- GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The instruction manual is intended to assist in safe and reliable use. The product is designed and manufactured strictly according to technical specifications using the latest technology and components and maintaining the highest quality standards.
PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS INSTRUCTION MANUAL BEFORE OPERATION.
To ensure long and reliable operation of the unit, make sure to operate and maintain it properly in accordance with the guidelines in this instruction manual. The technical data and specifications contained in this instruction manual are up to date. The manufacturer reserves the right to make changes in order to improve the quality. Taking the technical progress and the possibility of reducing noise into account, the unit is designed and built in such a way so that risks resulting from noise emissions are reduced to the lowest possible level.

- SAFETY OF USE
CAUTION! Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, fire and/or severe personal injury or death.
The term "unit" or "product" in the warnings and in the description of the instructions refers to the sous-vide.
2.1.ELECTRICAL SAFETY
a) The plug of this unit must fit into the outlet. Do not modify the plug in any way. Original plugs and matching outlets reduce the risk of electric shock.
b) Do not use the cord in an unintended manner. Never use it to carry the unit or to pull the plug out of the socket. Keep the cord away from heat sources, oil, sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or tangled cords increase the risk of electric shock.
c) If you cannot avoid using the unit in a wet environment, use a residual current unit (RCD). Using an RCD reduces the risk of electric shock.
d) Do not use the unit if the power cord is damaged or shows signs of wear. A damaged power cord should be replaced by a qualified electrician or the manufacturer's service department.
c) To avoid electric shock, do not immerse the cable, plug or upper body of the control panel unit in water or other liquid. Do not use the unit on wet surfaces.
f) CAUTION - THREAT TO LIFE! When cleaning or using the appliance, never fully immerse it in water or other liquids.
g) Do not use the unit in rooms with very high humidity/in the immediate vicinity of water tanks!
2.2. SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE
a) Keep the work area tidy and well lit. Disorder or poor lighting can lead to accidents. Be foresighted, watch what you are doing and use common sense when using the unit.
b) If you find any damage or irregularities in the operation of the unit, immediately turn it off and report it to an authorized person.
c) If you have any doubts as to whether the product is working properly or if it is damaged, contact the manufacturer's service department.
d) Only the manufacturer's service department can repair the unit. Do not carry out repairs yourself.
e) In case of open flames or fire, use only dry powder or snow (CO2) fire extinguishers to extinguish the live equipment.
f) No children or unauthorized persons are allowed in the work area. (Inattention may result in loss of control of the unit.)
g) Use the appliance in a well-ventilated area.

h) Keep these instructions for use for future reference. If the unit is to be passed on to a third party, the operating instructions must also be handed over together with the unit.
i) Keep the packaging and small assembly parts out of the reach of children.
j) Keep the unit away from children and animals.
k) When using this unit together with other units, also follow the other instructions for use.
2.3. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not operate this unit if you are tired, ill or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or medication that could impair your ability to operate the unit.
b) The unit is not intended to be used by persons (including children) with reduced mental, sensory or intellectual functions or persons who lack experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised or have been instructed by a person responsible for their safety on how to operate the unit.
c) The unit may be operated by persons who are physically fit, capable of operating it and appropriately trained, and who have read this instruction manual and have been trained in occupational safety and health.
d) Use caution and common sense when operating this appliance. A moment's inattention during operation may result in serious personal injury.
e) The unit is not a toy. Children should be watched to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
f) Do not place your hands or any objects inside the running appliance!
2.4. SAFE USE OF THE UNIT
a) Do not use the appliance if the ON/OFF switch does not function properly (does not turn on and off). Units that cannot be controlled by the switch are unsafe, cannot operate, and must be repaired.
b) Disconnect the unit from the power supply before adjusting, cleaning, or servicing. This precaution reduces the risk of accidental start-up.
c) Keep unused equipment out of the reach of children and out of the reach of anyone unfamiliar with the unit or this instruction manual. These units is dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.
d) Keep the unit in good working condition. Check before each use for general damage or damage to moving parts (cracks in parts and components or any other condition that may affect the safe operation of the unit). If damaged, have the unit repaired before use.
e) Keep the unit out of the reach of children.
f) Repairs and maintenance should be carried out by qualified personnel using only original spare parts. This will ensure the safety of use.
g) To ensure the designed operational integrity of the unit, do not remove factory-installed covers or loosen screws.
h) Clean the unit regularly to prevent permanent dirt build-up.
i) The unit is not a toy. Cleaning and maintenance must not be performed by children without adult supervision.
j) Do not tamper with the unit to alter its performance or design.
k) Keep the unit away from sources of fire and heat.
l) Putting hands to check the water temperature is forbidden, use the digital display.
m) When using the unit, control not to exceed the maximum water level.
Exceeding the maximum water level may cause damage to the unit.
n) Some parts of the machine become hot. Avoid touching hot surfaces with your hands to avoid burns.
a) Do not place food directly into water heated by the circulator.
Place food in a special vacuum bag. CAUTION! Although the product has been designed to be safe, with adequate safeguards, and despite the additional safety features provided to the user, there is still a slight risk of accident or injury when handling the unit. You are advised to use caution and common sense when using this product.
- RULES OF USE
Sous vide cooking equipment is used to cook food in sealed bags placed in temperature controlled water.
The user is responsible for any damage resulting from misuse.

