1. Power/Start-Stop Button: Once the unit is plugged in, the Power Button will light up and
screen shows the off mode of the unit. By pressing the Power Button once activate the digital screen and pressing twice automatically starts the cooking process at the default temperature of 180℃ and time of 15 min. While the air fryer is in working mode by pressing the Power Button for few moments continuously, causes the display enters in off mode immediately and the buzzer beeps 5 times, turning off the appliance and leaving the cooking process uncompleted. The fan will continue running for 10 sec. to cool down the Unit.
2. Minus and Plus Buttons: While in function, use these buttons to increase or decrease the
temperature and time as per desire.
3. Temperature and Time Control Button: There is one single button to control and change
the time and temperature value, pressing once this button enables you to raise or lower cooking temperature by 5℃ intervals ranging from 65℃ to 200℃. And pressing twice the same button enables you to select exact cooking time by changing, from 1 to 60 min. For all modes except when dehydrating.
4. LED Digital Display: The Digital Numeric Display shows the remaining Temperature and
Time during the cooking process.
5. Preset Cooking Menus: There are 8 pre-established menus in this air fryer. To select any
one of those press Menu button “M” and the first pre-established menu icon starts blinking, to keep changing the menu options, press again until the desired menu icon blinks (Note: The Temperature and time for every single menu has already been fixed as default time and temperature). Once selected the desired menu either press the power button to start the cooking process or it will start automatically after five sec.
HOW TO OPERATE THE AIR FRYER
- Place the Basket with desired food and plug in the unit to the wall outlet
- Press the Power’ key and the screen panel will light on and the default temp ‘180ºC’ and default time ‘15:00’ appears on to the control panel and unit is under default mode of operation.
- Touch the "temp / timer" toggle key to change the temperature and time function in order to change the time and temperature settings with the help of the "+" and "-" buttons.
- To cook food in any of the preset menu cooking modes, touch the Menu button “M” and the menu options will start flashing. Press and hold the Menu button until the desired menu option flashes.
- After selecting the menu option, press the Start / Pause button to start the cooking function.

But most of the times it is not easy to remember to stop the air fryer, shake the food and start again. Auto reminder function to shake the food in halfway through process So this model of air fryer has “auto reminder” function, which reminds you with the help of simply “5” times beep signal and control panel flashing with “000” for about 20s to shake or stir the food. Functioning of the auto reminder fuction The automatic reminder function is preestablished on the fryer and will work as long as the total process time is equal to or greater than “12” minutes in both preset and personalized menus. Assuming a 12 minute menu has been set. During the first 2/3 of the time (8 minutes) it will do the normal cooking and when 1/3 (4 minutes) of time remained left, the display will show “000”, it will begin to flash for about 20 seconds and a beep will sound “5 ”Times to remind you that you can shake or stir the food. This is time to remove the basket from the fryer. Once removed, the process will stop and the front panel will turn off. Stir the food and place the air fryer basket back into its position and the air fryer activates automatically in order to complete the cooking process where it had left off. And in case if you don’t want to stir the food, after 20sec. till the cooking process was suspended, the fryer starts working until the completion of the cooking procedure.

Place a baking tin or oven dish in the air fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry fragile ingredients or filled ingredients You can also use the Air fryer to reheat ingredients. 1. Clean the appliance after every use.
2. The pan and the non-stick coating basket: do not use metal kitchen utensils or
abrasive cleaning materials to clean them, as this may damage the non-stick coating.
3. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket and let the appliance cool down.
Note: Remove the pan to let the air fryer cool down more quickly.
4. After cooking, frying basket and inner pot should not be placed directly on the countertop to

5. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
6. Clean the pan, separator and basket with hot water, some cleaning liquid and a non-abrasive

Put the mains plug in an earthed wall socket. You have not set the timer. Set the time to the required preparation time to switch on the appliance. The ingredients fried with the air fryer are not done. The amount of ingredients is much more in the basket compare to the basket size. Put smaller batches of ingredients in the basket. Smaller batches are fried more evenly. The set temperature is too low. Set the temperature to the required temperature setting (see section ‘settings’ in chapter ‘Using the appliance’). The preparation time is too short. Set the time to the required preparation time (see section ‘Settings’ in chapter’ Using the appliance’). The ingredients are half fried or unevenly fried in the air fryer. Certain types of ingredients need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time. Ingredients that lie on top or across each other (e.g. fries) need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time. See section ‘Settings’ in chapter ‘Using the appliance’. Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer. You used a type of snacks meant to be prepared in a traditional deep fryer. Use oven snacks or lightly brush some oil on to the snacks for a crispier result. I cannot slide the pan into the appliance properly. There are too much ingredients in the basket. Do not fill the basket beyond the MAX indication even try to fill Little less. The basket is not placed in the pan correctly. Push the basket down into the pan until you hear a click. White smoke comes out of the appliance. You are preparing greasy ingredients. When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer, a large amount of oil will leak into the pan. White smoke is caused by grease heating up in the pan . make sure you clean the pan properly after each use. French fries are fried unevenly in the air fryer. You did not use the right potato type. Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay firm during frying. You did not rinse the potato sticks properly before you fried them. Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove the starch from outside of the sticks. French fries are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer. The crispiness of the fries depends on the amount of oil and water in the fries. Make sure you dry the potato sticks properly before you add the oil. Cut the potato sticks smaller for a crispier result. Add slightly more oil for a crispier result. IMPORTANT:

The preparation time is too short. Set the time to the required preparation time (see section ‘Settings’ in chapter’ Using the appliance’). The ingredients are half fried or unevenly fried in the air fryer. Certain types of ingredients need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time. Ingredients that lie on top or across each other (e.g. fries) need to be shaken halfway through the preparation time. See section ‘Settings’ in chapter ‘Using the appliance’. Fried snacks are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer. You used a type of snacks meant to be prepared in a traditional deep fryer. White smoke comes out of the appliance. You are preparing greasy ingredients. When you fry greasy ingredients in the air fryer, a large amount of oil will leak into the pan. White smoke is caused by grease heating up in the pan . make sure you clean the pan properly after each use. French fries are fried unevenly in the air fryer. You did not use the right potato type. Use fresh potatoes and make sure they stay firm during frying. You did not rinse the potato sticks properly before you fried them. Rinse the potato sticks properly to remove the starch from outside of the sticks. French fries are not crispy when they come out of the air fryer. The crispiness of the fries depends on the amount of oil and water in the fries. Make sure you dry the potato sticks properly before you add the oil.
