Assembly instructions

• Danger of suffocation for children!

• Never allow children to play with packaging materials when unsupervised. Danger of Injury!

• Do not place loads that exceed 110kg on the article.

• Check the article before initial use for damage or signs of wear and tear. Make sure that all connecting elements are sufficiently tightened. The article may only be used when in perfect condition!

• Tighten each individual screw before using the article.

• Place the article only on solid, even ground.

• Risk of injury if article is incorrectly assembled! Danger of Bruised Fingers!

• The article may only be erected by adults. Take care not to trap your fingers when fold- ing and unfolding the article. Caution!

• Always supervise your children. The article is not a toy or a climbing aid. Make sure that nobody stands on the head or foot sections of the article.

• The article can also be used as a transport aid, although it is not designed for transport- ing people!

• Secure the product in extreme weather condi- tions, e.g. strong winds. Store the product in protected rooms. Assembly Footrest frame assembly Note: Keep the lounger folded while assem- bling the footrest frame.

1. Remove the cable binders and the packaging

material. Congratulations! You have chosen to purchase a high-quality product. Familiarise yourself with the product before using it for the first time. Read the following assembly instructions and the safety information carefully. Use the product only as described and only for the given areas of application. Store these assembly instructions carefully. When passing the product on to third parties, please also hand over all accompanying documents. Scope of Delivery (fig. 2. Pull the inner rods (1b) out of the main

3. Insert the narrow ends of the inner rods into

the end of the footrest frame (2) until the holes are directly above one another (fig. B).

4. Fix the inner rods and the footrest frame using

the screws (6) (fig. C).

5. Insert the footrest frame into the main frame

with the bracket facing downwards (fig. D).

6. Screw the cross bar (1c) to the footrest frame

(fig. E). Note: Make sure that the bracket on the foot- rest frame is facing downwards. Wheel assembly

1. Insert the pin (10) into the hinge (1d). The

pin should be inserted far enough into the hinge that the threaded hole and the hole on the axle rod are exactly above one another (fig. F - G).

2. Now fasten the short screw (7) in the thread-

3. The wheel (4) is now pushed onto the pin and

fixed using the washer (8) and the cap nut (9) (fig. H). Use the included tools for this task. Sunroof assembly

1. Loosen the pre-mounted locking screws and

the sleeves from the rod (5).

2. Insert the longer screw through the main frame

from the inside to the outside.

3. Attach the sleeve with the wider pipe insert

and fasten the rod with the locking screw (fig. I).

4. The sunroof (3) is fixed in the same way using

the shorter screw and the sleeve with the narrower pipe insert. Using as a Transport Aid To use the article as a transport aid, fold the sun shade down so that it lies flat on the surface of the article, and then raise the foot frame (fig. J). The maximum carrying capacity is 20kg. Adjusting the Angle The angle of the backrest can be set to one of 5 levels (fig. K). Fold the back support completely flat down onto the seat and then pull up hori- zontally. You will hear audible ratchet sounds as you pull it up, enabling you to select the angle of incli-nation in individual steps. To reset the angle fold the backrest up past the vertical and then back down again. Storage, cleaning When not in use, always store the product clean and dry at room temperature. Only clean the product with a damp cloth and wipe dry afterwards. IMPORTANT! Never clean the product with harsh cleaning agents. Maintenance! Check the bolted connections regularly. Disposal Dispose of the article and the packaging materi- als in accordance with current local regulations. Packaging materials such as foil bags are not suitable to be given to children. Keep the pack- aging materials out of the reach of children. Dispose of the products and the packaging in an environmentally friendly manner. The recycling code is used to identify various materials for recycling. The code consists of the recycling symbol – which is meant to reflect the recycling cycle – and a number which identifies the material. Notes on the guarantee and service handling The product was produced with great care and under continuous quality control. DELTA-SPORT HANDELSKONTOR GmbH gives private end customers a three-year guarantee on this product from the date of purchase (guarantee period) in accordance with the following provisions.12 GB/IE The guarantee is only valid for material and manufacturing defects. The guarantee period is not extended by any repairs carried out under the guarantee, under statutory guarantees, or as a gesture of good- will. This also applies to replaced and repaired parts.
