  • Do not operate or place any part of this appliance or its parts on or near hot surfaces.

2.4 Whisker

  • Do not use the whisker (11) when preparing batters that contain margarine or fat, or when kneading dough. Use the dough blade (10) for the said processes.
  • When whisking egg whites, make sure that the bowl (4) and the whisker (11) are dry and oil-free.
  • It is recommended to use the product at high speed when making mayonnaise and cream.

2.5 Grating and slicing

Warnings

  • Do not use the blades (12, 14) to crash ice etc.
  • Cutting edges of the blades (12, 14) are very sharp. Do not touch with bare hands.

  • If the ingredient is too big for the feeding chute (2), cut it into a few pieces.
  • Feed them evenly into the chute (2) to get good results.
  • If you are going to use a large amount of ingredients, start with small amounts and then empty the bowl (4) after each session.
  • When chopping or grating soft ingredients, operate the product at low speed to avoid pureeing the ingredient.
  • Do not operate the product for too long when grating hard cheese. Otherwise, cheese will heat up, melt and clump.

2 Operation

2.6 Blender

With the blender jar (16):

• You can mix dairy products, juices, soups and shakes,
• Prepare soft things such as crepe batter and mayonnaise,
• Puree cooked food, e.g. baby food.

Warnings

  • Do not apply too much pressure on the handle of the jar (16).
  • Never fill the jar (16) with ingredients with a temperature of over 60°C.
    • After using twice, wait for the product to cool down to the room temperature.

  • To crash ice cubes, set the speed adjustment button to P(Pulse) (6).
    • You can add some water to blend ingredients like fruit.
  • When blending soup, use cooked ingredients. If you cannot get the desired result, set the speed adjustment button (6) to P(Pulse) and operate the product for a few times with short cycles.
  • When processing frothing ingredients such as milk, do not fill the jar (16) to over 500 ml to avoid overflowing.

  • Do not run the blender jar (16) when empty.
  • Cut the ingredients into little pieces before feeding them into the jar (16).
  • Do not exceed the maximum capacity (1 litre).
  • When the product is not working, you can add ingredients from the upper side of the blender.
  • Switch off the product and use a spatula to clean the ingredients on the walls of the jar (16).
  • While the blender (16) is running, do not put your hands or tools (spatula etc.) in it.

3 Information

3.1 Cleaning and care

  • Never use gasoline, solvents or abrasive cleaning agents, metal objects or hard brushes to clean the appliance.
  • Do not leave the attachments in the blender for a long time.
  • Do not wash any of the accessories in the dishwasher.
  • Never wash the processing bowl (4) or the jar (16) in the dishwasher.
  • Be careful when washing the chopping (9) and slicing (12) blades. They may cause injuries since they are sharp.
    • After drying the chopping blade (9), keep in the blade sheath.

3.2 Storage

  • If you do not plan to use the appliance for a long period of time, please store it carefully.
  • Make sure the appliance is unplugged, cooled down and completely dry.
  • Do not wrap the power cord around the appliance.
  • Store it in a cool, dry place.
  • Make sure the appliance is always kept out of the reach of children.

3.3 Handling and transportation

  • During handling and transportation, carry the appliance in its original packaging. The packaging of the appliance protects it against physical damages.
  • Do not place heavy loads on the appliance or the packaging. The appliance may be damaged.
