Do not leave Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M unaccompanied and unattended during operation. When using your appliance for the first time, simply put water into coffee pot and operate your appliance then discard the waste water. Do not start brewing coffee process without putting water/milk into coffee pot. There is water-secure security implementation in your appliance. In case operating without water, the appliance will shut off after a while and will not be rerun until it cools down. Do not put any material into coffee pot except water,milk, coffee and sugar. with any heater. (Ex: on oven, microwave oven etc.) Serve your brewed coffee with cup, do not drink from the coffee pot. To handle/carry the coffee pot always use a carrying handle Please, unplug from outlet your appliance before cleaning and allow coffee pot to cool. Please find detailed information about cleaning the appliance on Cleaning and Maintenance section. Always unplug Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M when the coffeemaker is not in use for a long time and/or a malfunction occurs and/or poses a danger. While pulling the plug NEVER pull at grid cable; always pull the plug itself. Make sure that you unplug from outlet when cleaning and maintenance application. Wipe off the main body of the appliance before first use. Wipe off the outside of the coffee pot with a damp cloth. In the first use, after putting water into the coffee pot at MAX level, operate the machine and discard the waste water and allow the appliance to cool. Your Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M Coffee Machine heats during use, therefore do not touch hot surfaces. You can only make turkish coffee or milk coffee with your coffee machine Do not use any liquids or solution. You can make coffee for 1-5 people with your Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M Turkish Coffee Machine. The maximum capacity for milk coffee mode is 4 cups. When you plug in your appliance and then press the on/off button on the control panel, all the led lights on the panel will flash once with the beep sound and all the leds will light up. Put required quantity of water or milk into coffee pot according to the number of people. Use Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M measuring spoon to put exact required quantity of Turkish coffee. Add required quantity of sugar. Make sure the mixture in the coffee pot does not exceed the max level inside the coffee pot. To prepare 1 cup of Turkish coffee in milk mode, half a cup of water, half a cup of milk and half a measure of Turkish coffee should be used. Once you place your appliance on energy transmission base and press the desired mode button, the selected mode light will turn on and the other mode lights will turn off. When the brewing process starts, the mixer in the coffee pot automatically will mix your coffee. After brewing process has finished, your appliance will give a warning beep for 10 seconds and selected mode light will flash. Never displace the coffee pot during brewing process In case that you displace the coffee pot during brewing process for any reason, the appliance will give a warning beep and all function buttons on the control panel will turn off. You can easily take the coffee pot to serve when brewing process is done. Always clean the coffee pot after each use. Do not wash the coffee pot under the tap water, you can wipe the outside of it with a damp cloth. DO NOT wash coffee pot in dishwasher.24 ARZUM OKKA RICH SPIN M

Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M has a smart auto brewing altitude detection system enabling you to make Turkish coffee with the same flavor anywhere in the world, by determining the ideal brewing temperature in the place where it is present. The brewing point of the water depends on the altitude difference based on the sea level. Therefore, you can manually set the brewing point of the appliance when the altitude difference based on used of your appliance. a. Plug in the device. b. Press the On/Off button on the control panel. c. All leds on the control panel will flash and give the warning beep. ç. Remove the coffee pot from its slot. d. Press the Classic and Slow buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. e. After the beep sound, the LEDs of the Classic and Slow modes will start to flash and then the manual calibration mode will be activated. f. Place the coffee pot into its slot by putting a minimum of 180 ml (3 cups) of water into the coffee pot. g. Wait for the water in the coffee pot to come to a rolling boil. h. When the calibration process is completed, your appliance will give a warning beep for 10 seconds and function leds of Classic and Slow mode will flash.

i. Once remove the coffee pot from its slot, the appliance will beep and

all leds will turn off.

BREWING TEMPERATURE SETTING

You can bring the coffee to the desired temperature by increasing or decreasing the brewing temperature of the coffee. Increasing the temperature:

All leds on the control panel will flash once.EN

Remove the coffee pot from its slot.

