Thank you for purchasing the de luxe MANI UV/Pedicure set with UV light by LANAFORM®. The professional Manicure/Pedicure set is rechargeable and direct-drive. All sapphire attachments of this set are durable. They will not harm your nails or skin.

The UV nail dryer will help your nails grow stronger and healthier because the wavelength of the UV light is scaled to normal nail polish, UV lacquer, UV gel and UV glue fast and completely.

Please read this manual attentively before using the set.

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTION

When using an electrical appliance, basic precautions should always be followed, including the following:

1) Close supervision is necessary when this appliance is used by invalids or disabled persons.
2) Use this appliance only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments not recommended by the manufacturer.
3) Never use this appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, if it is not working properly, or if it has been dropped, or damaged. Return the appliance to your retailer for examination.
4) IMPORTANT! Always disconnect the unit from power when changing the attachments, when not in use and when cleaning.
5) DO NOT immerse into water or other liquids. DO NOT use in the bathroom.
6) Ensure that your hands are dry when touching the switch and the plug.
7) Keep out of reach of children.
8) Keep the lead and appliance away from heated surface. DO NOT wrap the cord around the appliance.
9) DO NOT carry this appliance by cord or use the cord as a handle.
10) Always ensure that the voltage of the electricity supply corresponds to the voltage on the unit.
11) DO NOT use additives.
12) UV lamp gives off heat. DO NOT touch the lamp with your hand when using UV Nail Dryer.
13) The appliance has a hot surface. Persons insensitive to heat must be careful when using this appliance.
14) The verification and repair must be performed only by authorized service personnel.
15) If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the service agent or a qualified technician in order to avoid a hazard.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

This appliance is intended for household use only.

The manicure/pedicure set is rechargeable and direct-drive.

How to recharge the Manicure/Pedicure Set

• To recharge, turn the unit to OFF "0" position.
• Put the unit into the charging compartment.
• Plug the set into Domestic Power supply (220-240V).
• The indicator will light up to indicate that the Power supply is properly connected.

• The LED charging indicator will come on to show proper charging.
• Before the first use, recharge the unit for 15 hours to ensure the battery is fully activated and fully recharged.
• For next charge, 7 hours are enough for full recharge.
• For each full recharge, the operation time is about 30 minutes.
• At this point, the manicure/pedicure is ready for use.
• To preserve the battery, discharge the battery completely every 3 months and then recharge it for 15 hours.

How to connect the unit directly

• The unit can be connected directly when the battery is empty, so you do not need to wait for recharging to continue to use the appliance
• Connect the "Direct-drive Cord Connector" to the jack at the back of the unit and to the "Jack for Direct-drive".
• Now, you can use the unit in direct-drive mode.
• If you feel the unit is not powerful enough, this is because the rechargeable battery is not sufficiently charged.
• In this case, you need to recharge the unit for 5 minutes before you proceed to direct-drive.

How to use the attachments

All of the attachments are made of sapphire. They will not harm your nails or skin.

Choose the desired attachment and push it into the head of the unit. To remove, just pull it out firmly from the manicure set.

Start the treatment by choosing the suitable speed. This unit has two speeds.

For better performance and results, do not wash your hands before treatment. Wash after treatment and massage with lotion to care and soothe your skin.

This manicure/pedicure set comes with 7 interchangeable attachments: all of them are made of sapphire.

1) Thin Sapphire point
Use to effectively remove dead skin and to treat ingrown nails by moving the point from the outside towards inside of the nails.
2) Thick Sapphire Point
Use to file and treat the surface of thick toenails.
3) Ball Sapphire Point
Use to file and treat the surface of both thick toenails and finger nails.
4) Fine Grain Cone
Gently treat the area to eliminate rough skin corns.

5) Polishing Cone For a perfect finish, smooth around nail edges after filing and polishing nail surfaces.
6) Rough Grain Cone To treat and remove hard skin on heals, on soles and anywhere hard skin is present.
7) Shaping Sapphire Disc Use to file and shape your nails.

How to use your UV nail dryer

This appliance is equipped with a UV nail dryer.

The dryer consists of a special UV lamp with the specific wavelength for super fast and complete drying of normal UV nail gel, UV-lacquer, UV-glue, transparent or coloured nail polish. It also hardens for healthy growth and stronger nails.

• Push the UV dryer switch to ON "I" position and the UV lamp will light up.
• Treat your nail with the desired UV-gel, UV-lacquer, or polish.
• Put your nail onto the soft pad. Your nail will be dry in a minute's time.
• Be careful not to touch the UV lamp.
• The UV lamp lasts a long time, uses little energy and is highly efficient. It is replaceable. Ask your dealer or qualified personnel to replace the bulb.
• DO NOT leave your UV lamp unattended when plugged in.
• DO NOT stare at the UV lamp directly when using.
• Only use your UV lamp to treat your nails. Switch off when not in use.

CLEAN AND STORAGE

To clean

• Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Never immerse the unit in water.
• Wipe the unit with a damp cloth or sponge, and dry with a soft cloth. DO NOT allow water or any other liquid to get into the unit.
• Clean the unit after use to avoid accumulation of grease and other residues.

To store

Keep this product in a safe, dry, cool place, out of the reach of children.

TWO YEARS LIMITED WARRANTY

LANAFORM®, guarantees that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase, except as noted below.

This LANAFORM® product warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, the attachment of any unauthorized accessory, alteration to the product, or any other conditions whatsoever there are beyond the control of LANAFORM®.

LANAFORM® shall not be held liable for any type of incidental, consequential, or special damages.

All warranties on the capacities of the product are limited to a total duration of two years from the original purchase date.

Upon receipt, LANAFORM® will repair or replace, as appropriate, your DELUXE MANI/PEDI CARE and return it to you, postpaid. Warranty is solely through LANAFORM® Service Center. Service of this product by anyone other than LANAFORM® Service Center voids warranty.
