- Read all instructions in this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and save it for future reference. A copy of this manual can also be found on our website: www.sogo.es.
- Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label if the appliance.
- Blades are very sharp! Handle carefully. Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.
- Do not touch the blades especially when the appliance is plugged in.
- If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients that block the
blades.
- Never let the appliance run unattended.
- If the plug or power cable is damaged, or the appliance is faulty, do not attempt to repair, please contact our technical assistance service.
- The use of accessory attachments not recommended or not sold by the manufacturer may result in fire, electric shock or personal injury.
- Be careful when blending hot ingredients or hot soups as such liquids can be suddenly ejected out of the appliances due to a sudden steaming.
- The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.
- Do not exceed quantities and processing times indicated in the tables.
- Never use a damaged appliance. If it has been damaged, please get it to approved service center, checked
or repaired.

Do not let the electric cord hang over the edge of the table or over the counter, or touch any hot surface including the stove.

Do not plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug before disassembling the appliance or when handling the blade.

Don't let the motor unit, cord, or plug get wet.

Short time operating. Use the appliance for no longer than 1 minute, and do not operate with hard foods for no longer than 10 seconds. Use the appliance according to the table of Processing Guide.

If you want to operate the unit for more than one cycle, you should wait at least 5 minutes before operating it again. Let the appliance cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.

The appliance is not intended for use by any person (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instructions concerning the use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.

Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used near children.

This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children.

Always disconnect the blender from the electric outlet if it left unattended, and before assembling, disassembling and before cleaning.

This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

The appliance should not be worked by external timer or individual remote control

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 years and supervised. 28. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 year.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
A, PRELIMINARY CHECKS:
-
After removing the packaging, make sure the product is complete and undamaged and that all accessories are present. Do not use the appliance if it is visibly damaged. In such cases contact the authorized technical assistance service.

Connecting the appliance Check that the mains power supply voltage corresponds to the value indicated on the rating label. If the power socket does not match the plug on the appliance, have the socket replaced with a suitable type, or change the plug by a qualified professional.
B USING THE BLENDER
The hand blender is intended for:
A. Blending liquids,
e.g. dairy products,
dips sauces, soup,
mayonnaise, fruit juices,
mixed drinks and shakes.
B. Pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.
- Put the ingredients in the blending bowl or container. (See table for recommended quantities and processing times).
- Put the plug in the wall socket.
- Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients. (Figure 3).
- Press the normal speed button or the turbo speed button to switch on the appliance (Figure 2).
a. When you use the normal button, the appliance operates at slower speed. b. When you use the turbo speed button, the appliance operates at
maximum speed. Note: The higher the speed, the shorter the processing time required. 5. Move the appliance slowly up and down and in circles to blend the ingredients (Fig. 3).
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning, unplug the appliance from the electric outlet.
- Never immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid nor rinse it under the tap. Only use a moist cloth to clean the upper section (Figure 1).
- Clean the upper section of the appliance with a moist cloth only.
The lower section only can be cleaned under running water (Figure 4).
Warning: Ensure to avoid the running water into the housing from the button and the upper cape.
Warning: 'DO NOT not immerse the blender unit directly or fully in the water or any liquid and
DO NOT not clean it in a dish washer.

When processing foods with a high pigment content (e.g carrots), the plastic parts of the appliance may become discolored. Wipe these positions with vegetable oil before cleaning them.

If food is not easily rinsed off the blade, place a drop of dishwasher detergent in the mixing container with water. Plug cord into electric outlet. Immerse the blade end portion and operate the unit for about 10 seconds. Unplug, rinse under running water, and then dry.

When you will not use it for a long time, keep this appliance well ventilated to prevent the motor of appliance is affected with dampness or humidity.
CAUTION: The cutting edges of the blades are very
sharp, while cleaning it extra care must be taken to avoid cutting your hand or fingers.
