How to use the PureGuardian SPA210 diffuser?

Unplug the device, remove the lid, fill the tank with 100 ml of water (do not exceed the MAX line), add 3-5 drops of essential oil, replace the lid, plug in the adapter, then press the power button to start diffusion.

How to turn the LED night light on and off?

On the SPA210 model, press the button once to start the diffuser without night light, twice to start with night light, three times to turn everything off. The night light turns off automatically after 3 cycles.

What type of water should be used in the tank?

Use tap water or distilled water. Never use hot or boiling water. In hard water areas, more frequent cleaning is necessary.

How many drops of essential oil should be added?

Add 3-5 drops for 100 ml of water. Do not exceed this amount to avoid clogging or too strong a scent.

The diffuser is not producing mist, what should I do?

Check the power plug: unplug and replug. Make sure there is enough water (minimum). If air circulates without mist, remove some water (overflow). Clean the device if the water is stagnant.

How to clean the diffuser?

Turn off and unplug the device. Empty the tank, rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Never use detergents or chemical cleaners. Clean after each use to avoid residue.

Can I use the diffuser on wooden furniture?

No, place it on a waterproof surface (tile, glass, etc.). Water mist can damage wood, furniture, and floors. Use a waterproof mat.

The device is noisy, what should I do?

Make sure it is placed on a flat, stable, non-absorbent surface. An uneven level can increase noise. Keep it away from walls for good air circulation.

Where to buy additional essential oils?

Compatible essential oils are available on the official website: www.guardiantechnologies.com. Use only oils suitable for ultrasonic diffusers.

What to do if the oil comes into contact with eyes?

Rinse immediately with water for several minutes. If irritation persists, consult a doctor. Avoid contact with skin and do not ingest the oil.

• Once the diffuser has been plugged in, do not tilt or move the unit.
• Do not remove the water tank from the unit while it is on.

• Avoid placing this product where the humidity spout is pointed directly at an object or person.
• Do not inhale the mist/vapor expelled from the product or drink water from the tank.

• If the water tank becomes cracked or damaged, do not use.

• Do not use this product near any other electronic device.
• Do not cover the spray spout at any time during use. Do not put anything on or in the tank.
• IMPORTANT: Neither humans nor animals can hear the high frequency vibrations.
• When unplugging from outlet hold diffuser securely.
• Do not place cord over objects.
• Do not get water in or on the power cord or where it connects to the product. Do not use near a sink.
• Do not touch the water tank during operation.
• Do not submerse the unit in water or pour water on the unit or in the humidity spout.
• When emptying water from water tank, pour on drain side.
• Do not cover the spout with cloth or hand and do not use without the spout.
• Use clean or distilled water in tank. Hard water areas will require more frequent cleaning.

USE OF ESSENTIAL OIL

Please kindly follow closely the recommendations listed below for the proper use of essential oil to avoid causing malfunction/damage to the product or cause harm to the users.

• Use essential oils.
• Put 3-5 drops essential oil into 100ml of water. Do not exceed the suggested amount. Wash the water tank thoroughly after each use to remove residue.
• Do not directly apply undiluted oil on to your skin or swallow it.
• Do not allow the oil to come with your skin, wash it off with water. Should you swallow it, seek medical help immediately.
• The water tank and the tank cover are made of oil-proof materials. Other parts may be dissolved by some oil components. Take care not to spill them outside the water tank.
• Some kinds of aroma oil are not very soluble in water and tend to remain in the water tank. Therefore, clean the water tank regularly.
• Clean the water tank for every oil change. If the oil previously used is not completely removed, the aroma mixture may release an offensive odor or may have residue forming.
• Ensure the oil does not get into your eyes. Should it happen, wash your eyes immediately with water. Consult a doctor should irritation persist.
• If you feel unwell while using this product, turn off the device immediately.
• Pregnant women, elderly people, young children or people with chronic diseases may be more sensitive to the scent. If they feel unwell, stop using immediately.
• Store essential oil in a dark cool place with the cap tightly closed and out of reach of children and pets.
• Observe the expiration date of the essential oil, within one year after first opening (within six months for citrus).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

BEFORE FIRST USE

Before first use, remove the clear tab located on the back of the diffuser.

