How to set the refrigerator and freezer temperature?

Use the Refrigerator and Freezer buttons on the touch control panel. Press to scroll through available temperatures: 2 to 8°C for the refrigerator (default 5°C) and -18 to -23°C for the freezer (default -18°C).

What should I do if the audible alarm sounds?

The alarm sounds if the door remains open for more than one minute. Close the door completely to stop it. Also check that nothing is obstructing the closure.

How to use the water dispenser?

Fill the drinking water tank (max 2 L) located in the refrigerator. Press the lever to dispense water. The child lock prevents accidental dispensing: slide the safety lever to the right to unlock.

How to lock the control panel?

Press the Lock button on the panel. The lock icon appears. To unlock, press and hold the same button for 3 seconds.

What is the Super Freeze function?

Before using your refrigerator, please carefully read this instruction manual in order to maximize its performance. Store all documentation for subsequent use or for other owners. This product is intended solely for household use or similar applications such as:

the kitchen area for personnel in shops, offices and other working environments
- on farms, by clientele of hotels, motels and other environments of a residential type
- at bed and breakfasts (B & B)
- for catering services and similar applications not for retail sale.

This appliance must be used only for purposes of storage of food, any other use is considered dangerous and the manufacturer will not be responsible for any omissions. Also, it is recommended that you take note of the warranty conditions.

SAFETY INFORMATION

They contain important information on how to install, use and maintain the appliance.

The manufacturer is not liable if you fail to comply with the instructions and warnings.

Retain all documents for subsequent use or for the next owner.

• Do not connect the appliance to the electricity supply until all packing and transit protectors have been removed. Keep children away from packaging and its parts.

Danger of suffocation from folding cartons and plastic film!

• Leave to stand for at least 4 hours before switching on the product, to allow compressor oil to settle if transported horizontally.
• Make sure there is no transport damage.
• Do not damage the refrigerant circuit.
• Maintain the ventilation openings in the appliance enclosure or in the built-in structure, free of obstruction.
• Never use water to wash the compressor position, wipe it with a dry cloth thoroughly after cleaning to prevent rust.
• Handle the appliance always with at least two persons because it is heavy.

• Install and level the appliance in an area suitable for its size and use.

• Only for UK: The appliance's power cable is fitted with 3-cord (grounding) plug that fits a standard 3-cord (grounded) socket. Never cut off or dismount the third pin (grounding). After the appliance is installed, the plug should be accessible.

• Make sure that mains cable is not caught under the appliance during and after carrying/moving the appliance, to avoid the mains cable becoming cut or damaged. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.
• Do not install the appliance in humid, oily or dusty places, nor expose it to direct sunlight and to water.
• Do not install the appliance near heaters or inflammable materials.
• FOR appliances with a freezer compartment: if there is a power failure do not open the lid. Frozen food should not be affected if the failure lasts for less than the hours indicated on the rating label (Temperature rise time). If the failure is longer, then the food should be checked and eaten immediately or cooked and then refrozen.
• If you find that the lid of the appliance is difficult to open just after you have closed it, don't worry. This is due to the pressure difference which will equalize and allow the lid to be opened normally after a few minutes.
• Do not store medicines, bacteria or chemical agents in the appliance. This appliance is a household appliance, it is not recommended to store materials that require strict temperatures.
• Make sure that the electrical information on the rating plate agrees with the power supply. If it does not, contact an electrician.
• Do not excessively pull or fold the power cord or touch the plug with wet hands.

• Do not store products which contain flammable propellant (e.g. spray cans) or explosive substances in the appliance. Risk of explosion!

• Do not place unstable articles (heavy objects, containers filled with water) on top of the refrigerator, to ovoid personal injury caused by falling or electric shock caused by contact with water.

• Do not use electrical appliances inside the food storage compartments, unless they are of the type recommended by the manufacturer.
• Do not touch internal cooling elements, especially with wet hands, to avoid cracks or injuries.

• Keep plastic parts and the door seal free of oil and grease. Otherwise, plastic parts and the door seal will become porous.
• Before performing any operation, unplug the power cord from the power socket.
• Do not use mechanical devices or other means to accelerate the defrosting process, other than those recommended by the manufacturer.

• Do not use pointed or sharp-edged objects such as knives or forks to remove the frost.

• Never use hairdryers, electrical heaters or other such electrical appliances for defrosting.

