Frequently Asked Questions - HC-10 Vevor

Can I use powdered milk with this machine?
Yes, you can use powdered milk. It is recommended to mix the powder well with water to avoid lumps.
Can I add chocolate chunks directly into the cylinder?
It is not recommended to use solid chocolate chunks. Prefer chocolate powder for better mixing and to avoid damaging the stirring blade.
How to clean the tap after use?
After emptying the cylinder, add hot water to the cylinder and open the tap to let the water run until it is clear. For solidifying beverages (like chocolate), clean immediately after use.
What to do if the machine does not heat?
First check that the power is plugged in and the switch is on. If the problem persists, the electric heater or its connections may be faulty. Contact technical support via www.vevor.com/support.
Why does my hot chocolate have bubbles?
It is normal. The bubbles come from the mixing and heating of the chocolate. They do not affect the quality of the drink.
How to replace the sealing ring?
The sealing ring is located under the cylinder. To replace it, remove the old one and install the new one, making sure it is properly seated (no twisting). You can order a replacement ring from after-sales service.
Can I prepare other drinks besides hot chocolate?
Yes, the machine is suitable for coffee, milk, milk tea, fruit juice, soy milk, mulled wine and other hot beverages. Make sure to clean the cylinder between each use.
What is the maximum liquid capacity?
The total capacity is 10 liters. It is recommended not to fill beyond 3 to 5 cm from the top edge of the cylinder to avoid overflow during mixing.
How to set the temperature?
In standby, press the 'temperature setting key' (the Nixie tube flashes). Use the same key to increase the value or hold it down for rapid increase. The range is 30 to 90 °C. After 5 seconds of inactivity, the setting is saved.
What do the error codes E1 and E2 mean?
E1 indicates a mixing motor overcurrent alarm (too much resistance). E2 indicates a heating overcurrent alarm. Check that the stirring blade rotates freely and that the liquid is not too thick. Restart the machine after resolving the issue.

IV. Precautions for cleaning

1. Clean the outside

For the outer barrel, if the beverage is flowing, please wash it with water and scrub the position around the sealing ring with a brush; if the beverage is easy to solidify, such as chocolate, please wash it with water, and it will be easier to clean after melting. Scrub the barrel cover with a sponge or soft cleaning tools. Hard cleaning tools can easily cause scratches on the barrel wall and cover. The plastic surface of the base can be scrubbed with a towel.

3. Cleaning faucet

For the faucet, if the beverage is easy to solidify, such as chocolate, it should be cleaned in a timely manner; otherwise, chocolate solidification may cause blockage of the faucet.

Cleaning method: After cleaning the cylinder block, add hot water to the cylinder block, then turn on the faucet and drain until the water from the faucet is completely free of impurities.

V. Operating Instructions

1. Instructions

Pour the chocolate powder and other seasonings into the cylinder, with a proper amount of water, leaving 3-5 cm from the upper end of the cylinder.

Diagram illustrating a container pouring liquid into a container with an upward arrow, alongside a bridge diagram labeled MAX.

Turn on the power supply, press the power switch, set the temperature to the required temperature, press the stirring and heating key. The machine will automatically stir and heat, and when it reaches the set temperature, it will be in a state of heat preservation.

2. Precautions

When the machine is working, it is strictly forbidden to remove the mixing blade or take away or put back the cylinder body.

When the machine stops stirring, pay attention to whether the beverage is solidified when cooled. If it is solidified, please take out the cylinder and the stirring blade and place them on a clean basin, so as to avoid overload of the motor and affecting the service life of the machine.

If the machine needs cooling, disconnect the power supply for natural cooling. Do not spray water on the heater for cooling, so as not to affect the service life of the machine.
