, press down on the packing tube, and ensure it has been stuck and locked.

HOW TO USE

1. Place the foot pad in a dry position.
2. Connect electrical power.
3. Turn reverse switch to UP, let the piston move to the top.
4. Tilt the cylinder and place meat in cylinder.
5. Place the cylinder back on to the frame.
6. Turn REVERSE switch to DOWN and push the down side of the first so the Gpiston will start to come down.
7. If the piston is corning down too fast or too slow, use the speed (knob) to adjust to appropriate speed.
8. While filling the casing, remove your foot from the foot pad and the willstop.
9. When the piston moves down on the bottom of the cylinder, the ap will0stop automatically. Then turn REVERSE switch to UP to raise the piston to thetop.
10. Repeat above process starting at No.4 if necessary.

REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE

1. Please unplug the power supply before cleaning.
2. Remove and clean all parts that come in contact with the sausage.
3. Wipe non-removable parts with a cloth to remove bacteria.
4. Lubricate moving parts and gears to extend product life.
5. Do not use corrosive or abrasive detergents for cleaning.
6. Store the machine in a dry, clean and secure place.
