-Allow hot ingredients to cool down before processing them.

- Clean the device, in particular parts being in direct contact with food, before first use, immediately after finishing work and if the device has not been used for a long time. The procedure is described in details in the “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” section.

- Keep your hands away from moving parts when the device is in operation!

-CAUTION! Avoid physical contact with the cutting blades while emptying and cleaning the device as they are very sharp and might cause serious injuries.

BEFORE FIRST USE

  1. Remove the device from the box, remove all bags, labels, cardboard profiles and fillers. Make sure the device has not been damaged during transport. Contact the seller in case of any doubts.
  2. Make sure the electrical mains parameters match the technical data on the device's rating plate.
  3. Carefully wash and dry all elements that contact food, following the recommendation in the "CLEANING & MAINTENANCE" chapter.

BLENDER USE

CAUTION! Do not allow the blender housing (1) to get wet. Prior to the accessories mounting/demounting procedure, make sure the device is not connected to the power supply.

CAUTION! The temperature of food prepared with the blender must not exceed 60°C. CAUTION! The blades' cutting edges are sharp Risk of possible injury! Use with cau-tion!

Mount one of the selected accessories to the blender housing (1): mixing attachment (4), whipping attachment (3) or food processor container (11) with cover (5) along with appropriate accessories mincing and chopping knife (8) or double-sided grinding and cutting disc (10). To lock the accessories, rotate the blender housing (1) relative to the attachment to the left until it locks. Do the opposite for disassembling the attachment. Pay close attention in order to avoid self injuries or parts damages when disconnecting accessories.

The MBL-39M version of the blender is a compact device facilitating everyday meal preparation. The device is especially recommended for grinding raw and cooked vegetables, soft fruits (without seeds), preparing sauces, creams, soups, mixing liquids, etc. Prior to grinding large ingredients with a blender cut them into smaller pieces (1-2 cm).

CAUTION! After completing one work cycle, turn off the device and wait at least 3 minutes until it cools down.

SHREDDING AND CHOPPING SET (KNIFE) ASSEMBLY

Place the container (11) on a dry and stable surface. Remove the cover (5) from the container (11) by pushing the two lock buttons (6) on the cover outwards. Then put the chopping knife (8) on the pin protruding from the container bottom, and then put the cover on so that the tip of the chopping knife fits the cover. After ensuring that all parts are assembled correctly, insert the blender housing (1) into the mounting socket in the cover by turning it counterclockwise.

GRINDING AND CUTTING SET ASSEMBLY (DOUBLE-SIDED DISC)

Place the container (11) on a dry and stable surface. Remove the cover (5) from the container (11) by pushing the two lock buttons (6) on the cover outwards. Next, attach the tapping pin (9) to the pin protruding from the centre of the bottom of the container, and then attach the pin and the disc (10) (mind the appropriate side, depending on the activity being performed, i.e. abrasion/cutting).

Place the cover so that the tip of the disc (10) fits the cover (5). After ensuring that all parts are assembled correctly, insert the blender housing (1) into the mounting socket in the cover by turning it counterclockwise.

PUSH BUTTON TO START AND ADJUST BLENDER SPEED

Once you have ensured that all components are correctly assembled, connect the appliance plug to the power source.

To start the blender, press the speed control button (2) gently. The appliance will start at low speed. Continuing to press the button (2) increases the speed of the blender. Releasing pressure on the button (2) stops the blender.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CAUTION! The blades' cutting edges are sharp Risk of possible injury! Use with caution!

  1. Prior to cleaning, remove the plug from the power socket.
  2. Before and after each use, disassemble the device's components and wash it thoroughly in warm water with the addition of detergent, then rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Periodically check parts before reassembling. Do not use the blender if the knives of blender blades (4) are jammed or rotate with difficulty.

  4. Never immerse the blender in water. The device should be instead disconnected from the power source and its housing cleaned with a damp cloth.

  5. If discoloration of plastic elements occurs after rubbing, e.g. carrots, they can be wiped with a cloth and cooking oil.
