i) It is forbidden to interfere with the structure of the device in order to change its parameters or construction.
j) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
k) Do not exceed the maximum lifting capacity.
I) The device works most effectively with a workpiece, which is flat, free from dirt, contains small amount of carbon and is made of steel plate thicker than 5 mm. Different properties of a workpiece affect the magnetic force. It is not recommended to work with painted or coated workpieces. Remember: the thicker metal plate, the stronger magnetic force.
m) Turn the device on only when it is in contact with a workpiece. Otherwise, a workpiece or different objects, which are in the distance, may cause injuries when being pulled by magnetic force.
n) Before turning the device off, prevent a workpiece from falling down and causing damages or injuries. Make sure a workpiece is on the surface.
o) The temperature of a workpiece to be lifted cannot exceed 80 °C. It is especially important when working with workpieces, which have been just welded or processed. Wait until a workpiece cools down. Do not use the device if the working temperature exceeds 80°C. High temperatures negatively affect the effectiveness of the device.

3.2. Device use
- Use method: turn on the electricity of magnet (Power), then bring the magnet fully contact with steel, press the green "On" button and begin the lift/carry process, press the red "off" button twice quickly to turn off the magnet. Remember to turn off the electricity when you put it aside. (Green light On, the magnet is magnetized, Red light On, the magnet is demagnetized.)
- Always test the connection before attempting to use it to ensure that it is capable of holding the material securely.
- Numerous factors can negatively affect the strength of the magnetic force, like dirt, debris, oils and grease, painted surfaces and any gap between the magnets and the metal surface will decrease the magnetic force. Ensure that the metal is clean and free of these factors.
- Thicker metals will be held more strongly than thinner metals.
- If the workpiece is flat and clean low-carbon steel with a thickness greater than 5mm can
achieve the working load 30kg/50kg. Other materials or thinner workpieces may not achieve the working load.
-
Never exceed the rated capacity of the device 30kg/50kg and the Max Pull Off Force is tested at a static and vertical condition.
-
Avoid sudden jerking or shock force as this will cause the magnets to lose its hold.
-
This item is not designed as a magnetic welding clamp or as a part of an electrical circuit.
-
For safe operation, the bottom surface must always be flat and smooth. If necessary, it is possible to sand the magnet face smooth with sandpaper. Always file any burrs that would interfere with full contact.
-
Do not turn on unless in contact with metal, otherwise, there will be a great loss in magnetic force.
-
An electricity display on the magnet, please charge it when the electricity is less than 15%.
-
If the Green/Red light is still off after your press, it indicates the voltage is too low, please charge it or change the battery.
-
It is capable of exceptional break away force holding power and exceptionally strong in shear force as well. Prying force is the least powerful of the holding capabilities and great care must be used when attempting to use this device with pry force. See illustrations below.
