USER MANUAL Fixx 2.0 COMPEX
The Compex * Fixx * 2.0 massager helps warm up muscles before a workout, and relieve stiffness after a hard session. Five, powerful intensity settings, paired with a high stall force, will give the intense pressure needed to relieve the toughest spots safely and comfortably. Interchangeable tips (included) and a rotating head help tailor your massage to the specific needs of different muscle groups. Removable and rechargeable batteries, a compact design, and quiet motor help provide relief anywhere and everywhere.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Before use, make sure Fixx 2.0 massager is off. Then, place the ball on to the metal shaft with slight pressure until the shaft stops inside the ball. Turn clockwise until ball is secured in place. The ball must be connected prior to operating the Fixx 2.0 massager.
- Fixx 2.0 massager turns on when battery is inserted into massager. Making sure Fixx "massager switch is in the OFF position, slide battery into battery slot by pushing battery in until you hear the tabs on each side click into place.
- To turn on, slide the switch on the top handle forward.
- To switch to the desirable massage speed level, rotate the speed dial knob clockwise to cycle from one level to the next. The speed level indicator light will show the speed level you are on.
- To rotate the arm, press the button on the circular housing. Arm can lock into 3 different positions (0, 45, 90 degrees).
- To remove battery, push the release tab and then pull the battery from the massager.
- To remove ball, turn Fixx 2.0 massager off and turn ball counterclockwise and pull ball away from the shaft. Use antibacterial or alcohol wipes to clean ball between uses.

CHARGING INSTRUCTIONS
- Connect the prong to the adapter and twist clockwise to lock into place. To release prongs from the adapter, press the button on the bottom left and twist counterclockwise the prongs at the same time.
- To remove battery, push the release tab and then pull the battery from the massager.
- Insert battery onto the charger base while connecting the cable to the back of it. Then plug the adapter into the proper rated outlet.
- LED lights illuminate to show battery level and indicate active charging. Red - Charging/Green -- Fully Charged
- Charging time: 1.5-2 hours
MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & STORAGE
- Wipe down with damp towel to clean device, then dry.
- Wipe ball and/or tips and grip with anti-bacterial wipes to prevent any bacteria contamination.
- Remove battery and place in case for storage or travel.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- If Fixx 2.0 Massager will not power on, remove battery and place on charger until battery is charged.
- If ball will not remove from shaft, turn counterclockwise to remove.
- If battery will not charge, check connections of power cord connected to battery charger or wall plug in power outlet.
- If arm won't articulate, press button on the hinging head and move it in opposite direction to release and move to intended position.

WARNING
- Do not use if injured.
- Do not immerse in water, sand and/or loose debris that might get into motor housing vent.
- Do not remove screws or attempt to disassemble.
ADVERSE REACTIONS
You may experience skin irritation and mild bruising if Fixx 2.0 is used in one spot for more than 60 seconds or over bony areas. Adverse reactions may be experienced by people recovering from surgery, skin conditions, wounds, nerve conditions, broken bones and/or contusions. To avoid reactions, users should consult doctor prior to using Fixx 2.0.

HANDLING BATTERIES

SAFTEYWARNING
There is danger if the battery is mishandled or incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same type of battery associated with this product. Do not disassemble it or attempt to recharge it outside the system. Do not crush, puncture, dispose of in fire, short the external contacts, or expose to water or other liquids. Dispose of the battery in accordance with local regulations and instructions.
BATTERY SAFETY
- Insert batteries correctly. There may be a risk of explosion if the batteries are incorrectly inserted.
- Please follow instructions provided for charging batteries.
- Replace batteries with the same type of battery associated with this product.
- Do not expose batteries to excessive heat (such as sunlight or fire).

It is recommended to charge the battery every three months at least.
BATTERY DISPOSAL
- The batteries may contain substances that could be harmful to the environment.
Recycle or dispose of batteries in accordance with local/national disposal and recycling regulations.


WHAT TO DO WITH LEAKED BATTERIES
Remove the battery immediately, but proceed with caution: work in a well-ventilated area, away from heat sources. Wear protective eye-wear and gloves if possible to avoid contact with the residue. After removing the leaked batteries, clean out the battery compartment with a cotton swab or an old toothbrush. Put the batteries in a plastic bag and recycle.
Be sure to avoid contact with the discharge at all times. Always wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water afterwards. In case of eye contact, seek medical attention immediately.
WARRANTY
This device carries a limited warranty of two years from the date of delivery. The warranty applies to the device only, the accessories and the battery are not covered by this warranty.
During the warranty period, defective items will be repaired or replaced at no charge. Any evidence of misuse, abuse, alterations, or externally caused damage may have this warranty invalid.
