1. Keep the work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries.

2. Observe work area conditions. Do not use the machine in damp or wet I Don't expose to rain. Keep the work area well-lighted. Do not use the mach the presence of flammable gases or liquids.

3. Keep children away. Children must never be allowed in the work area. Do them handle machines, tools, or extension cords. 1. Store idle equipment. When not in use, the machine must be stored in a location to inhibit rust. Always lock up machines and keep them out of reach children.

2. Do not force the machine. It will do the job better and more safely at the which it was intended. Do not use inappropriate attachments to exceed the machine's capacity.

3. Do not modify this machine or use it for an unintended purpose.

4. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry, as they can be ca moving parts. Protective, electrically non-conductive clothes, and non-skid footwear are recommended when working. Wear restrictive hair covering to contain long hair.

5. Maintain machines with care. Keep them sharp and clean for better and s performance. Follow instructions for lubricating and changing accessories. Inspe machine cords periodically and, if damaged, have them repaired by an author technician. The handles must be kept clean, dry, and free from oil and great times.

6. Disconnect power. Unplug the machine when not in use.

7. Avoid unintentional starting. Be sure the switch is in the Off position when in use and before plugging in.

8. Stay alert. Watch what you are doing, and use common sense. Do not any machine when you are tired.

9. Check for damaged parts. Before using any machine, any damaged part should be carefully checked to determine that it will operate properly and per its intended function. Check for alignment and binding of moving parts, any b parts or mounting fixtures, and any other condition that may affect proper operation. Any damaged part should be properly repaired or replaced by a qualified technician. Do not use the machine if any switch does not turn On properly.

10. Guard against electric shock. Prevent body contact with grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, ranges, and refrigerator enclosures.

11. Replacement parts and accessories. When servicing, use only identical replacement parts. Use of any other parts will void the warranty. Only use accessories intended for use with this machine. Approved accessories are available from VEVOR.

Product Description

This milking machine is specially designed for cows and goats, suitable for s and medium-sized farms or daily families. The milk barrel is durable, non-toxic safe, and environmentally friendly. The food-grade silica gel is safe, hygienic, odorless, soft, comfortable, and convenient for sucking. The milk barrel is made of edible stainless steel, which is safer and more durable.

Usage method

1. Turn on the power switch.

1. Put the milk cup on the teat and turn the valve to the open state so the vacuum pressure in the milk cup to hold the teat firmly. In the same way, another milk cup on the other teat.

Note:

● The switch cover prevents the switch from being touched by mistake.

- A check valve is provided to prevent the milk from being sucked into the vacuum pump due to the overfilled milk bucket, which may damage the vacuum pump. The capacity of the milk bucket after adding the check valve is actua

Common problems and Solutions

1. After receiving the product, plug in the mainframe. It does not work. Check adapter. You can connect the 12V battery for the power supply test if it is adapter problem.

Solution: A power adapter with an output voltage of 12V5A or more can be reconfigured.

1. When the pulse machine is working, it suddenly shuts off and does not have. After restarting, it works again.

Solution: Continuous working time is too long, resulting in excessive battery temperature. Turn off the machine, and wait for the battery to cool down, then it on later.

1. After a period of time, the vacuum pump has no suction.

Solution: Check whether the cover is damaged or cracked, whether there is leakage at the air-tight interface, and whether the pipe is damaged.

1. There is no pulse during the operation of the vacuum pump.

Solution: Check whether the pulse tube is damaged. Listen carefully to the w sound of the main solenoid valve, whether there is a regular beat. If not, th solenoid valve fault.

1. In the course of use, try to avoid sucking milk too full so that milk is s the vacuum pump. (Vacuum pumps can damage if they suck too much milk)

Solution: If you accidentally suck into the pump and stop immediately. Unplug negative pressure pipe, then open the main machine to drain the milk.

1. After milking, the milking cup sucked tightly and could not be taken down should we do?

Solution: First, turn off the vacuum pump. Then we should gently squeeze the animal's breasts with our fingers and pinch the place where the milk cup an animal's breasts intersect each other to let the air into the milk cup. Wait a seconds, and then we can easily remove the milk cup.

1. Why not start milking after opening the vacuum pump?

Solution: Maybe the breast of the animal does not fit the milking cup complete. Please check whether the breast of the animal has entered the milking cup. can stick your thumb into the milking cup to feel the suction. And how to re-breasts of animals fit perfectly into the milking cup.
