How to use the appliance for the first time?

Remove the white protective film from the housing. Place the appliance on a clean, flat surface. Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, then the motor switch to rotate the rollers. Set the thermostat to approximately 150 °C (302 °F) and preheat for a few minutes. Place the sausages parallel between the rollers, leaving a gap of about 10 mm at each end.

What temperature should I choose to cook sausages?

The recommended temperature is between 120 and 160 °C (248-320 °F). Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to adjust the temperature. The heating indicator light turns off when the temperature is reached.

How to clean the rollers?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. The rollers should be cleaned every 4 to 5 hours of cooking. Use a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to wipe the rollers. Never use abrasive material. Apply a little food-grade oil to the rollers after cleaning to facilitate rotation.

What to do if the appliance does not heat?

First check that the appliance is plugged in and the power switch is on. If the heating indicator light does not turn on, the fuse may have blown. Unplug the appliance, remove the plug, and check the fuse (10 A for model SC-5XD). Replace if necessary with a fuse of the same rating. If the problem persists, contact after-sales service via www.vevor.com/support.

Can I use the appliance unattended?

No, it is imperative to never leave the appliance unattended while it is operating. Hot surfaces pose a risk of burns and fire. Always supervise the appliance, especially in the presence of children or animals.

How to replace the fuse?

The fuse is located in the plug or inside the appliance (model with fuse holder). Unplug the appliance from the electrical outlet. Open the fuse compartment and remove the blown fuse. Replace it with an identical 10 A fuse. Close the compartment and plug the appliance back in. If the fuse blows again, consult a qualified technician.

Is it normal for the appliance to emit an odor during first use?

Yes, it is normal for the appliance to emit a slight smoke or odor during the first heating. This is due to the burning off of manufacturing residues and will disappear after a few uses. Make sure to use the appliance in a well-ventilated area.

Can I leave sausages in the appliance all day?

It is not recommended to leave sausages in the appliance turned on for more than a few hours. The sausages may overheat and burn. For prolonged use, maintain a low temperature (about 120 °C) and check the sausages regularly. Always unplug the appliance after use.

How to store the appliance?

Unplug the appliance and let it cool completely. Clean the rollers and exterior with a soft cloth. Apply a thin coat of vegetable oil to the metal surfaces to prevent rust. Store the appliance in a dry, safe place, out of reach of children.

Before using the appliance for the first time, peel off any promotional material and packaging materials, and check that the product is clean and free of dust. If necessary, wipe them over with a damp cloth. Spread over with an absorbent kitchen towel and wipe off any excess oil. When your appliance is heated for the first time, it may emit slight smoke or odor, which is normal for many appliances, and will not affect the safety of your appliance.

1. Place the machine on a clean, dry, level surface near a plug base outlet.
2. Plug the cord into the machine power socket.
3. Plug the cord into the wall outlet.
4. How to test your machine: Turn on the power switch, the indicator light is on. Turn on the motor switch, the rollers rotate. Turn the thermostat knob clockwise to align the knob on the temperature scale with the red triangle on the panel, the heating indicator light is on, and the rollers start to heat. When the temperature reaches the set value, turn the knob clockwise to about 302°F (150°C).

At this time, the heating indicator light will go off, which means it has reached the set temperature.

1. Place the pre-prepared sausages parallelly in the middle of the two rollers; the sausages will rotate in

opposite directions. Please do not place the sausages too close together; leave about 0.4 inch (10 mm) at the end of each roller.

Note:

1. Every time you turn on the machine for the first time, you must first turn the heating switch to preheat, and then turn on the rotary switch to prevent the oil from solidifying.
2. Opening of the bottom pan or both sides is not permitted, unless you are eligible to do so. 3. Usually the baking temperature should be appropriate 24

F-320°F (120-160°C).

1. When heating, your hands are not allowed to touch the steel roller to prevent scalding.
2. When connecting or unplugging the plug, it should be disconnected from the total external power supply.
3. Keep your hands dry when plugging the cord.

TIPS

1. To save electricity and reduce the heating time, you can naturally defrost sausages or heat them by microwave oven beforehand.
2. Apply food oil to the left and right sides of the roller before use to increase smooth rolling of the roller.

Note: The pan under the rollers is used to catch drops of oil. It can also preheat the sausage, but it is not appropriate to put the grilled sausages into it.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

1. Once you have finished baking, remove the plug from the electrical outlet. Leave the machine to cool down completely before cleaning.
2. The rollers should be cleaned every 4-5 hours of grilling.
3. For the exterior, wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Never use an abrasive or harsh pad. Any other servicing should be provided by an Authorized Service Representative.

Warning: Do not use liquid to rinse the product directly to avoid water damage to internal components.

STORAGE

1. Always unplug the machine before storage.
2. Always make sure the machine is clean, cool, and dry before storing.
