What does error code E30 mean on my washing machine?

Error code E30 indicates that the door is not properly closed. Check that the door is securely latched and that no clothing is caught. Close it correctly and restart the cycle.

How to activate the child lock?

To activate child lock, press the Delayed start and Steam Care buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until you hear a beep. To deactivate, repeat the same operation.

How to clean the drain pump filter?

Unplug the appliance. Open the lower cover, unscrew the filter counterclockwise after draining the water via the emergency hose. Remove foreign objects, clean it, and reassemble. Make sure the cap and hose are properly replaced.

Can I use bleach or stain removers?

Yes, but with caution. For the Self-cleaning program, you can add an appropriate amount of chlorine bleach. Avoid flammable solvents like gasoline. Use only products suitable for washing machines.

What to do if the machine does not drain?

Check that the drain hose is not kinked or clogged. Clean the pump filter (see previous question). If error code E21 appears, the drainage is too long. If the problem persists, contact technical service.

How to use the Steam Care function?

Select a compatible program (Cotton, Mix, or Baby clothes), then press the Steam Care button. Visible steam in the drum helps reduce wrinkles and allergies. This function cannot be combined with prewash or quick wash.

What detergent should I use?

Use a low-sudsing detergent suitable for washing machines. For low-temperature programs, prefer a special detergent. Follow the doses indicated by the manufacturer. For prewash, pour detergent into compartment I, for main wash into compartment II, and fabric softener into the center compartment.

How to install the machine correctly?

Place the machine on a solid and level surface. Remove the transport bolts at the back. Adjust the feet to level it. Connect the water inlet hose (cold water only unless double valve) and the drain hose. Open the tap and plug in the power supply. Run an empty cycle before using.

What to do in case of a power outage during a cycle?

The appliance saves the selected program. When power returns, the cycle resumes from where it stopped. If the door lock light stays on, wait a few minutes. If the door does not open, unplug and plug the appliance back in.

How to perform the first wash?

Before washing clothes, you need to calibrate the machine. Run it empty, select a program, and add a little detergent. This cleans the drum and checks proper operation. See the Quick start section of the manual for details.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

This appliance is guaranteed for three years from the date of sale against all manufacturing defects, including labour and spare parts. In order to justify the date of purchase, it will be compulsory to present the invoice or purchase receipt. The conditions of this warranty apply only to Spain and Portugal. If you have purchased this product in another country, please consult your distributor for the applicable conditions.

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

1. Remote controls, drain intake rubbers, dockings and door seals, weather stripping.

2. Damage to enamels, paints, nickel plating, chrome plating, oxidation or other types of aesthetic parts or components that do not affect the internal functioning of the appliance.

3. Damage to wear parts due to use, corrosion or oxidation, whether caused by normal use of the appliance or accelerated deterioration due to unfavorable environmental or climatic circumstances. Not suitable for outdoor use.

4. Damage to fragile pieces of glass, glass ceramic, plastics, handles, baskets, doors or light bulbs when their failure or breakage is not attributable to a manufacturing defect.

5. Faults produced by fortuitous causes or accidents of force majeure, or as a consequence of abnormal, negligent or inappropriate use of the device.

6. Civil liabilities of any nature.

7. Consequential damage to the appliance as long as it has not been caused by an internal malfunction.

8. Maintenance or upkeep of the appliance: periodic reviews, adjustments and greases.

9. Faults that accessories and complements, adapters, external cables, bags, spare parts of all kinds, lamps, as well as any part considered consumable by the manufacturer, may suffer.

10. Faults caused by incorrect or illegal installation, inadequate ventilation, lack of grounding in the home, power disturbances, inappropriate modifications or use of non-original spare parts.

11. Appliances used in industrial applications or for commercial purposes.

12. Appliances with illegible or altered serial number.

13. Defects or breakdowns produced as a result of fixes, repairs, modifications, or disassembly of the installation of the device by the user or by a technician not authorized by the manufacturer, or as a result of manifest non-compliance with the manufacturer's instructions for use and maintenance.

14. During the warranty period it is essential to keep all manuals together with the equipment. If the equipment is sold, donated or given away, the manual and all related documents must be given to the new user. If any of these are lost, their replacement cannot be claimed.

15. Faults that have their origin or are a direct or indirect consequence of: contact with liquids, chemicals and other substances, as well as conditions derived from the climate or the environment: earthquakes, fires, floods, excessive heat or any other external force, such as insects, rodents and other animals that may have access to the interior of the machine or its connection points.

16. Damages derived from terrorism, riot or popular tumult, legal or illegal demonstrations and strikes; facts of actions of the Armed Forces or the State Security Forces in times of peace; armed conflicts and acts of war (declared or not); nuclear reaction or radiation or radioactive contamination; vice or defect of the goods; facts classified by the Government of the Nation as "national catastrophe or calamity".
