CAUTION: The appliance becomes very hot during operation! Boiling water can cause scalding. Therefore, always handle the appliance with caution. For hygienic reasons, you should change the water in the water tank every day, since germs can eventually accumulate in unheated water.

If you heat water at a low temperature, it will not boil. When preparing baby food, for example, first boil the water and let it cool before putting it in the water tank.

  1. Before using the appliance, prepare it as described in the chapter "Before first use".
  2. Make sure that the drip tray is attached.
  3. Remove the lid from the water tank.
  4. Fill the water tank with plenty of fresh water. Do not fill with more than 2.5 litres of water. You can either use a container to pour the water into the water tank, our you can remove the tank for filling.
  5. Fill the water tank to the "Max" marking (about 2.5 litres) and put the water tank back in the housing.
  6. Place the lid on the water tank.
  7. Place your container under the water outlet on the drip tray.
  8. Press and hold the button about 3 seconds, to switch on the appliance.
  9. Now select the desired water temperature by repeatedly pressing the “°C” button. As long as the heated water is circulating, this temperature will be displayed continuously; otherwise, the display will only flash.
  10. Then press the button for the desired water quantity twice in quick succession. You can choose a water quantity of 150 ml, 250 ml or 350 ml.
  11. The desired water quantity now flows from the water outlet at the desired temperature. Tip: A long press on the 350 ml button allows the entire contents of the water tank to run through.
  12. Repeat the process as necessary.
  13. To interrupt a process once started, press the button for the selected water quantity again. The appliance stops heating and switches off the pump; however, some water will continue to flow. To heat the same amount of water

again, press the button for the water quantity twice, or change the selected temperature, as desired.

  1. The water quantity that flows out of the appliance can vary due to changing ambient conditions, so it may be lower or higher.

  2. If you do not press any buttons within about 30 seconds, the appliance automatically switches to standby mode, for safety reasons. You must press the Ⓗ button again, to continue entering the settings.

  3. Notice: If the appliance is in standby mode, the set temperature is retained until you disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

  4. When the water tank is empty, the appliance stops heating and the Ⓗ button flashes briefly. The appliance returns to standby mode. Add fresh water and start the process again.
