How to install the SKL400 cyclone separator?

Start by installing the casters under the 50 L bucket using the provided wrench. Place the sealing gasket between the bucket lid and the separator, then secure with the four M8 screws. Tighten the three lid buckles. Wrap the sealing tape around the diameter reducer (4 inches to 2 inches) and insert it into the separator opening. Connect the 2 m PU tube using the corresponding clamps.

What types of vacuum cleaners are compatible?

The SKL400 is compatible with household, industrial, and woodworking vacuum cleaners, provided the airflow is above 50 CFM. The included adapters allow connecting hoses of 4 inches, 2 inches, and 1.5 inches.

Why doesn't the dust fall into the bucket?

This may be due to an imbalance between gravity and centrifugal force for large particles. Cut off the airflow or restart the vacuum to drop the materials. Also ensure the airflow is sufficient (>50 CFM) and the system is not obstructed.

How to resolve air leaks?

Check all connections: if a hose is loose, wrap sealing tape around the interface and tighten with clamps. Ensure the gasket between the lid and separator is properly in place and that the screws are tight.

The bucket deforms under suction, what to do?

Check that the separator intake hole is not obstructed. A blocked hose can create excessive vacuum. Clean the vacuum filter and check the entire air circuit.

Can I use the separator with hazardous substances?

No. Toxic, flammable, or explosive substances must not be separated. Do not use the device in environments containing flammable gases. Some dusts may be toxic or allergenic.

What is the capacity of the collection bucket?

The bucket provided with the SKL400 model has a capacity of 50 liters. It is equipped with casters for easy movement.

How to clean the cyclone separator?

Regularly empty the collection bucket. Clean your vacuum filter to maintain good airflow. Wipe exterior surfaces with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the separator in water.

What to do if airflow is insufficient?

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Install the bottom casters of the collection bucket, as shown in the diagram, using a wrench to assist in installation (can be ignored if there is no collection bucket).

1. Place the sealing gasket between the bucket cover and the cyclone separator, secure it with four screws (ignore those without a collection bucket), and tighten it with a wrench as shown in the figure.

1. Tighten the three buckles, complete the installation of the main body, turn the 4-inch to 2-inch diameter, and wrap the sealing tape around.
