RM3000 ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS Thank you for purchasing a Concept product. We wish you much joy with your new appliance every day you use it. Please read the instruction manual carefully before initial use. To refer to this manual any time you need to, we recommend you to keep it in a safe place. And please pass it to any future owner of the appliance. IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
- Do not use the appliance in any other way than as described in this manual.
- Remove all the covering and marketing materials from the appliance before the first use.
- Make sure the mains voltage corresponds to the values on the rating plate of the appliance.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended when it is switched on or connected to the mains.
- Disconnect the appliance from the electrical outlet if it is not being used.
- When disconnecting the appliance from the wall outlet, never pull the power cord, grasp the plug end and disconnect it by removing it from the receptacle.
- Do not allow children or unauthorized people to handle the appliance, use it out of their reach.
- Persons with reduced mobility, reduced sensory perception, mental disadvantage or persons not familiar with the operation must use the appliance only under the supervision of responsible person, who is familiar with the instructions.
- Pay extra attention if the appliance is used near children.

- Do not allow the power cord to hang freely over the edge of the worktop where children might reach it.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors or on a wet surface, there is a risk of electric shock.

- Do not use the appliance with a damaged cord or plug and have it repaired immediately by an authorized service centre.
- Do not use the power cord to move or handle the appliance.
- Keep the appliance away from heat sources such as radiators, ovens, etc. Protect it from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Do not touch the appliance with wet hands.
- When installing accessories, cleaning and maintenance or in the event of a malfunction, switch off the appliance and disconnect the plug from the electrical outlet.
- The appliance is only suitable for home use and is not intended for commercial use.
- Do not immerse the power cord, plug or appliance in water or any other liquid.
- Check the appliance and the power cord for damage regularly. Never switch on a damaged appliance.
- Do not touch moving parts when using the appliance.
- Keep your hair, fingers and cloth away from the moving parts of the appliance.
- Pay extra attention when handling the adapters, the blades are very sharp and can cause injury.
- The appliance accessories must not be used in a microwave oven.
- Immediately after switching off the motor and unplugging the power cord, some parts may be still moving for a while. Wait until they stop completely.
- Use the appliance for food processing only.
- The maximum allowable temperature of processed food is 80 °C. Do not use the appliance for boiling food!
- Do not repair the appliance yourself. Contact an authorized service centre.
- Do not leave the appliance switched on unattended.
- Never bypass the safety switches.
- Place the appliance on a smooth, flat and stable work surface.
- Do not insert the plug into the wall outlet without installing all the necessary accessories.
- This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and maintenance performed by the user must not be carried out by children unless they are 8 years old and under supervision. Children aged under 8 years of age must be kept away from the appliance and its power cord. Do not let children play with the appliance.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Note: Do not exceed the maximum continuous operating time (KB max), see the table of technical parameters. Whipping
1. Place the work bowl on the body of the appliance and secure it by turning it counter-
clockwise (the arrows shown on the work bowl and on the appliance body are opposite each other when seated correctly).
2. Place the spindle extension on the coupling inside the work bowl.
3. Place the set of whisks on the spindle extension inside the work bowl.
4. Now put the ingredients in the bowl. Do not exceed the maximum permitted
amount of ingredients marked by the line on the work bowl.
5. Place the lid on the work bowl and secure it by turning it counter-clockwise (the
arrows shown on the lid and the handle of the work bowl are opposite each other when seated correctly).
6. Insert the plug into the wall outlet.
7. Use the speed control to switch on the appliance at speed 1 or 2.
8. After whipping is completed, turn the speed control to the “0/OFF” position and
remove the plug from the wall outlet.
9. The bowl can now be removed.
1. Put the food in the blender jar.
a. To separate the seeds (e.g. from strawberries) from the mixed food, insert the blender filter (8) into the jar and insert the food inside the filter.
2. Put the lid on the blender jar and secure it by turning it clockwise.
3. Put the stopper into the opening of the lid.
4. Place the blender jar on the appliance body and secure it by turning it counter-

6. Use the speed control to switch on the appliance at speed 1 or 2 (depending on the
type of food being prepared).
7. Switch off the appliance by setting the speed control to the “0/OFF” position.
8. Disconnect the power cord from the socket.
9. The blender jar can now be removed.

