Instruction Manual Thank you for choosing our product. We hope you will enjoy using the appliance. Symbols in this Instruction Manual Important information for your safety is specially marked. It is essential to comply with these instructions in order to avoid accidents and prevent damage to the appliance:

- The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This appliance is not t for commercial use.
- Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
- When cleaning or putting it away, switch off the appliance and always pull out the plug from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and remove the attached accessories.
- The appliance and the mains lead have to be checked regularly for signs of damage. If damage is found the appliance must not be used.
- Use only original spare parts.
- In order to ensure your children’s safety, please keep all packaging (plastic bags, boxes, polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

- Make sure that the motor casing is not wet. Switching on a wet motor can result in electric shock or short circuit.
- The blades of the knives are very sharp!
- Exercise the necessary care when handling the knives! There is a risk of injury especially when inserting / removing the knife!
- Do not touch moving parts. Always wait until such parts have come to a complete stop.
- Make sure to keep long hair away from the appliance during operation.

- Do not repair the appliance by yourself. Always contact an authorized technician. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly quali- ed persons in order to avoid a hazard.
- This appliance shall not be used by children.

- Children shall not play with the appliance.

- Do not chop very hard ingredients with this appliance, such as ice cubes, nutmeg or larger pieces of cooking chocolate. The blade can be damaged!
- The motor housing must not be immersed in water for cleaning. Please observe the instructions that we have included for you in the chapter “Cleaning”.
- Ensure that the mains power cable does not touch hot surfaces (e. g. hot pots). Intended Use This appliance can be used to mix, beat, puree or crush foodstuffs. It is for instance suitable for preparing mayon- naise, dips, sauces, soups, baby food and milkshakes. The appliance is intended for amounts common in the private household. It is intended for the use in private households and similar applications. It is only to be used as instructed in this user manual. Any other use is not intended and can result in damages or personal injuries. The manufacturer assumes no liability for damages caused by improper use. Unpacking the Appliance
1. Remove the appliance from the package.
2. Remove all packaging material such as lms, ller, cable
3. Check the delivery contents for completeness.
4. Should the package contents be incomplete or damages
be found, do not take the appliance into operation. Take it immediately back to the dealer. NOTE: Dust or production residues can be located on the appliance. We recommend to clean the appliance as described under “Cleaning”. 1. Place the motor housing (2) on the mixing rod (3)
(see illustration A).
2. Tighten the motor housing in a clockwise direction by
turning it as far as it will go. Check that it is tight. Remove the Mixing Rod Remove the mixing rod from the motor housing by turning it briey in an anticlockwise direction. Whisk If you would like to use the whisk (5), replace the mixing rod by the adapter (4).
1. Lock the whisk into place by applying moderate pressure
to the drive-shaft of the adapter (see Illustration B).
2. Place the motor housing (2) on the adapter (4).
3. Tighten the motor housing in a clockwise direction by
turning it as far as it will go. Check that it is tight. Dicer
The multi-blade is very sharp! Danger of injury!
1. Place the blade (7) (sharp edges facing downwards) on
the metal axle in the container.
2. Place the lid (6) level on the container and tighten it
(see Illustration C).
3. Place the motor housing in position and lock it into place
by turning in a clockwise direction. Notes for Use
- Chop up large pieces of solid food before mashing (max. Ø 1.5 cm) and add a little liquid.
- For optimum results using the egg whisk, use high- walled vessels that are not too large.
- The appliance is designed to process only small quantities of food! Fill the container with the maximum quantities specied in the table! Adapt the capacity to the foaming behaviour of the food to be mixed. Decrease the amount if necessary.
- Interrupt the process if the maximum speed is too slow. Reduce the quantity of the food being mixed. First break up any solid food.
WARNING: Risk of Injury!
The motor overtravels. Wait for the assembled acces- sory to stop running.
- Short-time operating: The appliance is designed to be operated for short periods of a maximum of 60 seconds. Before using again, allow to cool for approx. 60 seconds.
- Do not process hot food. There is a risk of injury from hot liquids. The attachments are also only suitable for a temperature of up to 60 °C. Two-level Control Switch (1) Level : This provides the slowest speed and cannot be regulated. Level : This provides the maximum speed and cannot be regulated.
- You can achieve pulse operation by pressing the button at intervals and then releasing it.

- The appliance switches itself off when the button is released.

- Pull out the plug from the socket after use. Clean and put the appliance away as described in “Cleaning”. 1. Make sure that the plug is not inserted! Unwind the
mains lead completely.
2. Select an accessory. Please note the section “Attaching

4. Place the food into the mixing bowl. Insert the mixing rod
or whisk completely. Keep the appliance upright. In this way you avoid spatters.
5. Hold the appliance in such a way that you are able to
operate the two-level control switch (1) with your ngers.
6. Only connect the appliance to a properly installed safety

NOTE: Of course, you can chop also other foods that are not specied herein. In order to determine the maximum time for a type of food that is not specied herein, compare it with the hardness of another type of food provided in the table, i. e. an Apple has the same insistence of onion.
5. Seal the bowl again with the lid; the recesses on the
lower edge of the lid and on the upper edge of the bowl must interlock.
6. Place the motor casing on the upper opening of the lid
and fasten the multi-dicer by turning it to the right.
7. Only connect the appliance to a properly installed safety
socket. Allow the multi-dicer to stand on the surface dur- ing operation until you remove the multi-blade (7). Hold the multi-dicer rmly with a hand.
8. Press one of the buttons on the two-level control switch.
1. Release the motor housing from the multi-dicer by turn-
ing it and then remove it from the lid.
2. Remove the lid and pull the multi-blade out carefully. .
The multi-blade is very sharp! Danger of injury!
3. Pour the contents of the container into a container or

- Under no circumstances should you immerse the motor housing in water in order to clean it. Otherwise this might result in an electric shock or re.

- Do not immerse the gear unit for the egg whisk (4) in water! Wipe it using only a damp cloth.
- Do not ll the bowl with boiling water. NOTE:
- To pre-clean the accessories, ll a container with hot water and operate the whisk and / or the mixing rod in it as described under “Operation”.
- Some foods such as carrots or eggs can discolour the plastic. Remove such discolouration with a cloth moistened with vegetable oil.
- To clean thoroughly, detach the stick blender or egg whisk from the motor housing.
- Removable parts which have come into contact with food (tool and container) can be cleaned in soapy water. You can add a commercially available washing-up liquid.
- Rub the outside of the motor casing with a moist towel to clean it when necessary and then wipe it with a dry cloth. Storage
- Clean the appliance as described and allow it to dry.
- After cleaning, store the mixing rod in the accessory holder supplied (see illustration D). Tighten the attach- ments and the mixing rod with one clockwise turn to prevent the attachments from falling down.
- We recommend that you keep the appliance in the origi- nal packaging if it will not be used for long periods.
