1. General description
These instructions are intended to assist you in safe and reliable use. The product is designed and manufactured strictly according to technical specifications using the latest technology and components and maintaining the highest quality standards.
READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY AND UNDERSTAND THEM BEFORE USE.
To ensure long and reliable operation of the device, care should be taken to operate and maintain the device correctly in accordance with the instructions. The technical data and specifications contained in these instructions are up-to-date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes for the purpose of quality improvement. Taking technological progress and the possibility to reduce noise into
account, the device is designed and built so that risks resulting from noise emissions are reduced to the lowest possible level.

2. Safe use

CAUTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in serious injury or death.
The term "device" or "product" in the warnings and instructions refers to the COMPRESSED AIR SET, 5 PCS.
1.1. Safety in the work area
a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor lighting can lead to accidents. Be careful, watch what you are doing and use common sense when working with the device.
b) In the event of damage or malfunction of the device, it must be switched off immediately and the incident must be reported to an authorised person.
c) Repairs to the device may only be carried out by the manufacturer's service. Do not carry out repairs yourself!
d) No children or unauthorised persons are allowed in the work area. (Lack of attention may result in loss of control over the device).
e) Use the device in a well-ventilated room.
f) Dust and debris are generated when the device is working. Protect bystanders from their harmful effects.
g) Connecting and disconnecting the pressure hose should be done with the air valve closed.
h) Do not direct the pressure hose towards yourself or other people or animals. Pressurised air can cause serious injuries.
i) Do not cut off the compressed air supply by squeezing or kinking the pressure hoses.
j) When starting to use the device, gradually increase the air supply to the device to make sure it is working properly. If you notice a malfunction, immediately
disconnect the device from compressed air and contact the manufacturer's service department.
k) Check the condition of the safety stickers regularly. Replace them if they are illegible.
I) Keep these instructions for future reference. If the device is to be passed on to third parties, the instructions for use must be handed over together with the device.
m) Keep packaging parts and small assembly parts out of the reach of children.
n) Keep the device away from children and animals.
o) When using this device together with other devices, the other instructions for use must also be followed.

Remember! Keep children and other bystanders safe while operating the device.
1.2. Personal safety
a) Do not operate the device if you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication which might impair your ability to operate the device.
b) The device may only be operated by persons who are physically fit, capable of handling the device and who have been adequately trained, who have read these instructions and have received training in health and safety.
c) The device is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced mental, sensory or intellectual functions or lack of experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have been given instructions by them on how to operate the device.
d) Be careful and use common sense when operating the device. A short moment of distraction during operation may lead to serious personal injury.
e) Use the required personal protective equipment when working with the device specified in section 1 of the explanation of symbols.
The use of appropriate, approved personal protective equipment reduces the risk of injury.
f) Do not overestimate your capabilities. Maintain body balance at all times during operation. This allows for better control of the device in unexpected situations.
g) Remove all adjusting tools or keys before turning the device on. A tool or key left in the rotating part of the device may cause injury.
h) Pressurised air can cause serious injuries.
i) It is advisable to wear eye, ear and respiratory protection.
j) The device is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the device.
1.3. Safe use of the device
a) Disconnect the pressure hose before making adjustments, replacing accessories and after finishing work with the device. Such a precautionary measure reduces the risk of accidents.
b) Keep unused devices out of the reach of children and anyone not familiar with the device or these instructions. Devices are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
c) Keep the device in good working order. Before each use, check for general damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any other condition that may affect the safe operation of the device). If damaged, have the device repaired before use.
d) Keep the device out of the reach of children.
e) Repair and maintenance of the device should be carried out by qualified persons using only original spare parts. This will ensure a safe use of the device.
f) To ensure the designed operational integrity of the device, do not remove factory-installed covers or loosen any screws.
g) When transporting and moving the device from the place of storage to the place of use, follow the health and safety regulations for manual transport that apply in the country in which the device is used.
h) Avoid situations where the device stops under heavy load during operation. This can cause overheating of the drive elements and subsequent damage to the device.
i) Do not leave the switched on device unattended.
j) Clean the device regularly to prevent the permanent accumulation of dirt.
k) The specified vibration emission value is measured with standard measurement methods. The vibration emission value may change when the device is used in other environmental conditions.
I) Only supply the device with air - it is forbidden to use other gases.
m) Use reinforced hoses for compressed air in areas with a high risk of mechanical damage.
n) Before each use, ensure that the nozzle is correctly fitted in the device and that the hose is properly secured and undamaged.
o) The air supplied to the device should be dehumidified, clean and free of contamination. Contamination can lead to clogging of the hoses and cause damage to the device and its components.
p) Do not carry or hang the device on the pressure hose.
q) If you notice any leakage from the device or hoses, immediately disconnect the compressed air supply and rectify the fault.
r) Do not exceed the recommended supply pressure as this may damage the device.
s) Do not cover the air inlet and outlet.
t) The device is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without adult supervision.
u) It is forbidden to tamper with the device in order to change its parameters or construction.
v) Keep the device away from sources of fire and heat.
w) Do not overload the device.
x) The maximum permissible operating pressure must not be exceeded!
y) Do not direct the paint stream towards sources of air blow/circulation.
z) It is forbidden to point the gun towards yourself, other people or animals.

