PROPER USE

KS100E is dedicated to cutting grilled meat The KS100E is designed professional use in catering and must not be operated by children. Use original KS100E parts. The use of any other non-original parts is dangerous and may cause serious damage to the machine.

CAUTION

Failure to follow the instructions below may result in electric shock, fi serious injury.

• All instructions must be read.
• Keep these instructions in a safe place.

WORKPLACE

- Keep your workplace clean and tidy.

• The KS100E must be placed away from gas flames or other heat sources to prevent melting of the housing or cables.
• Please observe the relevant hygiene regulations of your country.

ELECTRICAL SAFETY

Original power plugs and sockets can reduce the risk of electric shock

• The power plug of KS100E must match the socket.
• The power plug must not be changed in any way.

If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacture service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and unders the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Clear and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervisi

Please avoid the following situations that will increase the risk of electric shock.

- Avoid machine contact with products like pipes, radiators, stoves or refrigerators.

• Always work carefully. Observe the instructions.
- Only use the knife with a correctly mounted knife protector and adjustments ring.
- Do not use the KS100E with a defective knife protector or a defect adjustments ring
- Do not wipe defective parts.

Do not use tools or spanners to adjust equipment components that a operation, this could result in injury.

• Before turning on the KS100E, remove the adjustment tool or spa
• Before making adjustments to the unit, replacing accessories, or pu away the KS100E, unplug the power supply from the outlet.

Many accidents are caused by improperly maintained power tools.

• Carefully maintain the KS100E.
• Check whether moving device parts function faultlessly and do not jamWhether parts are broken or so damaged that the functioning of t 0012-03 is impaired.
• Before using the KS100E, have the damaged parts repaired.
• Keep original packaging for safe storage and safe transport.

HYGIENE

Unwashed hands can harbor germs and transfer those germs to food.

• Check scraper for cleanliness and proper functioning on a daily ba
• Replace defective scrapers immediately.
• Wash your hands before and after touching food

- Only qualified service personnel should perform repairs on the KS1 and only original parts should be used.

  • Only cut grilled meat
  • The KS100E is only turned on when it is used to cut kebabs.

HYGIENE/CLEANING HYGIENEINSTRUCTIONS

General Hygiene Instructions

• Wash your hands before and after touching food.
• Cover open wounds with a waterproof plaster.
• Avoid touching food with bare hands.
• Clean and sanitize all equipment daily. Handing Food

Heat the meat to at least 70°C

• Store meat at below 5C or freeze( below-18C)
• Avoid contact between raw and cooked food

Remove knife

CLEANING PROCEDURE

1. Remove the knife carefully

2. Use cleaning tools such as sponges and brushes to remove heavy dirt from knives and protective covers.

3. Spray all surfaces with a f solvent

4.Spray on the disinfectant and it take effect for at least minutes.5. Rinse clean KS100E,knives, Protectors and cleaning aids	Dry off KS100E
7Insert the new knife,screw on fixing plate and fastening screw	8Install the knife protector and locking screw.
Before sharpening. clean the knife and KS100E. After the sha process.clean and sanitize again.
