How to change the cutting disc?

Disconnect the appliance. Press the spindle lock (Fig. 6) to immobilize the disc. Use the socket wrench to loosen the hexagon bolt by turning it counterclockwise (Fig. 7). Remove the bolt, washer, outer flange and disc. Clean the spindle and parts before installing the new disc in reverse order. Tighten the hexagon bolt firmly with the supplied wrench.

What is the power of the EST 350.3 saw?

The power consumption is 2400 W under 230 V ~.

What type of disc to use?

Use exclusively diamond discs of 350 mm diameter recommended by Eibenstock (references 37471000 or 37475000). The disc speed must be at least equal to that indicated on the machine.

How to adjust the cutting angle?

Loosen the two hexagon bolts fixing the guide plate. Move the plate to the desired angle (0° to 45°) and retighten the bolts firmly. The maximum angle of 45° is only possible in the most advanced position of the stop.

How to use the dust extraction?

Connect a class M industrial vacuum cleaner (min. 1200 W) to the connection on the dust hood (Fig. 8). Also wear a P2 class dust mask.

What to do if the saw does not start?

Check that the cable and plug are not damaged. Ensure the switch is unlocked (press the lock button A and pull the switch B, Fig. 2). If the problem persists, have the repair carried out by a professional.

What is the maximum cutting depth?

The maximum cutting height is 120 mm. At 90°, the maximum cutting length is 250 mm (for a height of 80 mm). Consult the capacity table for other configurations.

How to maintain the saw?

Always disconnect the appliance before maintenance. Clean the power tool, components and ventilation grilles regularly. Check the condition of the cable and plug. Have the appliance inspected by a specialist periodically.

What are the essential safety instructions?

Always wear safety glasses, hearing protection, a dust mask, protective gloves and sturdy work clothing. Never touch rotating parts. Wait for the disc to stop completely before moving away. Use a 30 mA residual current device outdoors.
