  • The device is for personal use only and is not intended for commercial applications.
  • Use the device only as described in the instructions. Any other use is deemed to be improper.

Dangers of Injury ■ Keep the device and packaging material away from children and animals. There is a risk of injury and suffocation! ■ Keep your head, hands, hair, jewellery and clothing away from rotating parts of the device. Instructions for Use ■ If the device is broken, do not attempt to make repairs yourself. In the event of dam- age, contact the customer service department or a specialist in your local area. ■ The device should only be used if it has been correctly assembled. ■ Always place the device on a dry, even and fi rm surface. ■ Maintain a suffi cient distance from heat sources such as hobs or ovens in order not to damage the device. ■ Use only original parts from the manufacturer. ■ Do not drop the device or allow it to be knocked violently. ■ Do not expose the device to extreme temperatures, wide temperature variations, or direct sunlight.EN 10 Items Supplied and Device Overview

There is a danger of suffocation!

1. Unpack all parts and check the items supplied for completeness (see the "Items Sup-

plied and Device Overview" chapter) and transport damage. If you fi nd any damage to the components, do not use them (!), but contact the customer service department.

2. The device may contain production residues. To avoid harmful effects to your health,

clean the device and all accessories thoroughly before using them for the fi rst time (see the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter). Use CAUTION! ■ Keep children away from the device during operation. ■ The device should only be used when it is fully and correctly assembled! 711 EN ■ Do not reach into the rotating inserts or the feed chute during operation. ■ Keep body parts, hair and clothing away from rotating parts of the device. You can make three different sorts of pasta: Pasta roller For initial rolling of the dough and making lasa- gne sheets Cutting roller, thin For making thin pasta (2 mm), e.g. taglionlini Cutting roller, wide For making wide pasta (6 mm), e.g. tagliatelle

1. Place the device onto the edge of a fl at, stable surface so

that you can attach the clamping device to the edge of the table.

2. Place the clamping device into the opening provided for it

and use the clamping device to screw the device fi rmly to the edge of the table.

3. To remove any possible dust from the device, guide a piece of dough through the

pasta roller and the cutting rollers. The dough which you use to do this should of course not be used again.

4. Use the control dial to select the dough thickness you want (level 1 - 7):

– Pull the control dial out a little, – turn it to the level you want – and then let go of the control dial again. The control dial must not be at an angle; this means it is not locked on the level you want.

5. First place the prepared dough that has already been rolled once with a rolling pin

onto the pasta roller.

6. Insert the crank handle into the opening.

7. Turn the crank handle clockwise and slowly guide the dough through.

8. Once the dough has passed through, fold it in half and guide it through the pasta

roller again. Keep repeating this process until you get a smooth sheet of dough.

9. If you want to use one of the cutting rollers, place the at-

tachment with the cutting rollers onto the body of the ma- chine using the hooks.

10. Place the manual crank handle into the opening for the cutting roller you want.

11. Turn the crank handle clockwise and slowly guide the dough through.

12. Allow the pasta dough to dry to the level specifi ed in your dough recipe.EN 12

13. Divide the strand of dough into pieces of equal size and cook the pasta until it is done.

14. Clean the device and the accessory parts after each use in the manner described in

the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter. Cleaning and Storage CAUTION! ■ Do not use any sharp objects or tools to remove any dough residues. ■ Do not use any caustic or abrasive cleaning agents for cleaning. These can damage the surface.

1. Take off the manual crank handle and the attachment with the cutting rollers and

undo the clamping device.

2. Remove any possible food residues and clean all parts with a slightly dampened cloth

3. Dry all parts thoroughly.

4. Store the device and accessories in a clean, dry place that is not accessible to chil-
