The LD ANNY 8 speaker can be operated in both mono and stereo mode. In mono mode, a stereo signal connected to a stereo input or transmitted via Bluetooth is summed internally in mono. If two ANNY 8 speakers are wirelessly connected with the TWS function, the system paired with the Bluetooth playback device becomes the main unit (stereo left) and the stereo extension becomes the follower unit (stereo right). This means that all stereo signals transmitted via Bluetooth are also played back in stereo without having to connect both speakers via cable. To connect via TWS, simply activate TWS in both units (LINK). The connection will then be automatically established, and LINKED will be displayed in the Bluetooth menu.

6 ▲ ▼

Select one of the 12 available radio channels by repeatedly pressing the arrow buttons ▲ or ▼.

7 MUTE LEVEL

ATTENTION: set the speaker's volume to a minimum before you change the mute level. The mute function (noise suppression/squelch) prevents noise from occurring when the transmitter is switched off. In addition, sudden noise is suppressed if the signal transmitted from the transmitter to the receiver is not strong enough (for example, the distance between the transmitter and receiver is too great). With the transmitter switched off, use a suitable screwdriver to adjust the mute level so that the background noise is still effectively suppressed (noise suppression is reduced by turning to the left; increased by turning to the right). The transmission range may be reduced under unfavourable circumstances if the setting with strong noise suppression is used. The factory setting for the mute level control is turned all the way to the left, that is, noise suppression is set to the minimum. This setting is suitable for the majority of all applications, and changes are only required in rare cases.

8 VOLUME

Turn the control clockwise past the detent position to switch on the receiver. An additional clockwise rotation increases the volume, and an anticlockwise rotation reduces it. Turn the control anticlockwise past the detent position to switch off the receiver.
