SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING

Read all warnings, instructions, illustrations and specifications provided with folding stand and the tool be mounted onto the stand. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or serious injury. Save all warnings and instructions for future reference.

WARNING

The folding stand is intended for mounting DEWALT table saw DCS7485、DCS7485T1、DWE7485、DWE7491RS and VEVOR table saw M1H-ZP7-254A-1、WTS210F.

- Future DEWALT power tools may be compatible with this stand,It can also adapt to various brands of table saws in the market. Please refer to the power tool's owner manual to confirm compatibility.

- The support legs must have the adjustable legs fully assembled before mounting the tool.

· Assemble the folding stand as instructed before mounting the tool. Prop assembly is important to prevent the risk of a collapse of the stand.

- Do not modify the folding stand or use it for any purpose for which it intended.

- Disconnect the tool from power source before assembling or making adjustments.

. Unintentional activation of the tool is the cause of many accidents.

·Always confirm the tool is mounted securely and is stable before use. Perform a dry run of the cutting operation just to make sure that no problems will occur when the cut is made. If the tool slips on the sta can lead to loss of control and possible injury.

- Before operating the tool, securely fasten the tool to the stand. The er unit must be placed on a solid, level surface.

Do not open or close the stand with tool mounted.

- Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accid

· Do not overload the stand and do not use it as a ladder or scaffold in Overloading or standing on the stand can lead to tipping over.

· Before operating or transporting, make sure that all fasteners are firmly tightened.

- Loose connections can lead to instability and inaccurate cutting.

- Ensure that long and heavy work pieces do not affect the balance of stand. Long and/or heavy work pieces must be supported at the free

UNPACKING

Carefully unpack all parts as illustrated in Fig. 2 from the carton. Examin parts to make sure that parts have not been damaged during shipping. If parts are missing or damaged, contact your dealer to replace them before attempting to assemble the stand.

ASSEMBLING THE SUPPORT

a. Loosen and remove the wing nut- and- bolt sets preinstalled on the latches .The current size of the packaging bracket is shown in Figure
b. There are three sizes for bracket design, as shown in Figure A, Fig and Figure C. Users can choose the appropriate bracket according to specifications of the table saw.

c. If you need to install brackets according to the dimensions shown in Figure B and Figure C, you need to follow these steps: loosen the nut of A1 and remove the plastic washer and M8 screw. Install them hole B1 or C1 according to your needs, first thread the M8 screw th the outer steel pipe, add the plastic washer, and then thread it through inner steel pipe, and tighten the nylon nut(Diagram D).Install the bolt the other side using the same operation.

ATTACHING THE CROSS BARS

a. Loosen and remove the wing bolts preinstalled on the stand assembly

b. Place the cross bar onto the stand assembly, Select A2/B2/C2 hole positions according to your needs

c. align the holes on the bars with the holes on the stand assembly Secure the cross bar to the stand assembly using 2 wing bolts.

d. Secure the cross bar to the stand assembly using 2 wing bolts.

e. Flip the stand and attach the other crossbar on the other side in the same way.

ASSEMBLING THE ADJUSTABLE LEGS

a. Loosen and remove the wing nut-and-bolt sets pre-installed on the star assembly (Fig. 2).

b. Insert the four adjustable legs into the matching opening in the stand assembly. Make sure that the adjustable leg marked 'A' is inserted into the opening marked 'A', 'B' into 'B', 'C' into 'C', and 'D' into 'D'.

NOTICE All four adjustable legs must "bend" outwards.

c. Align the holes on the sides of each adjustable leg with the holes in assembly.

d. Secure each adjustable leg to the stand assembly using the wing nut-and-bolt sets.

NOTE: The bolts have square necks. Make sure the square necks fit into square holes in the stand assembly.

The height of the folding stand can be adjusted using one of the two h each adjustable leg.

TIP: The stand may be uneven at first – do not tighten the wing nuts or legs right away. Securely tighten the four wing nuts once the adjustable legs are all evenly.

MOUNTING DEWALT and VEVOR TABLE SAWTO THE STAND

WARNING

Disconnect the table saw from the power source before ambling or making adjustments.

a. Place the table saw onto the stand. Align the slot in the bracket with hole in the under of the table saw base.
b. Secure the front of the table saw to the stand using the wing nut-a set.
c. Secure the rear of the table saw to the stand using the same wing nut-and-bolt set.

FOLDING THE STAND AND STORAGE

a. Fold the stand slightly.
b. Store the stand indoors in a dry and locked-up place, out of reach of children.
