How do I fill the water tank?

Unplug the appliance. Remove the water tank, unscrew the fill cap, fill with untreated tap water to the top, screw the cap back on and replace the tank.

Can I use distilled or demineralized water?

No, do not use pure distilled, demineralized, softened, scented, rain, filtered, bottled or boiled water. These waters can damage the appliance. Use only untreated tap water. If the water is very hard, mix 50% tap water with 50% distilled water.

How do I start the appliance?

Plug in the appliance and turn the steam control knob (G) to the left. The indicator light comes on. Wait about 1 minute for the appliance to heat up, then it is ready to use.

How do I adjust the steam amount?

Turn the steam control knob (G) to select the amount of steam suitable for the fabric. For best results, pass the steam jets from top to bottom over hanging garments.

Can I steam clothes while wearing them?

No, never steam a garment while wearing it. The steam is very hot. Always hang clothes on a hanger before steaming.

How do I use the special fabric brush?

The special fabric brush opens the fabric fibers for better steam penetration. Attach it to the steam nozzle after unplugging and cooling the appliance. Use the clamp for more precise steaming.

Why is water leaking from the steam head?

This can happen if the steam head is too low or damaged. Raise the head to a higher position to allow steam to circulate normally. If the problem persists, check that the head is not damaged.

This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision. If the supply cord is damaged it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.

Care should be taken when using the appliance due to the emission of steam.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

In the first use they can break off odours or fumes that sent quickly. Do not spray for the first time on clothes and there may be traces of dirt on the steam head.

Remove the mains plug from the wall socket before filling (or emptying) the garment

Insert the telescopic aluminium rod in the holders, then open the aluminium rod lock and expand the telescopic aluminium then close the aluminium rod lock to fix them. Insert the hanger in the top.

Install the steam pipe fixed button press and turn the left to the position lock.

Take out the water tank and unscrew the filler plug. Fill the water tank to the top and screw the filler cup. Your appliance was designed to operate using untreated tap water and Return the water tank to its place on the appliance then plug it in.

Do not use pure demineralised or pure distilled water, water from clothes dryers, scented or softened water, rain water, filtered, bottled or boiled water, water from refrigerators, batteries or air conditioners as these may damage the appliance. These types of water contain organic waste, mineral elements that become concentrated when heated and cause spitting, brown staining, leaking or premature wear on your appliance. If your water is very hard, mix 50% untreated tap water with 50% distilled water.

HOW TO USE

Before the using please check the fabric's label for recommendations.

We recommended that you test acrylic, nylon or other synthetic fabrics in an inconspicuous area to ensure these fabrics are not damaged by hot steam.

Use clothes in the hanger to iron.

Plug-in the appliance and turn the button to left (G) the light is brighter. Wait approximately 1min, the appliance is ready to use. You can choose the quantity of the steam that you need accordingly the fabric.

For optimal use, pass the steam jets over your garment from top to bottom.

As steam is very hot: never attempt to remove creases from a garment while it is being worn, always hang garments on a clothes hanger.

The fabric brush opens the weaves of the fabrics for better steam penetration, and the clamp if you want to do creases in your clothes. Before removing or attaching the steam brush or clamp, unplug your appliance and allow it to cool down.

During use or while unit is heating or cooling do not rest appliance on its head. Place the product on a stable, heat resistant, flat surface, as the head will be hot. As the appliance heats, the housing becomes warm. This is normal.

Remove the main plug from the wall socket. Wait for an hour for your appliance to cool before storing.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

After use it, please remove the water tank, empty the water tank completely, and then return the water tank to its place.

Before cleaning the garment steamer ensure it is unplugged from the power supply and has completely cooled down.

Do not use abrasive cleaners.

To clean exterior surfaces, use a damp soft cloth and wipe dry. Do not use any chemical solvents, as these will damage the surface.

If the appliance will not be using for a long time, it is recommended that the water will be completely drained, for this purpose turn open the drainage button (l) of the main unit, and let the water come out. Put the cover back at the same position.

The warranty must be fully completed and delivered along with the receipt or delivery docket for the effective exercise of rights under this warranty.

Claims must take place within three years from delivery of the product according to the provisions of the warranty, and the consumer must inform the sales vendor of the lack of conformity, provided that such claim is made within the statutory period of warranty.
