HC-10 hot chocolate machine, also known as "hot coffee machine", is multi-functional hot drink machine, which can heat and stir coffee, chocolate, milk, milk tea, fruit juice, bean (rice) milk, wine, etc., or milk drinks: chocolate milk, milk coffee, etc. The machine has the characteristics of beautiful appearance, novel design, small occupied and so on, and can be used independently or used together. It is so for coffee shops, DIY chocolate shops, milk tea shops, bars, western restaurants in hotels or high-end buildings, 4S shops for leisure cars, company lounges, tea bars and other necessary equipment.

No user-serviceable parts inside. Power Unit never needs lubrication. [Not attempt to service this product. III. Instructions for use

◆ Remove the machine and remove the foam film. Check that the nameplate parameters on the back of the machine are consistent with you need. If not, please contact the after-sales service. Please read instructions carefully before attempting the machine..

◆ Switch on the power supply, the buzzer beeps twice after power

◆ Press the "temperature setting key" for a long time in the standby to enter the parameter setting. Press the setting key to switch the parameters from C1 to C6. Press the "Stirring and heating key" to set the parameter. The nixie tube displays the corresponding parameter value. Press the "temperature adjustment key" to change the corresponding parameter value (the value increases in one direction. When it reaches maximum value, press the "temperature adjustment key" again to change to the minimum value of the range). Press the "Stirring heating key" to return to the parameter selection, do not operate any key for 5 s

after setting the parameters, save the parameters, exit the setting stat and return to the standby state.

Alarm description: The alarm function can only be activated when the corresponding device starts working. After the alarm goes off, it needs be switched on again.

IV. Precautions for cleaning

1. Clean the outside

For the outer barrel, if the beverage is flowing, please wash it with water and scrub the position around the sealing ring with a brush; if beverage is easy to solidify, such as chocolate, please wash it with water, and it will be easier to clean after melting. Scrub the barrel v cover with sponge or soft cleaning tools. Hard cleaning tools can ease cause scratches on the barrel wall and cover. The plastic surface of base can be scrubbed with a towel.

2.Cleaning steps

C. As shown in the figure, pull the stirring blade up 30cm, tilt it 80 and then pull it up to get the rotating blade out.

E. Remove the seal ring

F. Install the cleaned sealing ring again. Pay attention to installing the sealing ring in place.

3.Cleaning faucet

◆For the faucet, if the beverage is easy to solidify, such as chocolate should be cleaned in a timely manner, otherwise chocolate solidification may cause blockage of the faucet;

Cleaning method: After cleaning the cylinder block, add hot water to a cylinder block, then turn on the faucet and drain until the water from faucet is completely free of impurities

V. Operating Instructions

1. Instructions

◆ Pour the chocolate powder and other seasonings into the cylinder, in a proper amount of water, 3-5 cm away from the upper end of t cylinder.

◆ Turn on the power supply, press the power switch, set the temperature to the required temperature, press the stirring and heating key, the machine will automatically stir and heat, reach the set temperature an in a state of heat preservation.

2. Precautions

When the machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to remove the mixing blade and take away or put back the cylinder body.

When the machine stops stirring, pay attention to whether the bev is solidified when cooled. If it is solidified, please take out the cylinder and the stirring blade and place them on a clean basin, so as to a overload of the motor and affecting the service life of the machine.

◆ If the machine needs cooling, disconnect the power supply for na cooling. Do not spray water on the heater for cooling, so as not to service life of the machine.