• It is recommended to keep the plug clean, any excessive dust residues on the plug can be the cause fire.
• Do not try to repair, disassemble or modify the appliance by yourself. In case of repair please contact always our customer service.
  Supervise children while the appliance is being cleaned or maintained.
• Do not clean the cold glass shelves with hot water. Sudden temperature change may cause the glass to break.
• WARNING: The tubes of the refrigeration circuit convey a small quantity of an environmentally friendly but flammable refrigerant (R600a) and insulating gas (cyclopentane). It does not damage the ozone layer and does not increase the greenhouse effect. If refrigerant escapes, it may injure your eyes or ignite.
• If the refrigerant circuit should be damaged:
• Switch off the appliance and pull out the mains plug,
• Keep naked flames and/or ignition sources away from the appliance,
• Thoroughly ventilate the room for several minutes,
• Inform customer service.
• WARNING: Do not damage the plug and/or the power cord; this could cause electrical shocks or fires.

• WARNING: Do not use multiple portable socket-outlets or portable power supplies. We do not recommend the use of extension leads and multi-way adapters.

• Only original parts supplied by the manufacturer may be used. The manufacturer guarantees that only these parts satisfy the safety requirements.

• Opening the door for long periods can cause a significant increase of the temperature in the compartments of the appliance.

• Clean regularly surfaces that can come in contact with food and accessible drainage systems.

• Clean water tanks if they have not been used for 48h ; flush the water system connected to a water supply if water has not been drawn for 5 days.

• Store raw meat and fish in suitable containers in the refrigerator, so that it is not in contact with or drip onto other food.

• Two-star frozen-food compartments (if they are presented in the appliance) are suitable for storing pre-frozen food, storing or making ice-cream and making ice cubes.

Energy Saving

For better energy saving we suggest :

• Installing the appliance away from heat sources and not exposed to direct sunlight and in a well ventilated roo.

Installation dimension

Select a good location to place your appliance where it is flat and easy to use. Avoid placing the unit near heat sources, direct sunlight or moisture.

The figure above is schematic for installation only, not representing the actual product. The specific dimension shall be subject to the product that you have bought.

To ensure proper air circulation around the fridge, please maintain sufficient space. If install the top panel or closet, please maintain sufficient space to move when necessary.

Transport

Do not carry the refrigerator horizontally or reversely.
- Do not carry the refrigerator by holding the door or handle; the refrigerator shall be carried by lifting the bottom.

Place environment

The refrigerator must be placed on a hard, flat ground; if cushioning is needed, stable, hard, nonflammable cushion blocks shall be used, rather than the foam backing of refrigerator.
The refrigerator shall be kept away from damp locations where water is easy to splash; water or dirt shall be removed with soft cloth timely to prevent rusting which may have an effect on the electrical characteristics.
Place the refrigerator in a well-ventilated place, reserve a certain space around and behind the refrigerator, and do not cover or block the air grille on the rear cover plate of compressor at the back of refrigerator; Keep the refrigerator away from heat source or direct sunlight.

Install the appliance at a location where the ambient temperature corresponds to the climate class indicated on the rating plate of the appliance:

• extended temperate (SN): 'this refrigerating appliance is intended to be used at ambient temperatures ranging from 10^ to 32^ ;
• temperate (N): 'this refrigerating appliance is intended to be used at ambient temperatures ranging from 16^ to 32^ ;

Adjust plastic feet

• When the refrigerator stays in the packing box, plastic feet are in tightened state. After carrying it out from the packing box for placement, please make sure to adjust two front plastic feet until the height is suitable; just adjust two plastic feet with a wrench or directly by hand.
  Plastic feet and rear rollers must touch the ground to prevent the refrigerator from movement, vibration or noise. When moving the refrigerator, adjust plastic feet counterclockwise to keep them off the ground, and then push the refrigerator gently to move it.

Operation

Before Using

Remove all packages, including the foam backing at the bottom of refrigerator and the tapes fixing accessories in the box.
Place the refrigerator to a proper position, and adjust the feet to level. It is better to clean the refrigerator before use.
Remove the film: There is a layer of transparent film on the panel of our product, which can protect products from being scratched in the process of production and transportation, and you can choose to reserve or remove the film as needed.
Place the refrigerator and adjust to level, clean it, let the refrigerator stand for above 2 6 hours, and then power on to ensure that the refrigerator can operate normally.

Starting and function setting

Starting

Connect the power cord, and turn on the power switch.
Upon startup for the first time, the screen will display respective set temperature values (the temperature of refrigerating chamber is set as 5^ , temperature of freezing chamber -18^ )

Function setting of LED display

The default mode is energy saving upon startup: The screen displays for 20 s and then goes off. This mode to save energy and prolong the service life of LED lights.

Feature selection

Each press of the "Feature" button will cycle through the operating modes.

