DEUSAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Read these instructions carefully and keep them with you so that you can consult them later on.

This device should not be used by children. Keep the device and its cable out of the reach of children.

This device can be used by persons with limited physical, sensory or cognitive capacities or who lack adequate experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or receive instructions for the safe use of the device and insofar as they fully understand the potential dangers.

Children must not use the device as a toy.

Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and upkeep should not be performed by children unless they are over the age of 8 and are under supervision.

The complete instructions for safely cleaning the device are specied in the "Upkeep" section of this manual.

Avoid thermal shocks to the glass bowl and in particular very rapid cooling (always respect a maximum temperature difference of 70° C)

The blades are very sharp and precautions must be taken during handling of the sharp cutting blades and when emptying and cleaning the bowl to avoid any risk of injury.

Always wait for the complete stopping of the motor of the unit before removing the bowl from its base.

To avoid all risk of splashing, be careful not to exceed 1.5 liter of liquid in the blender.

In order to avoid all risk of leaks, position the seal on the blade unit before installing the blender.

To avoid the risk of any leakage, ensure that you place the seal around the blade assembly before installing the blender.

The cable that is used is a 0.75 mm² H05VV-F 3 G. When you unwrap your unit, carefully remove all of the securing elements and bags and labels from the packaging.

Make sure that all of the parts and accessories are present and intact.

Fully unwind the cable and carefully examine it before use.

Before using your unit, thoroughly clean all of the parts in water with soap or dishwashing liquid added.

Flip your glass bowl upside down.

Place the silicone seal around the blade assembly.

Place the blade and seal assembly in the glass bowl.

Position the tightening ring, screw clockwise and tighten.

Position the glass bowl on the base and turn it clockwise until you hear a "click" xing it in place, tighten further if necessary.

Plug in the power cord. “click!“

Put all of the ingredients in the glass bowl without going beyond the last graduation (1500ml).

For a homogeneous mixture, put the liquid ingredients in rst and then add the solid ingredients.

Place the lid on the glass bowl, push it down rmly and turn clockwise to lock it in place. Make sure that the notches on the lid are correctly positioned in the bars on the sides of the glass bowl. Don't forget to put the measuring cap in the hole in the lid by placing the bars in the lid's notches, then lock it in place by turning it clockwise.

Ingredients (for about 8 small glasses): 6 scoops of vanilla or chocolate ice cream – 40cl of milk – 8 ice cubes. Put the ice cubes in the blender's bowl and mix for a few seconds to get crushed ice. Add the ice and milk to your blender's bowl, then mix. Serve the milk-shake immediately. ICED COFFEE Ingredients: 15cl of coffee – 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar – 30cl of milk – ice cubes. Put about 10 ice cubes in the blender's bowl and mix for a few seconds to get crushed ice. Switch the blender on again. Put the coffee, the sugar and the milk in the bowl of your blender. Start the blender again. Serve immediately. You can add ice cubes. MANGO LASSI Ingredients: 4 jars of plain yogurt – 1 glass of whole milk – 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar – one mango – peeled and cut into small pieces – 2 bananas – 10cl of apple juice. Put all of the ingredients in the glass bowl of the blender. Blend the mixture. Serve with ice cubes.

APPLE STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients: 250g of strawberries – 2 bananas – 10cl of apple juice. Put all of the ingredients in the glass bowl of the blender. Blend the mixture. Serve with ice cubes. 54MOJITO Ingredients: 30 mint leaves – 8 demitasse spoons of brown sugar – juice of 2 limes – 180ml of Cuban White Rum – 250ml of sparkling water – 10 ice cubes. Squeeze the limes and put the juice in the glass bowl of the blender with the rum, the sugar and the ice cubes. Mix for

seconds until the ice cubes are crushed. Then add the sparkling water and mint and mix on low speed for a few seconds. Serve. N.B.: Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, to be consumed with moderation.

Ingredients: 500ml of coconut milk – 250ml of pineapple juice – 250ml of white rum. Put all of the ingredients in the glass bowl of the blender. Blend the mixture. Serve. TOMATO GAZPACHO Ingredients (for a mixture of approx. 1.5L): 6 tomatoes – 1 cucumber – 1 onion – 1 red bell pepper – 1 yellow bell pepper – 2 cloves of garlic – 4 tablespoons of wine vinegar – 4 tablespoons of olive oil – juice of one lemon – 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate – 1/2 glass of water – basil – hot pepper – salt and pepper. Peel, take out the seeds, and cut the tomatoes into pieces, peel and coarsely chop the cucumber and onion, hull and remove the seeds from the bell peppers and cut them into strips, peel and crush the cloves of garlic. Add the water and these ingredients to the blender before adding the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, basil and tomato paste and mix. Add salt, pepper, and hot pepper. If you prefer a more uid texture, add some water. You can also put the preparation through a conical strainer for a gazpacho which is smooth and without pulp. Keep in refrigerator until serving.

Ingredients: 900g of carrots – vegetable broth – 45g of butter – 45g of crème fraiche – salt and pepper – powdered nutmeg. Wash the carrots, peel them and cut them into sections. Cook them for 20 minutes in the vegetable broth. Put them in the blender and add the melted butter, fresh cream, salt and pepper, then nutmeg. Blend the mixture. Keep warm on a very low heat.