Press the Strong and Milk buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. After the beep sound, the leds of the Strong and Milk modes will start to flash and then the manual brewing temperature setting mode will be activated. You can increase the temperature by pressing the milk mode button. The temperature is increased by 1 C° in every press of the button. The allowable temperature rise is max. 1°C. Decreasing the temperature:

Plug in your appliance.

All leds on the control panel will flash once.

Remove the coffee pot from its slot.

Press the Strong and Milk buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. After the beep sound, the leds of the Strong and Milk modes will start to flash and then the manual brewing temperature setting mode will be activated. You can decrease the temperature by pressing the Strong Mode button. The temperature is decreased by 1°C in every press of this button. The allowable temperature decrease is max. 3°C.

Arzum OKKA Rich Spin M, is designed to prepare Turkish coffee in 4 different modes (Classic, Strong, Slow and Milk)

1. Plug in your appliance

2. Press the On/Off button on the panel.

Note: For delicious coffee, make sure that inside of the coffee pot is clean.

3. With the exception of the milk mode, the

appliance can make coffee up 5 people at a time, and in the milk mode up 4 people at a time.26 ARZUM OKKA RICH SPIN M Pay attention not to exceed water-coffee- sugar mixture or milk mixture beyond the MAX level line in the coffee pot as the size of cups you are using may differ. Otherwise, the coffee may not be brewed well and / or may overflow from the coffee pot. To prepare 1 cup of Turkish coffee in milk mode, half a cup of water, half a cup of milk and half a measure of Turkish coffee should be used.

4. Place the coffee pot in the appliance.

Note: If the Coffee pot is not in the place or not place in its slot, all leds on the control panel will remain off but coffee pot is not in the place warning light and ambient lighting will continue to light.

5. Depending on the type of coffee as you

want, press the KLASİK/CLASSIC button for Classic Turkish Coffee, SERT/STRONG button for Strong Turkish Coffee, KÖZDE/ SLOW BREW button for Slow Turkish Coffee, SUTLU/MILK COFFEE button for Milk Turkish Coffee.

6. When any brewing mode is selected,

a beep sound will be heard and only the white led of the selected brewing mode will remain on and the brewing process will start.

Note: Duration of brewing may vary depending on ambient temperature, water/milk temperature and mains voltage. On subsequent brewing process, the duration may shorten as the appliance will be hotter.

8. After brewing process has finished,

your appliance will give warning beep for 10 seconds and the led light and ambient lighting for the selected brewing mode will flash.

9. After brewing process has finished, you

can serve your coffee by pouring into the cup.

10. If you displace the coffee pot before

the brewing process is over, the red colored warning light that coffee pot is not in its place and all function lights will flash and your appliance will give a warning sound and finish the brewing process. If the coffee pot is put back after being removed, the brewing process will not continue.

5. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Please, unplug from outlet your appliance before cleaning and allow coffee pot to cool. NEVER wash the coffee pot by means of immersing it into water, under water or wash in the dishwasher. With the exception of the coffee pot, wipe the main body of the appliance, including the energy transmission base, only with a dry or damp cloth, NEVER plunge it into water or wash in the dishwasher. Do not clean any of the appliance accessories with harsh and chemical cleaners (bleach, hydrochloric acid, etc.) except the cleaners used for this type of appliances. Do not use abrasive cleaners, metal objects, hard sponges, wire brushes or harsh cleaners to clean the appliance.28 ARZUM OKKA RICH SPIN M Removing Calcification Lime inside the water used in time may pile up inside the coffee pot and thus may reduce the performance of your appliance. You can clean your appliance’s cooking pot with a decalcifying product specific to electrical kitchen appliances or you may try environmental friendly solutions such as white vinegar. To clean the cooking container with white vinegar; fill white vinegar in your appliance enough to cover the base and wait for 1 hour, and after that, empty the vinegar and wash your appliance with clean water for 2-3 times.
