What to do if the device does not turn on?

First check that the device is properly plugged into a working electrical outlet. Make sure the circuit breaker or fuse has not tripped. If the water tank is full, the device will turn off automatically and the red light will flash. Empty the tank and reinsert it to restart.

Why is dehumidification less effective?

This may be due to a clogged filter, an open door letting in humidity, blocked air intake/exhaust, or ambient temperature too low (below 5°C). Clean or replace the filter, close doors and windows, and remove obstacles.

The airflow seems weaker than usual, what should I do?

Check if the filter is dirty: a dirty filter blocks airflow. If necessary, replace it. Also ensure the air intake and outlet are not blocked by objects.

The device makes an unusual noise, what could be the cause?

An object stuck in the outlet fan can cause noise. Check and remove any foreign objects. Also make sure the device is placed on a flat, stable surface; tilting can cause vibrating sounds.

How to reset the filter replacement indicator?

After installing a new original SOGO filter, turn on the device and press the purification button (air button) for 7 seconds. The yellow light will stop flashing, indicating reset.

Can I use a filter other than the SOGO brand?

It is strongly recommended to only use original SOGO filters to ensure performance and safety. Using an unsuitable filter may damage the device or reduce efficiency.

How to clean the water tank?

Unplug the device. Remove the water tank, open the lid, and clean the inside with a soft cloth soaked in a mild cleaner. Rinse and dry thoroughly before replacing.

What to do if water leaks from the device?

Check that the device is level and not tilted. Make sure the float ball in the water tank is in place. Inspect the silicone rubber drain plug: it must be correctly inserted. If a drain hose is used, check that it is properly connected.

How to set the timer?

When the device is running, press the Hour button (timer) to select 2, 4, or 8 hours. The corresponding indicator will light up green. The device will stop automatically at the end of the selected time.

Can the device operate in purification only mode?

Yes. Press the purification button to activate only air purification. If dehumidification mode is active, you can turn it off by pressing the dehumidification button again, and the purification function will continue alone.

POINTS FOR ATTENTION

Before using, please read this user manual carefully and keep it for future reference.

WARNING

1. To avoid electric shock and fire, do not allow water, liquid or any flammable detergent to get into or to clean the product.
2. Do not spray insecticide, perfume or other flammable spray around the product.
3. Before connecting the power supply, please check whether the voltage of the product is consistent with the local power supply voltage.
4. This product cannot replace normal ventilation, daily dust collection or oil pumping when cooking.
5. Ensure the product is used and kept in a well-ventilated area.
6. Leave at least 30 cm of space on the back and sides of the product, and at least 50 cm of space above the product when using.
7. Ensure both the filter and its cover are properly installed before using.
8. Do not insert finger or other things into the air outlet/inlet to prevent physical damage or trouble.

INSTALLING THE FILTER

1. Pull and lift the filter cover on the front shell.
2. Remove the filter.
3. Remove the packaging from the new filter.
4. Insert the new filter into the machine.
5. Put the filter cover back on the machine: Lock the bottom of the filter cover into the bottom of the front shell (C). Then push the cover toward the body of the machine (C).
6. After replacing the filter, turn on the machine and press the purification button for seven seconds to reset.

NOTICE

• After the machine has run for 2200 hours, the power indicator light will flash orange continuously to indicate that the filter needs to be replaced. Please use a SOGO original filter and do not use any other filters.
• Before replacing the filter, be sure to turn off the machine and unplug it from the power socket.
• Ensure the handle of the filter is on the outside.

FUNCTION INSTRUCTION

Purification dehumidifier combines with functions of dehumidification and purification, providing three working modes for users to enjoy fresh air and suitable humidity in the meanwhile.

I. Water Full Instruction

(1) When the water tank is full, dehumidifier indicator will flash in Red color and the machine will stop operation (2) Put the water tank back to the machine after pouring the water to restart.

II. Reminder For Replacing Filter Instruction

(1) When the machine detects that the filter runs out, the air purifier indicator will change to yellow and keep flashing. (2) Press the purification button for 7 seconds to reset after replacing a new filter.

III. Low-temperature Dehumidification

The running temperature for the machine is 5°C to 50°C , when the temperature is above 5°C , the machine will continue to work

IV. Button Instruction

When the machine is connected to the power supply, the buzzer will ring for one time, all indicator light will light for one time and then go out, and the machine will enter the standby state. The buzzer will ring with every touch of any button.

1. Purification Button

(1) Press the button, the purification indicator will turn on, the machine will start working with air purification. (2) Press it again, the machine will power-off.

2. Dehumidification Button

(1) Press this button when the machine is turn on, the machine will dehumidify with purification function. (2) Press again, turn off the dehumidification function and its indicator light, the purification function and its indicator will keep operating.

3. Mode Button

(1) Press the button to set modes when the purification function is on. (2) This button can set three modes cyclically: high, low, and mid. The corresponding indicator will turn on after setting.

4. Timer Button

(1) When the machine is working, touch the timer button to set 2/4/8 hours, and its corresponding indicator light will turn on and stay green. (2) The machine will stop when the time is up.

METHODS OF POURING WATER

1. The water tank has a maximum capacity of 1000 ml, with a working capacity of 700 ml per day.
2. The machine will auto-off when the water tank is full, and the indicator light will turn on.
3. Please turn off the machine when the water tank is full, pull out the water tank, and then place it on a horizontal surface. Open the water tank cover in an upright direction and pour the water.
4. Please reset the water tank and restart the machine after pouring the water.
5. Do not move or damage the water tank float, otherwise the machine will not work or may cause other unnecessary breakdowns.
6. The water tank can be connected with a hose to drain water when pulling out the silicone rubber drain stopper and plugging the hose into the drain hole. Note: Please open the tank cover according to the photo, then pour the water.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning & Storage

1. Ensure the machine is unplugged before maintenance.
2. After opening the water tank cover, use a soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean the water tank.
3. Use a soft cloth with neutral cleanser to clean away any dust or debris from the surface of the unit and air inlet/outlet.
4. Do not clean the filter with a vacuum cleaner or wash it directly; just put the filter under the sun to sterilize regularly.
5. If you do not use the machine for a long time, ensure the water tank is clean and the machine is completely dry, put on the dust cover bag and place it in a cool and well-ventilated place.

Notice: Please don't drop any water into the machine when cleaning the air outlet.
