How to change the batteries of the control unit?
To change the batteries, slide open the battery compartment cover on the bottom of the control unit. Insert two new AAA 1.5 V batteries, respecting polarity (+/-). Replace the cover and slide it until it clicks. Always use batteries of the same type and replace them all at the same time.
How long does a stimulation session last?
The device automatically stops after 15 minutes of use. For beginners, it is recommended to limit each session to 15 minutes per muscle group, with a maximum of 1 to 2 sessions per day and at least 4 hours between sessions.
How to clean the patches after use?
After each use, remove the control units from the patches. Clean the patches under running warm water without soap and let them air dry. Once dry, replace the protective films on the silicone electrodes. Never clean the control units with water; use a slightly damp cloth.
What to do if the device does not turn on?
First check that the batteries are correctly inserted respecting polarity. If the batteries are used, replace them with new ones. Also ensure that the control unit is properly clipped onto the snap buttons of the patch. If the problem persists, contact customer service.
What are the contraindications for using the device?
The device should not be used by people with a pacemaker, suffering from heart disease, epilepsy, varicose veins, diabetes, malignant tumors, circulatory disorders, nerve damage or paralysis, nor by pregnant women or those who have recently given birth without medical advice. Select the one corresponding to your goal and confirm with the ON button.
Can I use the device during pregnancy?
Pregnant women or those who have recently given birth should only use the device after prior medical approval. In general, it is not recommended to use the device on the stomach during pregnancy.
How to know if the patches are properly positioned?
When the patches are in good contact with the skin, the diodes of the selected program flash after confirmation. If they remain lit without flashing, the contact is insufficient and the device stops after 10 seconds. Adjust the patch position until you feel strong muscle contractions.
What to do in case of skin irritation during use?
If unpleasant tingling, irritation, or hypersensitivity occurs, stop use immediately. Consult a doctor if symptoms persist. To avoid irritation, clean the patches after each use and respect the authorized application areas.