SET UP

Select a firm, level, flat location - at least 6 inches (15 cm) from any wall or object for proper air flow. Place the diffuser on a water-resistant surface, as water can damage furniture and some flooring. Do not place directly on carpet, towels, blankets or other absorbant surfaces. Keep the unit away from any electronics sensitive to water.

Guardian Technologies will not accept responsibility for damage caused by water spillage.

FILLING

Make sure unit is unplugged.

1. Separate the top cover from the main body of the unit.

2. Using standard tap water, use the measuring cup to fill the water into the water tank. DO NOT fill the water beyond the MAX level mark of measuring cup. Diffuser will not work if filled beyond the MAX level.
   Important: Do NOT attempt to fill water into the diffuser without removing the top cover.

3. Add 3-5 drops of essential oil
   Important: Avoid adding too many drops of oil.

4. Return the top cover.

5. Connect the power adapter to the unit. Plug into electrical outlet.

6. Press the power button to turn the diffuser on.

1. Power: Touch the Power Button ⏻ to turn the diffuser on and off.
2. Clock Display: Press the "Timer" Button 📊 for 4 seconds to enter the setting mode for the clock (the LED display will flicker). Touch the "Light" Button 📊 to set the Minutes. Touch the "Alarm" Button 📊 to set the Hours.

Note: Repeatedly press to scroll through the Minutes/Hours when setting the time. Unit will set once complete.

1. Alarm Clock: Press and hold the "Alarm" Button 📋 for 3 seconds to enter the setting mode (the LED display will flicker). Touch the "Light" Button 📋 to set the Minutes. Touch the "Alarm" Button 📋 to set the Hours.

Note: Repeatedly press to scroll through the Minutes/Hours when setting the alarm. Unit will set once complete. When the time you set for the alarm arrives, the device will sound for 60 seconds. The device and light will also turn on unless there is no water.

1. Light: Touch the "Light" Button to select lighting mode. Touch repeatedly to select color. Color order is: auto color changing, red, green, or blue. Final touch will turn off the light.

2. Timer: Touch the "Timer" Button 📊 to select when you want the diffuser to shut off. Touch repeatedly to select the time of: 30, 60, 120 or 180 minutes. Final touch will turn off the timer.

AFTER EACH USE

1. Turn the device OFF and unplug the unit from the electrical outlet. Lift off the top cover.
2. Drain and rinse the water tank thoroughly to remove any sediment and dirt. Wipe clean and dry with a clean soft cloth or paper towel.
3. Remove water and clean the water tank after each use.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT fill with HOT water as this may cause leaking. Remove the water from the tank when the diffuser is not in use.

NOTE: IF YOU EXPERIENCE A PROBLEM DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN THE MOTOR HOUSING YOURSELF. DOING SO MAY VOID YOUR WARRANTY AND CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE DIFFUSER OR PERSONAL INJURY.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM SOLUTION
Water vapor not produced. Power Plug:	Unplug and then try again.Power Failure: When the power is returned, try again.
Air blows but water vapor is not produced.	Excessive Water: Remove a certain amount of water from the tank.
The diffuser mist has a bad smell. Poor maintenance or dirty water: Clean the product thoroughly, and fill it with fresh water.
Unit has stopped working. No or low water. Unplug unit and refill tank.
Water is accumulating outside of unit or area surrounding unit.	Unit not level and water is accumulating. Unplug and place on level surface. Raise unit on a water-resistant level surface 2-3 feet off of floor.
Increased noise level. Unit must be placed on a flat, level, hard surface. Make sure it is NOT placed on a soft or absorbent surface.

To the consumer, Guardian Technologies LLC warrants this product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship commencing upon the date of the original purchase. Save your original sales receipt to validate start of warranty period. Warranty is not valid without receipt.
