Clean all used accessories after each use to prevent the formation of germs.

  • Take apart the used accessories and clean them with detergent and warm water. Although they can be cleaned in the dishwasher, frequent cleaning of the blades in the dishwasher may impair their sharpness. It is therefore recom- mended that they are rinsed by hand.
  • Remove food residues on the punch on the large functional lid(5) with the cleaning comb(8).
  • Allow all parts to dry completely or dry them with a tea towel before storing them away.
  • Apart from the finger guard(3) and the storage lid(6), all acces- sories can be stored in the large collecting container(4). To do this, the slicer(11) is placed right at the bottom. The cleaning comb is clamped into the holder in the large functional lid (PictureJ).

Some types of fruit and vegetables, e.g beetroot, may stain the plastic parts. This is normal and quite safe and does not constitute grounds for warranty claims.
