  • If the rechargeable battery is empty, the appliance can be operated via mains power. In order to do so, connect the mains adapter directly to the appliance. The indicator lamp lights up orange during mains operation.

• After initial use, do not charge the battery for longer than 9 hours at one time.

You can extent the lifetime of the rechargeable battery by following these steps:

  • Only charge after the battery is nearly exhausted.
  • Do not charge for more than 9 hours.
  • Charge the unit at temperatures between 0^ and +40^ .

Hair / beard trimmer

Adjust Cutting Length

  1. Turn off the device. "OFF" can be seen on the switch.
  2. Attach the shaving head to the appliance as described under "Cleaning and Maintenance".
  3. Select a comb attachment. Each comb is marked with its cutting length.
  4. Attach the desired comb: Also refer to figure ⓑ on page 3. Slide the blades of the clipper head into the jags of the comb. Firmly push the comb onto the clipper head until it locks into place.
  5. In order to remove the comb attachment, push the locking catch out of its lock.

Cut Hair / Beard

  • Select the cutting length.
  • Switch the appliance on. "ON" can be seen on the switch. The indicator lamp lights up green during battery operation.

Start by using the biggest comb attachment and cut your hair/beard step by step to the desired length.

Outlining and Shaving the Neck

  • The clipper head allows precise outlining the shape of the beard, even in difficult to reach places as well as a clean shaving of the hairline at the neck.
  • Turn the device off with the switch.
  • Remove the cutting length comb and turn the hair clipper on again.

Finish Operation

- Switch off the appliance. "OFF" can be seen on the switch.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Regular cleaning and maintenance ensures optimum results and long lifetime.
  • Turn the unit off and disconnect from mains power supply, if necessary.

  1. Push back the clipper head with your thumb in order to release the catch.
  2. Regularly apply 1 - 2 drops acid-free oil to the clipper head.
  3. Replace the clipper head after cleaning by first setting the catch into the housing. Then press the cutting area against the housing until it locks into place.
