How to assemble the Vevor D-168 breast pump?

Assemble in the following order: insert the silicone breast shield and dust cover into the teat, place the cylinder and plunger into the teat, insert the duckbill valve into the milk outlet, screw the T-assembly onto the bottle, then connect the tubes to the plunger and the main unit. Make sure all connections are tight before use.

How to clean and disinfect the parts?

Disassemble all parts that come into contact with milk (bottles, breast shields, cylinders, tees, valves). Wash them in warm soapy water, rinse, then disinfect them with steam or boiling water for less than one minute. Dry completely before reassembling. The main unit should never be immersed; clean it with a damp cloth.

How to adjust the suction intensity?

Use the ∧ and ∨ buttons on the touch panel. In biomimetic or massage mode, the intensity is adjustable over 9 levels. In suction or lactation mode, it is adjustable over 15 levels. The screen displays the corresponding level number.

Why is the suction weak?

Check the connections: possible air leak at the duckbill valve, breast shield, straight joint, tee, or main unit. Make sure the tube is not bent and the airways are clean. Reassemble or replace damaged parts.

How to charge the battery?

Connect the DC 5 V power adapter (a phone charger works) to the charging port of the main unit. The screen dynamically displays the charging status. A full charge provides a battery life of over 3 hours. Do not use non-standard adapters.

Can I use the breast pump while charging?

Yes, when the adapter is connected, the device operates on mains power while charging the battery. However, if the battery is depleted, it may not turn on until it is plugged in.

How to activate night mode?

Briefly press the power button to turn off the screen light (night light). Press again to turn it back on. This allows discreet use in the dark.

Does the breast pump remember my settings?

Yes, a memory function automatically saves the mode and intensity after 3 seconds of operation. On the next start, the device will resume these settings.

What to do if a part is damaged?

Stop using the device immediately. Contact Vevor after-sales service via www.vevor.com/support for replacement parts. Only use original accessories to avoid any danger.

Can I use this breast pump with a double pump?

The D-168 model is designed for single use (one breast at a time). The supplied accessories allow pumping from one breast only. For double pumping, additional parts would be needed, but this is not recommended in the instructions.

1. When disassembling or installing components such as tees, silicone horns, bell mouths, silicone cylinders, duckbill valves, etc., caution should be exercised and excessive force should not be used.
2. The cylinder head cannot be rinsed with water. If water enters during cleaning, shake off the water droplets and let them dry before continuing to use.
3. During use, it is necessary to ensure that the hose is clean and free of droplets, otherwise it will affect the performance of the host.
4. It is recommended to use a dedicated steam sterilizer or boiling water to disinfect the accessories that need to be disinfected. Disinfectants such as cabinets, microwave ovens, and pressure cookers should not be used for heating and disinfection. The main unit should not be immersed in water for cleaning.

Installation instructions

Reminder: Before each use, components that come into direct contact with breast milk should be disinfected in advance: milk bottles, silicone horns, three-way silicone cylinders, duckbill valves, and bottle caps.

Installation steps:

1. Insert the silicone horn and horn mouth in sequence before inserting the cover.

1. Insert the silicone horn and horn mouth components into the tee to ensure they are in place.

(Note: When disassembling, hold the tee with one hand and swing the trumpet assembly up and down slightly with the other hand, and gently pull it out.)

1. Place the cylinder and cylinder head into the tee and tighten the air tight.

1. Insert the duckbill valve into the bottom milk outlet of the tee to ensure it is installed in place without air leakage.

1. Screw the tee assembly into the bottle.

(Note: Before inserting the straight connector into the air duct hole of the host, the dust plug must be removed first. Do not start the host before removing the plug, otherwise it will affect the service life of the host.)

Preparation before use

Before use, please check and ensure that all disinfected components (parts that come into direct contact with breast milk) are clean and free of water droplets, and that the suction device is firmly connected to the host.

Before breast suction, please use a damp and hot towel to clean, compress, and massage the breasts and areola to relax the body and relieve the pain of breastfeeding.

Panel operation instructions

Power on/mode switching

• Tap the button for 2 seconds to turn on the device and enter biomimetic mode by default.
• After turning on, the breast suction/biomimetic/massage/lactation mode can be switched.

Night operation switching

• Press the power button to turn off the screen light; press the power button again and the screen light will light up.
• When the working mode is "biomimetic", "≈" lights up. When the working mode is "massage", ". C" lights up. When the working mode is "lactation", "♠" lights up.

When the working mode is "breast suction", "(") lights up and does not display when turned off.

• In the "bionic" mode, the intensity is adjustable in 9 levels, and the screen displays the corresponding gear number.
• When in the "massage" mode, the intensity is adjustable in 9 levels, and the screen displays the corresponding gear number.
• When in the "lactation" mode, the intensity is adjustable in 15 gears, and the screen displays the corresponding gear number.

Breast suction intensity/frequency regulation

• In the "biomimetic" mode, the lactation intensity can be adjusted by using the "1" or "√" keys, with a total of 9 adjustable levels.
• When in the "Massage" mode, the lactation intensity can be adjusted by using the or keys, with a total of 9 adjustable levels.
• When in the "lactation" mode, the lactation intensity can be adjusted by using the "A" or "V" keys, with a total of 15 adjustable levels.
• When in the "breast suction" mode, the breast suction intensity can be adjusted by using the √ or √ keys, with a total of 15 adjustable levels.
• In working mode, lightly touch the "M" button to freely switch between modes. When switching to the "lactation" mode, the default intensity is the last used gear. When switching to the "Massage" mode, the default intensity is the last used gear. When switching to "lactation" mode, the default intensity is the last used gear. When switching to "breast suction" mode, the default intensity is the last used gear.

Pause function

• Press the button to pause the machine. Press it again to turn it on, but it cannot be turned on when turned off. Pause when either side drops to zero.

Memory function

• Start the biomimetic/breast suction/massage/lactation mode, adjust the required gear to run for more than 3 seconds, and the host will automatically remember. The next startup will start with the previous running gear.

Battery powered/charging

• In working mode, connect the power adapter and receive power from the adapter; When the power adapter is not connected, the host automatically uses the built-in battery for power supply.
• In the shutdown state, connecting the power adapter can charge the battery. After being fully charged, it can work continuously for more than 3 hours. If the battery level is too low, the host automatically stops working and prompts to protect the battery; When the battery is fully charged, it automatically stops charging to avoid damaging the battery.

Maintenance

• The battery is built-in and non-detachable, and self-disassembly is prohibited.
• The charging/power supply of the host/battery requires the use of a designed DC5V power adapter or mobile phone power adapter. Do not use other non-standard power adapters for charging/power supply.
• Do not approach high temperatures or ignition sources during the use and placement of the host. Do not place the host in a heater or ignition source, as it may cause combustion and explosion.
• When the host is left unused for a long time, it is recommended to charge it once a month.
• If there is an internal malfunction in the host, please do not disassemble it for repair. It must be sent to the designated repair point of our company for professional repair or replacement.
• Before use, accessories that come into direct contact with breast milk (milk bottles, silicone horns, tees, cylinders, duckbill valves, bottle caps) should be cleaned and disinfected in advance. They can be disinfected by steam or hot water, and the disinfection time should not exceed 1 minute. The host cannot enter water.