The ambient temperature must not exceed 40°C and ambient humidity should not exceed 85%. Place the unit in a way that ensures good air circulation. Maintain a minimum clearance of 10 cm from any wall of the unit. Keep the unit away from any hot surfaces. Always operate the unit on a level, stable, clean, fireproof and dry surface and out of the reach of children and persons of impaired mental, sensory and intellectual functions. Place the unit in such a way that the mains plug can be reached at any time. Ensure that the power supply to the unit corresponds to that specified on the identification plate!
Before using the unit for the first time, disassemble all parts and wash them as well as the entire unit.
3.3. WORKING WITH THE UNIT 3.3.1. CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION MODEL RCVG-43

Power
-
When the power is on, the button and indicator light will light up. After 2 seconds, the unit enters power saving mode. When the unit is in power save mode, press the button to put the unit into standby mode. At this point the current temperature value will appear on display A (RCVG-43) or display 6 (RCVG-45).
- RCVG 43: The target temperature set in the work process in display [B], and the set operating time in display [C].
- RCVG 45: Display 7 will indicate the last set operating time. When the unit is in stand-by mode, press the key ⏻ to put the unit into energy saving mode (only active when the unit is switched on).
- While the unit is operating, press the °C /° F button to put the unit directly into power-saving mode.
2 Temperature
- There are two temperature units to choose from: Celsius and Fahrenheit. To select the temperature unit, press the °C / °F button.
• To change the temperature value, press the "TEMP/TIME" button.
- When temperature display B (RCVG-43) or display 6 (RCVG-45) is flashing, use the „+” and „-” buttons to set the preferred temperature value.
3. Time
• To change the cooking time value, press the „TEMP/TIME” button.
When time display C (RCVG-43) or display #7 (RCVG-45) is flashing, use the +* and -* buttons to set the preferred time value.
CAUTION
• To display the set temperature and time values, hold down the "TEMP/TIME" button for 3 seconds.
- After 10 flashes of the display without performing any action, the unit will exit the time and temperature settings menu. To set the parameters again, press the "TEMP/TIME" button.
4. Start/Stop
- When the unit is in standby mode press the button ▶ (RCVG-43) or 'START/SIO" to start operation. - press the button 2 twice to ▶ (RCVG-43) activate the timer, that will start counting down. - 3-times pressing the the button ▶ (RCVG-43) stops the working device and activates Stand-by mode
FOR THE RCVG-45 MODEL
- Pressing the 'START/STOP' button a second time will start the countdown, and a third time will stop the unit from operating and enter standby mode.
5. Adjustment
- Using the "TEMP/TIME" button, select the temperature or time value. Using the ,1" and ,* buttons, set the desired value.
- Temperature display A (RCVG-43) or display 6 (RCVG-45) • Displays the operating temperature in real time.
7. Temperature display B (RCVG-43)
• Displays the set operating temperature.
8. Time display (C) or display 7 (RCVG-45)
- In standby mode, the set target time is displayed. - In operating mode, the remaining operating time is displayed.
CAUTION!
- To restore the factory settings, hold down the ▶ and „+” buttons simultaneously (RCVG 43) or „START/STOP“ and „+” (RCVG 45). After that, the upper display will show the temperature 60 and the next display will show the time value 24.00. Then release the buttons. Then the displays will flash 10 times and the unit will exit the setup menu.
3.3.2. OPERATION
-
Select a suitable cooking container and attach the unit to the container.
-
Place the vacuum-packed food in the cooking container.
-
Fill the cooking container with water. (Caution! After filling the container with water, make sure the water level is between the minimum and maximum water levels).
-
Plug in the power cord. The light on the appliance will illuminate and after 2 seconds the appliance will go into saver mode. Press the button to switch to standby mode.
-
To select the unit of temperature to be displayed on the unit use the °C / °F button.
The default unit for the temperature display is ^' . The unit will remember the selected temperature unit.
- To set the time and temperature control, use the "TEMP/TIME" button. Set the target value using the
,1" and ,* buttons. 7. When the settings are complete, press the J▷ button (RCVG 43) or 'START/STOP' (RCVG 45) for the unit to start operation.
- When the unit has completed operation, it will beep. Press the , 1 button to terminate operation of the unit.
CAUTION! For the RCVG-45, the unit will beep when the set temperature is reached. Then press the „START/STOP" button to start counting down the set time. When the cooking is finished, the appliance will beep again.
Then press the „START/STOP“ button. Caution! If no action is taken when finished, the appliance will emit a continuous beep after 20 seconds.
The water temperature will remain at the set level.
- Remove the food and disconnect the appliance from the power supply. Caution! To extend the life of the unit, drain and clean the unit after each cycle.
3.4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
a) Cleaning and maintenance Pull the mains plug and let the unit cool down completely before cleaning, adjusting or replacing accessories and when the unit is not in use. b) Use only non-corrosive cleaning agents for cleaning the surfaces. c) Only mild detergents designed for cleaning food contact surfaces may be used to clean the unit. d) Use a soft damp cloth for cleaning. e) Do not use sharp and/or metal objects (e.g. a wire brush or metal spatula) for cleaning, as these may damage the surface of the material from which the unit is made. f) Do not clean the unit with acidic substances, medical products, diluent, fuel, oil or other chemicals as this may cause damage to the unit.
3.4.1. MAINTENANCE
Caution! To avoid burns, make sure the unit is definitely turned off and cooled to room temperature before cleaning.

