NTS AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unattended with the packaging mate- rial. Risk of suffocation. Keep children away from the product. This product is not for children under 14 years of age. This product is a decoration article and not a toy. This product has to be kept out of the reach of children. Do not use the product if you notice any signs of damage. Never expose the product to high temperatures or moisture, as otherwise the product may be damaged. Ensure that the product is not subjected to a mechanical load! Please contact a qualified electrician in the case of damage, repairs or other problems with the product. Do not put the product on sensitive surfaces of furniture, otherwise scratching may cause. CAUTION! RISK OF OVERHEATING! Do not operate the product whilst it is still in the packaging. The product does not contain any parts which can be serviced by the user. The LEDs are not replaceable. If the LEDs fail at the end of its life, the entire product must be replaced. The product must not be electrically connected to another set of lights. Never connect the product directly to a 230 V mains supply. Do not attach any other objects to the product. Never fix the product in place with clips or nails. Safety instructions for batteries/rechargeable batteries DANGER TO LIFE! Keep batteries/recharge- able batteries out of reach of children. If acci- dentally swallowed seek immediate medical attention. Swallowing may lead to burns, perforation of soft tissue, and death. Severe burns can occur within 2 hours of ingestion. DANGER OF EXPLOSION! Never recharge non-rechargeable batteries. Do not short-circuit bat- teries/rechargeable batteries and/or open them. Overheating, fire or bursting can be the result. Never throw batteries/rechargeable batteries into fire or water. Do not exert mechanical loads to batteries / rechargeable batteries.14 GB/IE Risk of leakage of batteries/ rechargeable batteries Avoid extreme environmental conditions and temperatures, which could affect batteries/ rechargeable batteries, e.g. radiators/direct sunlight. If batteries/rechargeable batteries have leaked, avoid contact with skin, eyes and mu- cous membranes with the chemicals! Flush im- mediately the affected areas with fresh water and seek medical attention! WEAR PROTECTIVE GLOVES! Leaked or damaged batteries/ rechargeable batteries can cause burns on contact with the skin. Wear suitable protective gloves at all times if such an event occurs. In the event of a leakage of batteries/recharge- able batteries, immediately remove them from the product to prevent damage. Only use the same type of batteries/recharge- able batteries. Do not mix used and new bat- teries/rechargeable batteries. Remove batteries/rechargeable batteries if the product will not be used for a longer period. Risk of damage of the product Only use the specified type of battery/re- chargeable battery! Insert batteries/rechargeable batteries ac- cording to polarity marks (+) and (-) on the battery/rechargeable battery and the product. Use a dry lint-free cloth or cotton swab to clean the contacts on the battery/rechargea- ble battery and in the battery compartment before inserting! Remove exhausted batteries/rechargeable batteries from the product immediately. Before first use Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product. Inserting/replacing batteries (see fig. B) Turn the product over and place it on a soft underlay to avoid scratching the surface. Open the battery compartment

against the direction of the switch
. See the indicated arrow (see fig. B). Reinstall the batteries if necessary and then c lose the battery compartment
. The product is now ready for use. Note: Make sure you insert the batteries with the correct polarity. This is indicated in the battery compartment

has three functions: Slide the switch
to set the product to TIMER, the product lights glow permanently for 6 hours and will be followed by a subsequent pause of 18 hours. Afterwards, the product will light up again at its designated turn on time for 6 hours followed by a subsequent pause of 18 hours. Slide the switch
to set the product to ON, the product glows permanently. Slide the switch
to set the product to OFF, the product is switched off. Cleaning and care Do not clean the product with water or other liquids. Use a feather duster for cleaning purposes.15 GB/IE Disposal The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.
