How to turn on and off the Compex Molecule vibrating massage ball?

To turn on the device, press the power button for 3 seconds until the light turns on. To turn it off, hold the button for 3 seconds until the light turns off.

What do the different vibration levels mean?

The device offers 4 intensity levels: level 1 (1700 rpm), level 2 (1900 rpm), level 3 (2200 rpm) and level 4 (1700-2200 rpm in variable mode). The blue light indicates the selected level.

How to charge the battery?

Use the provided USB cable and power adapter. Plug the cable into the device's charging port, then into a wall outlet. The light turns green during charging. Charging time is approximately 1.5 hours. The device cannot be used while charging.

How long is the battery life?

The battery life is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the vibration level used. The device automatically shuts off after 15 minutes of continuous use.

Can I use the device while charging?

No, use is not possible while charging. Wait for the battery to be fully charged before using it.

Are there any safety precautions to follow?

Yes. Do not use on the head or bony areas. Do not apply for more than one minute on the same spot. Stop if pain occurs. Do not immerse in water. Use only the supplied adapter. Consult a doctor if pregnant, have a pacemaker, herniated disc, etc.

What are the contraindications for use?

The device is contraindicated in case of: recent surgery, skin conditions, herniated disc, pregnancy, diabetes, pacemaker, epilepsy, migraine, spondylolisthesis, metal prostheses, chronic diseases. Always ask for medical advice.

How to clean the massage ball?

Clean the device with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Never immerse in water, sand or any liquid. Avoid debris entering the motor vent.

What to do if the device does not turn on?

First check the battery charge. Plug in the device and wait a few minutes. If the light does not come on, try another USB cable or adapter. If the problem persists, contact customer service.

Is the device guaranteed?

Yes, the device comes with a limited 2-year warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers the device but not accessories or battery. Any misuse voids the warranty.

FUNCTION INSTRUCTIONS

The product is designed to have four levels of vibration intensity. To power on/off, press down the power button for 3 seconds until the power indicator light illuminate/turn-off. To select the desirable vibration level, press the power button to cycle from one level to the next. The blue light will indicate the vibration level you are on.

CAUTION

• It is not recommended to deplete the battery less than 20% for a long period of time. Please fully charge the device to avoid discharge of the battery when the device is lower than 25% battery life.
• In each mode, the device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of use.

• Used by and/or administered by adults only.
- Stop immediately if you feel any pain or discomfort.

- Use on body parts for no more than 1 minute per specific location. Keep moving over muscles and avoid bony areas.
- Do not drop Molecule™.

  • Skin conditions and/or wounds affected by vibrating massagers
• Herniated disks
• Pregnancy
  • Diabetes/neuropathy or retinal damage
• Have a pacemaker

• Spondylolisthesis
• Vertebral detachment or spine joint rigidity
- Recent replacement of joints or IUD

You may experience skin irritation and mild bruising if Molecule ^™ is used in one spot for more than 60 seconds or over bony areas. Adverse reactions may be experienced by people recovering from surgery, skin conditions, wounds, nerve conditions, broken bones and/or contusions. To avoid reactions, users should consult doctor prior to using Molecule ^™ .

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Please fully charge the device before first use.
2. While charging, the power indicator will turn to green according to the actual power level of the battery.
3. The product cannot be used while charging.
4. Please only use the adapter provided. Do not use other adapters to avoid damage to the battery and potential danger.
5. Charging time: 1.5 hours.

WARRANTY

This device carries a limited warranty of two years from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the device only, and the battery is not covered by this warranty.

During the warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Any evidence of misuse, abuse, alterations, or externally caused damage may have this warranty invalid.
