What to do if the machine does not start?

First check that the door is properly closed and that the laundry is not caught. Make sure the plug is connected and the power supply is working. If the problem persists, inspect the fuse or circuit breaker.

How to clean the drain pump filter?

Turn off and unplug the machine. Open the lower cover, turn the filter counterclockwise (be careful of hot water). Remove any foreign objects, then close tightly. Clean every 3 months.

What does error code E30 mean?

Code E30 indicates that the door is not properly closed. Check that no clothing is blocking the door and close it correctly. Restart the machine.

How to use the delayed start?

Select a program, then press the Delayed Start (Diferido) button to set the delay from 0 to 24 hours. Press Start/Pause to start the countdown.

Can I add laundry during a cycle?

Yes, thanks to the Reload function. Press the Start/Pause button for 3 seconds. Wait for the drum to stop and the door to unlock. Add laundry, close the door, and press Start/Pause to resume.

Why does the drum not spin after a cycle?

This may be due to unbalanced laundry. Distribute the clothes evenly and run a spin-only cycle again. If the problem persists, check that the transport bolts have been removed.

How to activate the child lock?

Press simultaneously the Delayed Start (Diferido) and Steam (SteamCare) buttons for 3 seconds. A beep sounds and the lock icon displays. Repeat the same action to deactivate.

What is the maximum capacity for the Wool program?

The Wool program can wash up to 2.0 kg of laundry. Use a special wool detergent and select a low temperature (20-40°C).

How to clean the detergent drawer?

Press the latch to remove the drawer. Clean it with warm water and a soft brush. Also remove the softener cap and rinse it. Put everything back. Do this every 3 months.

What to do if water leaks under the machine?

Check the connections of the inlet and drain hoses. Tighten the connections. Inspect the drain hose for kinks or blockages. If the leak persists, contact technical support.
