How to charge the Sogo SS-17740 portable battery?

Connect the Micro USB or USB Type-C cable provided to the corresponding input on the battery, then to a 5V 2.1A to 2.5A mains adapter or a computer USB port. The 4 LEDs flash during charging; when they stay on, charging is complete.

How long does it take to fully charge the battery?

With a 5V 2.5A adapter, the charging time is about 2 hours. With a 5V 2.1A adapter, allow about 2h30.

Can I charge my smartphone and tablet at the same time?

Yes, the battery has two output ports: USB-A and USB Type-C. You can connect two devices simultaneously, but the total current is limited to 3A (USB Type-C) + 2.1A (USB-A).

How do I know the remaining battery level?

Briefly press the power button: the 4 LEDs indicate the charge in 25% increments. For example, 2 LEDs lit = 50%.

Is the portable battery safe for daily use?

HOW TO CHARGE THIS PRODUCT

Charge it with the power adapter of a computer USB interface. In order to ensure the rapid and stable charging, please choose the power adapter

output range of DC 5V - 2.1 ~ 2.5A for this product.

When charging, it will display the power, each light means 25% battery power level, when the four lights are lighted up brightly it means it is loaded with full power.

Click the switch button, the power bank will be turned on, the LED indicator will show available power in the power bank. Press the button for 30 seconds to turn off the power bank.
