First. Product feature: this product heating by the inside coil, and through the panel to heat the pan.

- Safe use, it has many function protect, like over-voltage, under voltage, over temperature and fan delay working.

Second. Notice

1. The plate is hot after using, please do not touch with your hand.
2. Please do not put the machine in water to clean

3. If the power cord be damaged, please replace it in the special store and please use the special cord.

4. Please keep away from the children to use

5. It must be have someone take care of this during using.
6. Please don't put paper, towels and other flammable items in the furnace heating surface, in case of causing a fire.
7. Please use special socket that more that 10A.(pls use at least 15A if two burners and multiple burners)
8. Please don't let children or unconscious ability people to use
9. Please do not insert the wire items to the wind and air outlet, in case of causing electric shock
10. Please do not heat sealed apparatus, in order to avoid explosion.
11. Please do 'not use if the plate broken until fix it.
12. Every time you finish, the fan keeps working to dissipate the heat, only when the fan stop working, can unplug the power cord □
13. Please do not use the pot that the bottom distort, in case of the plate heating unevenness lead to broken
14. Household and Indoor use only.
15. When the appliance is not in use and before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the outlet firstly.
16. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the unit, cord or plug in water or other liquid.
17. The appliance is only intended for the purpose described in user manual.
18. Do not use appliance or any part of the appliance out of the intended use to avoid risk.
19. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons

with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance.

1. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons order to avoid a hazard.

2. If symbol IEC 60417-5041(2002-10) is marked on appliances, its meaning shall be explained. The instructions shall state that appliances are not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate

3. Remote-control system. WARNING: If the surface is cracked, switch off the appliance to avoid the possibility of electric shock. Metallic objects such as knives, forks, spoons and lids should not be placed on the hotplate since they can get hot.

4. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as: – staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments; – farm houses; – by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments; – bed and breakfast type environments

Applicable cookware:

Material: Iron or stainless steel. Shape: Bottom diameter about 12-20cm saucepan or bottom size is 12-20cm square pot.

Cookware not applicable:

Material: Non-iron metal, ceramic, glass and the bottom is made of cooper or aluminum pot Shape: Bottom uneven, diameter less than 12cm.

Function description

Preparation: Place a suitable pot on the heating unit of the machine, and plug the power cord of the machine into a suitable power socket. The "Bi" sound of the machine indicates that it is powered on. At this time, press the key to start. The display shows "on" after booting, and you can press the corresponding function key to enter the work.

Key Key function description:
Switch Enter the standby state or stop working.
Function selection keys (hot pot, fry, soup, steam, warm)	Press the corresponding function key during work to enter the corresponding function work.
Timer Used to shutdown	timer and switch on timer.
+ - Used for power, temperature and time adjustment
Child-lock In tl ing state, press for 3s to lock or unlock. Once locked, the display will show LOC. In the child lock state, all other buttons are invalid except “lock” and on/off.

2. Function Description

Function Working process
Hot pot(manual function)	Press the hot pot key in standby state or work to enter the hot pot function, the display shows the power level 1600W. This function has 10 levels of adjustable fi-repower, respectively 120-300-500-800-1000-1200-1400-1600-1800-2000W, you can press + or - to select the appropriate power level. You can press the timer key to set the working time during work. The setting range is "0:01 - 3:00".
Fry(manual function)	Press the Fry button in the standby state or work to enter the fry function, the display shows the temperature as 200°C. This function has 10 levels of adjustable temperature, respectively 60-80-100-120-140-160-180-200-220-240°C, you can press + or - to select the appropriate temperature range. You can press the timer key to set the working time during work. The setting range is "0:01 - 3:00".
Steaming(automatic function)	Press the cooking key in the standby state or work to enter the cooking function, the display shows the power level 1800W. This function is an automatic function, the machine will automatically complete the cooking process, first it will work on 1800W for 10 minutes, then automatically switch to medium 1000W for 50 minutes. After the program is completed, it will automatically shut down. The default working time is 60 minutes. The power level cannot be adjusted.
Soup(automatic function)	Press the soup key in the standby state or work to enter the soup function, the display shows the power level 1600W. This function is an automatic function, the machine will automatically complete the cooking process, first work on 1600W for 10 minutes, then automatically switch to 1000W for 10 minutes, and finally work on 300W for 55 minutes. After the program is completed, it will automatically shut down. The default working time is 75 minutes. The power level cannot be adjusted during work.In the soup state, press the timer/reservation key to set the timer shutdown time, the setting range is "0:40-1:30".
Warm (automatic function)	Press the "C" key to enter the keep warm function in the standby or work mode, the display shows the temperature 60°C. This function is an automatic function. The temperature of the surface is maintained at about 60°C during work. The default working time is 120 minutes. The temperature scale cannot be adjusted during work.Press the timer/reservation key to set the timer shutdown time, the setting range is "0:01 - 3:00".
High temperature tips	After working, when the temperature of the surface is higher than 60°C, the high temperature indicator light will be on to remind the user that the surface is high temperature, please do not touch it. When the temperature of the surface is lower than 60°C, the high temperature indicator light goes out.

3. Shutdown Timer:

When the machine is working, press the timer key to enter the time setting state of the timer shutdown. The display flashes the timer shutdown time “*:**”. At this time, you can press the + or - button to set the time, 5 seconds after the time is set, The machine will automatically confirm the time, the time enters the countdown state, and automatically shuts down when the time is up. Please refer to each power description for the time setting range.

4. Start Timer:

In the shutdown state, press the timer key to enter the power-on setting state, the display flashes to show the default reservation time is "0:00" (only automatic functions may make reservations). At this time, you can press + or - to set the time. After the time is set, press the corresponding automatic function key to select the function to reserve the power on. After 5 seconds, the machine will automatically confirm the time and function, and the time enters the countdown state. It will turn on automatically when the time is up.

E0 No pot or cookware does not meet the requirements

E1 Low-voltage protection

E3 Surface sensor open (no utensil on surface) and short circuit protection

E7 Surface sensor failure protection

Cleaning and maintenance

1. Turn off the appliance by pressing "On/Off" and wait until the light turns off.
   Once off, unplug the power cord properly.
2. Wait for some time and let the appliance cool down
3. You can use mild detergent or dishwashing liquid with a soft cloth to remove dirt.
4. Do not clean it with running water or immerse it in water as water will get inside and damage the appliance.
5. Always make sure that the top plate and the pan/pot is clean before cooking as the dirt from the pan/pot will stick to the plate and plate will get discolored.
6. You may clean the air vent by vacuum cleaner to suck up the dirt or you can use cotton if the dirt is with oil.
7. Toothbrush with little soap can also be used to clean the solace as long as you use it gently on the appliance.
8. Do not use abrasives or strong detergents as it may get chemical reaction.
9. After dirt has been removed, use a dry, sofl cloth to wipe dry the appliance.
