What to do if the juice extractor jams during use?

Use the reverse function by pressing the Reverse button for 5 seconds. If the jam persists, open the lid, clean the pressing screw and filter, and cut the ingredients into smaller pieces before resuming.

How to clean the juice filter properly?

Rinse the filter immediately after use under running water. Use the supplied cleaning brush to remove residues. All removable parts (except the motor unit) are dishwasher-safe.

What types of fruits and vegetables can be used?

The appliance is suitable for fruits and vegetables with high water content: apples, carrots, celery, oranges, etc. Avoid very soft fruits (ripe bananas) or very hard fibrous ones (sugar cane). Remove pits and thick skins before extraction.

The appliance suddenly stops and an audible alarm sounds. What to do?

This indicates an overload or blockage of the appliance. Cut off the power, remove excess food, use reverse to unblock, or let it rest for 30 minutes if the thermal protection has activated.

How to adjust the pulp level control?

Turn the lever (F) to the Closed position for soft fruits (more juice, wetter pulp) or to the Open position for hard fruits (drier pulp). Adjust according to the desired texture.

Can I use frozen fruits to make ice?

Yes, but thaw them for about 5 minutes before inserting. Use the small feeding tube to avoid overload. Do not use ice cubes in this machine.

The safety lid does not open after extraction. What to do?

Turn the pulp control lever to the Open position, then activate reverse for 5 seconds. This should reduce pressure and allow opening.

How to maintain the rubber scraper?

Check that it rotates freely. Clean it with soapy water. Slight play is normal. If it does not turn, check the gear (L) at the base of the juice bowl; contact customer service if damaged.

What is the recommended maximum operating time?

The appliance must not operate for more than 15 minutes continuously. If you need more time, let it cool down for 30 minutes before resuming.

The screen or light flashes and the machine does not start.

Check that the juice bowl and lid are correctly installed and aligned. If the problem persists, unplug and replug the appliance. Refer to the manual for more details.

Before using your appliance for the first time, read the booklet carefully and keep it in a safe place.

large, the appliance stops and beeps 10 times. Use the reverse function to unblock the appliance, and cut the pieces smaller.

• In the case that, an additional accessory would be proposed, it would be accompanied with its own safety instructions.

PRACTICAL TIPS

1- Choose fresh fruits and vegetables and wash them thoroughly.

This machine has been designed to juice fruits and vegetables with high water content, such as:

Hard fruits and vegetables: apples, pears, carrots, celery, pineapples, peaches, etc.

Soft fruits and vegetables: mandarin oranges, tomatoes, kiwis, oranges, grapes, watermelon, etc.

- Hard, fibrous fruits and vegetables must be cut into pieces within 2 to 4cm in size, and between 1 to 2cm thick.

- For hard fruits and vegetables with long fibres and leafy vegetables (such as celery), stems should be cut into pieces within 2 to 4cm long, and leaves should be rolled up before juicing.

- For fruits and vegetables with thick skins, or hard pits or seeds, the skins, pits and seeds should be removed before juicing.

- Frozen fruits and vegetables must be thawed before juicing.

2- For Ice Cream and Coulis functions :

- Fruits that can be made into ice-cream in this machine: banana, mango, strawberry, red berries...

- Fruits that can be made into jams and purees in this machine: strawberries, tomatoes, chillies...

For Ice Cream, never insert frozen fruit through the big feeding tube. Always use the small one to avoid overload or safety break. Please let the fruit thaw for 5 min before starting to make the ice cream. Never use this function to make crushed ice.

3- For best juicing results, adjust the juicing strength according to the hardness of the fruits and vegetables by turning the adjustment lever.

For soft fruits and vegetables, turn the lever (F) to the "Closed" position.

For hard fruits and vegetables, turn the lever (F) to the "Open" position.

4- Inserting hard ingredients can block the appliance. If this happens, use the Reverse function for a few seconds.

To use Reverse function, push Reverse button (3) for 5 seconds.

If it stays blocked:

- Open the cover (B), clean the juicing screw (C) and the filter (D) and then re-assemble - Cut the ingredients into smaller pieces.

5- Add the fruits and vegetables into the juicer sequentially. Add the next batch only after the previous batch has been processed.

- For better juicing effect, juice low-fibre fruits and vegetables like carrots together with fibrous fruits and vegetables like celery.

- When juicing carrots, cut each carrot lengthwise into 4 pieces.

- Fruits and vegetables that are not entirely fresh have lower water contents, and will produce less juice.

- When juicing fruits and vegetables that have been left in the refrigerator for a few days, soak them in water to allow them to absorb an adequate amount of water before juicing.

- Kudzu, sugar canes and other fruits and vegetables with especially hard fibres cannot be juiced.

- Do not use ice in this machine.

- Do not use this machine for juicing fruits and vegetables with high oil contents.

- Bananas, soft mangoes and other fruits and vegetables that are soft and mushy do not juice well with this machine.

- For better juicing effect, juice soft fruits with high sugar contents together with hard fruits with high water contents. For example, you can juice apples together with pears. Not only does this add a new flavour to the juice, it also makes juicing more effective.

6- For better juicing performance, we advise to regularly clean the filter and the juice bowl.

7- After use, it is advisable to clean the appliance as quickly as possible to avoid the accumulation of dried food in the appliance. To make cleaning easier, you can first rinse it by pouring a glass of water through the feed tube during operation.

Common faults Handling method
The appliance cannot be turned on Check	if the plug has been plugged in properly.Check if the juicing jug has been fitted properly.
The appliance will not start, and the indicator lamp flashes	Check if the juicing or jam bowl has been fitted properly, and check if the safety lid is properly aligned.
The appliance stopped suddenly during operation, and is beeping	Is the appliance is clogged from excessive feeding (too many pieces or pieces too large)?Put the appliance into “Reverse” mode and let it run for 5 seconds.Has the appliance entered its safety mode after working continuously for more than 20 minutes?Solution: Allow the appliance to rest for 30 minutes, then try again.If you are unable to restart the appliance, get in touch with our customer service.
The filter has been scratched The gap between the filter and the rubber scraper is very small; do not run the appliance when empty.
Very little juice is extracted Water content varies between different fruits and vegetables.Fruits and vegetables also produce less juice when they lose their freshness.
There is a lot of water in the pulp When juicing soft fruits and vegetables, check that the pulp lever control is in the “Closed” position.
The rubber scraper does not rotate during operation	Check if the gear (L) at the base of the juice bowl has not deteriorated, if so contact your customer service
The juicing bowl shakes slightly when the machine is turned on	Slight shaking of the juicing bowl during operation is normal.
The safety lid cannot be opened after juicing	There could be too much residual pulp in the machine. Turn the lever (F) in open position, press the reverse button and allow the machine to run in reverse mode for 5 seconds.If you are unable to resolve the problem after trying the above, get in touch with our customer service.
