How to charge the portable battery?

Connect the provided Type-C cable to the input port (marked Type C Input) and connect the other end to a mains charger. The battery charges via 5V/2.4A, 9V/2A or 12V/1.5A.

Can I charge multiple devices at the same time?

Yes, the Power Bank can charge one device via the USB-A port, another via the Type-C port and a third by wireless charging, simultaneously (total power limited to 22.5W).

How long does it take to fully charge the portable battery?

The charging time depends on the charger used. With a 5V/2A charger, it takes about 2h30. With a 9V/2A charger, about 1h15.

Does wireless charging work with all smartphones?

Wireless charging is compatible with smartphones supporting the Qi standard. Non-Qi devices or those with a thick case may not work. Place the phone in the center of the wireless charging pad.

What does the LED indicator mean?

The LED indicator shows the charge level of the Power Bank. While charging a device, a green light turns on to indicate that charging is in progress.

Can I use the Power Bank while it is charging?

Yes, the Power Bank supports pass-through, meaning you can charge the battery while charging a device. However, this may slow down the battery charging.

What to do if the portable battery does not charge?

Check that the cable and charger are in good condition. Make sure the input port is free of dust. If the problem persists, contact customer service via www.sogosat.com.

How to clean the portable battery?

Use a soft dry cloth. Do not use alcohol, ammonia, or abrasive products. Avoid any liquid contact with the ports.

6. Do not use the device for any other purpose than described in this manual.
7. Do not leave the device charging longer than recommended by the manufacturer, as this may damage the battery or the device itself.
8. Do not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble the product yourself. This product does not contain any user-serviceable components.

II. Precautions while using this device

1- Place your phone on this pad for wireless magnetic charging. The output of this wireless magnetic charging is 15 W. 2- This port is provided for the input or output power supply through Type-C. To charge the Power Bank, insert the power supply input into this port. And when you want to charge your mobile phone through the power bank,

connect your phone through this Type-C port.

3- To charge your phone from the power bank, press this key after connecting your phone to the power bank. After a few seconds, the phone will show the battery level and one green light will light up on the LED indicator. 4- This holder is provided so that you can use your phone while it is charging on the wireless charging pad on the power bank. 5- The LED indicator indicates the charging level of the power bank and also indicates when the mobile phone is being charged from the power bank. 6- The USB-A output slot is provided to charge your phone via a USB cable suitable for your phone.