After cleaning, place the unit vertically. Do not dry the appliance horizontally or ,upside down".
-
When cleaning, pay special attention to the components inside the machine. If components are damaged, contact your service representative.
-
After each use, drain the water and refill the unit with clean water before using it again.
-
Repeated use of the same water may reduce the performance of the unit. If large amounts of ash and dirt are noticed on unit components, remove the unit back cover and clean the heat pipe and probe.
It is recommended that these components be cleaned every 20 uses or every 100 hours of operation.
- Using a hot unit in cold water and a cold unit in hot water is not recommended. It is recommended that the temperature of the unit and water are close to each other at the beginning of operation (room temperature).
3.4.2.CLEANING
PREPARATION:
Food grade vinegar (white vinegar, apple vinegar, etc.)
WHY IT IS NECESSARY TO CLEAN.
When water is heated to a certain temperature, limescale will appear on the heater or the surface of the appliance. In this case, the limescale will affect the performance of the machine. It is suggested that you clean the machine after every 20 times of use, with a total operating time of less than 200 hours.
You can clean the machine according to your actual needs due to the different water quality in different areas. The machine has a cleaning reminder function - the 'CLEAN' indicator will turn on after every 100 hours of operation.
HOW TO CLEAN:
- Fill the container with a mixture of 75% water and 25% vinegar up to the "MAX" line of the unit. Note: If the liquid gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water.
- Switch on the appliance, set the operating temperature to 80°C/(176°F), set the timer to 3 hours (0-00) and press ▶. When the target temperature is reached, press ▶, to start the timer.
- When the timer reaches 0000, press ▶, to stop operation, switch off the power, unplug and allow it to cool down.
- Remove the lower housing of the machine (unscrew the screws and pull out the lower housing), use clean water to clean the heater and other components and the lower housing of limescale.
- After cleaning, dry the machine and housing and then reinstall the lower housing. Note: Ensure that the power has been disconnected and the unit has cooled down before disassembly and cleaning.
3.5. TROUBLESHOOTING

| F01 (RCVG-43) or H20 (RCVG-45) | Water level is lower than the minimum value; Water level is higher than the maximum value | Turn off the power. If the water level is too low, add water to the container; If the water level is too high, pour water from the container. |