■ Holiday Mode - the refrigerator will run at 8^ while the freezer will operate at -15^ .
Super freezer: Starting the super freezer mode, the temperature on the display remains unchanged and the refrigerator operates according to the quick freezing mode. When the temperature of the freezer sensor reaches or is lower than -28 °C or the compressor runs continuously for 24 hours, the freezer will automatically exit the super freezer mode, and the icon of the super freezer mode will turn off. The freezer will then continue to operate at the previous setting.
Super fridge mode - When the super fridge mode is selected, the fridge compartment reaches the set temperature in the shortest period, in order to keep the food as fresh as possible. under this mode, the set temperature of the fridge compartment locks on 2^ The program runs 150mins maximally then exits automatically, the super fridge icon goes out, which represent the super fridge function is disable, the set temperature returns to the last one before the super fridge mode operates.

The default temperature of the freezer is -18^ . To change the temperature press the "Freezer" button to cycle through the set temperatures.

Lock/unlock button

This product has button lock function.

Press the "Lock" button will enable lock mode and the lock icon will be visible.

While the refrigerator is in this mode the other buttons on the control panel will not function, when the buttons are touched a chime will sound and the lock icon will flash.

To exit lock mode press and hold the lock button for 3 seconds until the icon is no longer displayed.

Opendooralarm

• if the refrigerator door is opened for more than 1 minute, the display panel buzzer will sound three times continuously, if the door will not be closed, it will sound three times continuously every 30 seconds until all the doors are closed.

Fridge compartment switch off/on

• Long press "fridge" button for 5s or 10s to set fridge compartment on/off, when fridge compartment is switched off, the fridge digital display temperature will go off; under the fridge compartment switched off state, long press "fridge" button for 5s or 10s to restart fridge function.

Refrigerator chamber

The refrigerator chamber is mainly used to store foods that are preserved for a short time.

The refrigerator chamber is suitable for storing fruits, vegetables, drinks and other foods that will be eaten recently. It is suggested to seal foods and then put them into the refrigerator.

Suggested sections of refrigerator chamber for various foods and variety name:

The refrigerating chamber has a fruit and vegetable box, which can retain the moisture of fruits and vegetables and keep the humidity of the box proper. It is suitable for storing fruits and vegetables.

Bottle Shelf

Disassembly: Hold both sides of the bottle shelf with both hands. Push it from the side without the boss and push it inward as the direction of the arrow. When pushing hard, please note that the buckle on the edge of bottle shelf is separated from the groove of the liner. Then bottle shelf can be removed.

Installation:Hold both sides of the bottle shelf with both hands. Install the buckle of the boss side at first. Then push the other side inward slightly, the buckle can be fixed.

Instructions for child lock lever

Press the child's lock lever with your thumb as the direction as below ① and the water lever ② will be locked to prevent children from taking any water.

Press in the opposite direction to unlock and take water

Fill the tank with pure drink water ()

Open the inlet cover of water tank ① Slowly fill the tank with pure drinking water up to the maximum fill line marked with "2L". Then close the inlet cover ① To prevent any spills, please use a narrow-bore container to charge water.

• Only direct drinking water or mineral water can be stored in the water tank

Freezing chamber

The freezing chamber is used to freeze foods, store deeply frozen foods and make ice cubes. It can preserve foods for a long time.

CAUTION

Since some particular products (as fresh fruits and vegetables) may be damaged with colder temperatures, it is suggested to keep them in the crisper drawers, whenever present. If not present, maintain an average setting of the thermostat.
• For frozen food, refer to the storage time written on the food packaging. This storage time is achieved whenever the setting respects the reference temperatures of the compartment (one-star -6^ , two stars -12^ , three stars -18^ )

Cleaning

Precautions for internal and external cleaning of refrigerator:

Before cleaning, always turn off the power switch, disconnect the power plug.
During cleaning, make sure that no water will enter the switch, control panel, door lamp and top control box.
Remove dirt from the outside of refrigerator with mild cleaner, then wipe with clean soft cloth, and let the refrigerator dry naturally.

General information

On vacation

When you want to leave for vacation, you had better to make the refrigerator operate continuously and leave foods that can be stored for a short time. If you want to stop the refrigerator, remove all foods, disconnect the power plug, clean the inside of refrigerator fully, and open the door to avoid producing abnormal odors.

At power failure

Generally, short-term power failure will not affect the temperature of the refrigerator sharply. However, if power failure lasts for a long time, you shall reduce the opening frequency of refrigerator, and shall not put fresh foods into the refrigerator (prevent rise in the temperature of refrigerator from speeding up).

Middle beams feel hot

Dew drops

Noise
