- All safety instructions must be closely followed when using the appliance.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the voltage specified on the device rating label and that the plug is earthed.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply if it is left unattended and before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the device out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent damage to the device when transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the official Cecotec Technical Support Service immediately.

3. ASSEMBLING THE APPLIANCE
NOTE:
-
This hand mixer is not suitable for blending thick ingredients. If you do so, the overload protection system will be activated and the mixer will switch off automatically. If this happens, put the mixer on its charging base and restart it in order to use it again.

Please note that neither the mixer nor its charging base is waterproof.
It is recommended to let the appliance rest for 1 minute for every 3 minutes of operation. If you use it three times (stopping for 1 minute between each use), you will have to let it rest for half an hour before using it again. -
Use a 5V-2A adapter to charge the appliance at optimum speed. The full charge cycle will take 4 hours.

Before using the mixer, clean the beaters and make sure that it is fully charged.
- Place the body on its charging base. Turn it until you hear a click. Fig. 2
NOTE: you will also hear a click when inserting the accessories.
WARNING: do not insert any metal knives, spoons or forks into the bowl when using the mixer.
4. OPERATION
NOTE: make sure the mixer is off before inserting or removing the beaters.
Operation
- It is recommended to charge it fully before the first use. Fig. 3
- Insert the stainless steel beaters into the holes. Fig. 4.
- Move the knob to switch on the appliance. Fig. 5
- Turn the knob to set the speed. Fig. 6.
- When the appliance is on, you can set the knob to the 0 position to pause it. Fig. 7
- Switch off the mixer before removing the beaters. Fig. 8.
NOTE: turn the knob clockwise to increase the speed or counterclockwise to decrease it.
WARNING: before removing the accessories, make sure the mixer is switched off.
Accessories assembly
- Make sure the hand mixer is disconnected from the mains.
- There are two different beaters, one of type A and one of type B. Fig. 9
- Insert the stainless-steel beater without collar (A) into the left opening (C) and the stainless-steel beater with collar (B) into the right opening (D). Fig. 10
- Align and push to fit. Both stainless steel beaters will fit.
- Make sure the accessory is properly fitted into place and securely fixed.

Charging the battery
- Use the 5V-2A adapter and connect the USB charging cable. Place the mixer body on the charging base, Fig. 11
- Plug the charger (5V-2A) into a grounded outlet. Fig. 12
- The battery status indicator light will flash when the mixer is charging. The battery will be fully charged in 3-5 hours and the indicator light will turn green and remain lit. Fig. 13
- If the overload protection system is activated, the mixer will switch off automatically. If this happens, put the mixer on its charging base and restart it in order to use it again. Fig. 14
Charging status
A. Green indicator light: if the light is green, the battery is fully charged.
B. Red indicator light: if the light is red, the battery is low.
C. Flashing: if the indicator light is flashing, it means the battery is charging
Reminder
- When the battery level drops below 20% , the battery indicator light on the speed knob will change from green to red to remind you to charge the mixer.
- This hand mixer is not suitable for blending thick ingredients. If the food you are blending is too sticky, the overload protection system will be activated and the mixer will switch off automatically. If this happens, put the mixer on its charging base and restart it in order to use it again.
5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the USB charging cable, remove the detachable accessories and wait for the mixer body to cool down. Fig. 15
- Wipe the outside of the mixer with a damp cloth and then use a dry cloth to dry it.

NOTE: metal or nylon brushes, detergents, thinners, and similar cleaning agents will damage the surface of the mixer.
WARNING:
- The mixer body is not waterproof, so do not immerse it in water or any other liquid for cleaning.
- Do not rinse the mixer with water at a temperature above 60^ , as this may cause it to become deformed.

7. DISPOSAL OF OLD ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC APPLIANCES

This symbol indicates that, according to the applicable regulations, the product and/or batteries must be disposed of separately from household waste. When this product reaches the end of its shelf life, you should dispose of the cells/batteries/accumulators and take them to a collection point designated by the local authorities.
