USING THE BABYBJÖRN BABY CARRIER MOVE
The baby carrier has been developed in close consultation with pediatricians and provides correct support for your growing child's head, back and hips. From newborn 0 months. From 3,2kg, 53cm (7 lb/21") to 12kg (26.5 lb).

1.2.3.
Set the baby carrier to your child's length. The buckle is stiff for safety reasons. Hold it flat against the baby carrier and it'll move more easily!

The higher you place the waist belt, the higher you will carry the child.
FACING-IN POSITION

4.

5.6.

Should arms press on the lower edge of the armholes, adjust the length setting - see point 1.

7.

8.

9.
For children between 3.2 and 4.5kg (7-11lbs), fasten the leg straps on both sides in order to reduce the size of the leg openings. Leg openings shall fit baby's legs snugly.
Adjust the head support to give your child's neck sufficient support. Make sure the child's nose and mouth have sufficient space for breathing in the baby carrier.

10.11.
Position the back support lower down to get more support on your lower back.

Adjust the shoulder straps. To reduce the load on your shoulders, simply lift the outer edges of the adjuster buckles. You should carry your child so close and so high up that you can kiss the top of your child's head.

Lift baby's legs, fit seat adjustment buckle and spread fabric until the fabric supports the thighs and covers on the underside. For secure closeness and control of your child, carry your newborn facing you high up on your chest. Once a bit bigger, your child can be carried lower down to relieve pressure on your shoulders.
HOW TO REMOVE YOUR CHILD

Make sure you keep hold of your child. Start by unfastening the leg straps, if they are being used.
If your child is asleep, open the side latches on both sides to open the front completely. You must push the double-buckle together before pressing the button.
FACING-OUT POSITION

The child must face you (inwards) until he/she can hold his/her head upright (approx. 5 months), around that age your child's neck, back and hips will be strong enough to face forward. Fold down head support and close head support buckle again. Lift baby's legs so that the baby's bottom comes down in the carrier.
