SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

2. Children are prohibited from installing the product.
3. Check the product for stability regularly to avoid product damage ca by nut loosening.
4. The product is outdoors for a long time, so it is recommended that metal parts be treated with rust prevention to better prolong the life of product.

Rolling Gate Wheels assembly

1. First, remove the open pins, nuts and metal gaskets at both ends Rolling Gate Wheels support, and keep 2 metal gaskets at both ends The two Rolling Gate Wheels are placed at both ends of the bracket metal gaskets are placed at both ends, then screw in the nut to loc finally restore the pin to its original position to complete the assembly Rolling Gate Wheels.

2.Open the nut of the U-shaped bolt, remove the U-shaped bolt, plac door frame pipe in the middle of the rolling gate wheel bracket, then the U-shaped bolt to the door frame pipe, lock the nut to complete

installation of the rolling gate wheels and door.

For firm installation, insert the open pin back into the through holes ends of the wheel shaft.

Installation of Rolling Gate Track Wheels

1. Release the nut on the axle of the track wheels, separate the axle the track wheels, place the track wheels in the door frame rail pipe, reinstall the axle of the track wheels.

Remove the U-bolt of the track wheels and set it on the door frame and lock the U-bolt and track wheels bracket with a nut to complete assembly installation.

Install track bracket

1. Cover the U-shaped bolt to the fence post, lock the fence post and rail bracket with the nut, and put the rail pipe of the fence gate into a bracket to complete the component installation.

Rolling Gate Latch Installation

1. After releasing the rolling gate latch to the nut, then wrap the door column, and slightly lock the nut, the rolling gate latch can be slid up down after installation;

2. Rolling gate latch receiver pin is fixed in the latch post through the support belt; receiver pin need to buy extra for yourself.

Product maintenance

1. Check the product regularly for loose installation to avoid damage to operation of loose parts.
2. Clean up the dirt on the surface of the product regularly, so that t product runs more smoothly.
3. The product is outdoors for a long time, so it is recommended that metal parts be treated with rust prevention to better prolong the life of product.
