How to connect the docking station to my computer?

First connect the provided power adapter to the docking station (DC-in port) and to a wall outlet. Then connect the docking station to your computer using the included USB-C cable on the host USB-C port (number 12). Turn on the docking station with the power button.

Can I use the docking station to charge my laptop?

Yes, the host USB-C port supports Power Delivery up to 100W. Simply connect the USB-C cable from the docking station to your laptop; it will charge if your laptop accepts charging via USB-C.

Is the docking station compatible with macOS?

Yes, it is compatible with macOS. You must install the DisplayLink drivers from the Conceptronic website. On macOS, you may need to allow installation in Security & Privacy preferences.

How many external monitors can I connect?

You can connect up to three monitors: two via HDMI ports and one via the DisplayPort. Each can display a resolution up to 4K at 60 Hz.

Why is my external monitor not displaying?

Check that the DisplayLink drivers are installed and up to date. Make sure your computer supports DisplayPort Alt Mode via its USB-C port. Test another cable or monitor. Restart the docking station by turning it off and on again.