CAUTION! Although the device has been designed to be safe and has been equipped with adequate safeguards, and despite the use of additional safety measures, there is still a small risk of accident or injury when operating the device. Caution and common sense are advised when using the device.
3. Rules of use
A set of universal pneumatic accessories intended for various types of hobby or workshop work.
The user is responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
3.1. Description of the device

3.2. Preparation for work
LOCATION OF THE DEVICE
Use the device only in well-ventilated places. Do not block the air outlet of the device. Keep the device away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the device out of the reach of children and persons with reduced mental, sensory and intellectual abilities. The working area should have immediate access to the compressed air shut-off valve. Ensure that the pressure of the air supplying the device does not exceed the recommended range.
3.3. Working with the device
3.3.1 Compressed air hose.
Reinforced compressed air hose to connect the compressor outlet with any accessory or to extend an existing hose or other compressed air installation. Ends with standard 1/4" tips – male and female (coupler)
3.3.2 Spray gun
Spray gun intended for spraying varnishes on surfaces. The stream of varnish, amount of air and varnishing material can be regulated (see the below list of elements).

3.3.3 Inflator gun
The gun is designed to inflate and control the pressure in wheels, air shock absorbers, airbags/suspension bellows and other items equipped with a Schrader valve, also known as the American valve ("AV"), i.e. car valve.

3.3.4 Blowing gun
Compressed air blowing gun for universal use. With male compressed air tip 14 .
3.3.5 Spray gun with liquid container
A spray gun with a wide range of applications, equipped with a container for spraying liquid. Useful in hobby or professional work, e.g. for washing or degreasing heavily oiled vehicle components.
Long tip enables application of the agent in difficult to reach places. The amount of released fluid can be adjusted with the nozzle on the tip and, if necessary, lock it in a given setting with the nut behind it.
NOTE: use the spray gun only with the liquids that will not damage inside of the container.
3.4. Cleaning and maintenance
a) The varnish spray gun and spray gun should be cleaned after each use, if they are not going to be used again. The varnish spray gun should be disassembled and its elements thoroughly rinsed, e.g. in a nitro solvent. Depending on the material used, the spray gun can be rinsed with extraction naphtha in most cases. In both cases, blow out the elements with compressed air after cleaning.
b) Use only non-corrosive agents for cleaning the surface.
c) After each cleaning, all components should be well dried before the device is used again.
d) Store the device in a dry and cool place protected from moisture and direct sunlight.
e) Use a soft cloth and a brush for cleaning.
f) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects for cleaning (e.g. a wire brush or metal scraper) as these may damage the surface of the device.
DISPOSAL OF USED DEVICES
At the end of its service life, this product must not be disposed of with normal household waste, but should be taken to a collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic devices. This is shown by the symbol placed on the product, operating manual or the packaging. The materials used in the device can be reused according to their intended use. By reusing materials or conducting other forms of using used devices, you make a significant contribution to the protection of our environment.
Local administration will provide you with information about the appropriate point for disposal of used devices.
