SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
WARNING
- Do not use the ratchet power puller when the vehicle is in gear the "P" (parking brake) position, this may damage the vehicle's transmission.
- Before use, the cable should be straightened out and should not twisted to avoid breaking the rope.
- Keep hands, clothing, hair, and jewelry clear of the cable/gear when using the ratchet power puller.
- Do not wrap the cable around the load and do not hook the load directly onto the cable. This could damage the load and twist or the cable.
- Do not use the ratchet power puller if the cable is frayed, twisted damaged.
- Do not allow anyone to stand near the cable/in the cable pulling line/behind the hand puller while it is on.
- Never pass over hand puller or steel cable during use.
- Against the parameter table, do not overload fracture tension!
- Never use other levers or tubes to put force on the tightener har
- It is prohibited to subject the wire tightener to sudden shock load energy.
- It is prohibited to let the wire rope over/close to or around the sharp corner, which will cause the wire rope to be cut off.
- The product is solely for pulling purposes on loads or to pull tw cables together within the product's own technical specs.
- The product is not intended for hauling floating vessels, nor not professional and/or industrial applications.
- Do not use the ratchet power puller for hoisting or lifting operation for this type of application hoists must comply with particular safe requirements.
- The ratchet power puller shown in this operation manual is not intended for the transportation of persons.

OPERATION
CHECK THE HAND PULLER CAREFULLY BEFORE USING IT !
Suggestion: The best way to get acquainted with how the hand operates is to carry out a few test runs before you actually use i
Note: It may be difficult to pull out the rope if it is fully packed reserve an appropriate length outside!
Step 1: Switch the pawl spring to upper unlock position in order to release the pawl.

Flip up to unlocStep 2: Flip the handle to the opposite side, hold the trigger simultaneously, the wire rope can be pulled out.

Flip down to lockStep 4: The wire rope will be retracted when you push and pull handle back and forth.

MAINTENANCE
- Lubricate the wire rope regularly and check for wear and broken
- Be sure to wipe the product with a dry cloth after use in harsh-ments, such as bad weather or by the sea.
