How to clean the Lanaform Charly humidifier?

Unplug the device and empty the tank. Clean the tank with a solution of water and white vinegar (1:1) to remove limescale. Rinse thoroughly. Clean the ultrasonic membrane with a soft brush. Do not immerse the base.

Why is my humidifier not producing mist?

Check that the tank is filled with water, the device is plugged in and turned on. Make sure the ultrasonic membrane is clean. If the water level indicator is red, add water.
