• Smoking or flammable and explosive substances cannot be separated
• Please do not use in places with flammable and explosive gases.
• Do not let children get close to the cyclone separator.
• Some dust may be toxic or cause allergic reactions.
• Do not introduce sparks or ignition sources into the cyclone separate
• Fire extinguishers should be always ready next to the separator.
• Do not dispose of collected dust casually.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the bottom casters of the collection bucket, as shown in the diagram, using a wrench to assist in installation (can be ignored if the no collection bucket)

1. Place the sealing gasket between the bucket cover and the cyclon separator, secure it with four screws (ignore those without a collection bucket), and tighten it with a wrench as shown in the figure

1. Tighten the three buckles, complete the installation of the main bo turn the 4-inch to 2-inch diameter, and wrap the sealing tape around

1. Installation of PU tube and interface.

Place the Clamp onto the PU tube and insert it into the interface. T with a cross screwdriver

1. Flexible and versatile interfaces

Can be used for 4 inches, 2 inches, and 1.5 inches, and can be used to household vacuum cleaners, industrial vacuum cleaners, and woodworking vacuum cleaners

The air volume value needs to be greater than 50cfm to ensure the separation effect

FAULT DIAGNOSIS AND HANDLING METHODS

Fault	Cause analysis	Processing method
Loose hose	Loose connection	Each manufacturer has an error in the diameter of those, which can be fixed wrapping a sealing strip around the interface and then using clamps
The material does not fall due to rotation	Balance of gravity and centrifugal force for large particle materials	Cutting off the airflow or restarting will cause the material to fall
Low air volume	System blockage	Clean the dust collector fi elementCheck if the pipeline is blocked
Poor separation	Leakage in the bucke or low air volume in vacuum cleaner	1. Check if there are any leaks in the separator and collection bucket2. Clean the vacuum cleaner