3. Insert the required blade into the blade holder.
4. Place the blade holder on the spindle extension inside the work bowl.
5. Place the lid on the work bowl and secure it by turning it counter-clockwise (the
arrows shown on the lid and the handle of the work bowl are opposite each other when seated correctly).
6. Insert the plug into the wall outlet.
7. Use the speed control to switch on the appliance at speed 1 or 2 (depending on the
type of food being prepared).
8. Place the food in the feed tube exclusively using the pusher.
9. After grating is completed, turn the speed control to the “0/OFF” position and
remove the plug from the wall outlet.
10. The bowl can now be removed.
1. Assemble the blade set (see figure).
2. Place the spindle extension on the coupling inside the work bowl.
3. Place the dicing blade set on the spindle extension inside the work bowl.
4. Part of the blade set with the grid must be placed at the level of the bowl handle.
5. Place the lid on the work bowl and secure it by turning it counter-clockwise (the
arrows shown on the lid and the handle of the work bowl are opposite each other when seated correctly).
6. Place the work bowl on the body of the appliance and secure it by turning it
counter-clockwise (the arrows shown on the work bowl and the appliance body are opposite each other when seated correctly).
7. Insert the plug into the wall outlet.
8. Use the speed control to switch on the appliance at speed 1 or 2 (depending on the
food being prepared).
9. Place the food in the feed tube exclusively using the pusher.
10. After dicing is completed, turn the speed control to the “0/OFF” position and
remove the plug from the wall outlet.
11. The bowl can now be removed.

arrows shown on the lid and the handle of the work bowl are opposite each other when seated correctly).

6. Use the speed control to switch on the appliance at speed 1 or 2 (depending on the
food being prepared).
7. After chopping is completed, turn the speed control to the “0/OFF” position and
remove the plug from the wall outlet.
8. The bowl can now be removed.

4. Place the citrus cone on the juicer strainer.

6. Cut oranges or lemons in half. Place half of the citrus on the juicing cone and press
it lightly on the cone.
7. Use the speed control to switch on the appliance at speed 1 or 2 (depending on the
food being prepared).
8. After juicing is completed, turn the speed control to the “0/OFF” position and

6. The coffee grinder can now be removed.
Note: Pulse operation can be used for all functions: Turn the speed control to “P” position, the appliance operates at maximum power. When released, the speed control returns to the “0/OFF” position.60 61 ENEN RM3000 RM3000
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet before cleaning.
- Never immerse the base of the blender with a motor into the water!
- Do not use any sharp or abrasive cleaners.
- Only a damp cloth should be used to clean the outside of the cover.

- if the service life of certain product parts expires, e.g. for accumulators, bulbs, etc. The warranty does not apply to any products and services provided along with the product (gifts, promotional articles, etc.). Filing a complaint A complaint against a product defect must be filed as soon as identified, yet no later than before the end of the warranty term. The customer must file a product complaint with the dealer from which they have purchased the product, or with any authorised service centre, a list of which is included in the product package, or available at www. my-concept.com. While filing a product complaint, the product must be duly cleaned and securely packed so as to prevent any damage during its transport to an authorised service centre, where relevant, unless the product is delivered in person. The customer must submit proof of having concluded a purchase contract for the product by producing the receipt. While filing their complaint, the customer must indicate the noted defect and identify the preferred complaint application method. Complaints processing As long as the noted defect may be removed, the user has the right to have the defect duly removed free of charge on a timely basis. Where such a procedure is not reasonable with regard to the nature of the defect, the user may require to be supplied a new defect-free product (replacement), or, where the defect applies to a part of the product only, replacement of the part concerned. However, if replacement of the product or any part thereof is not proportionate with regard to the nature of the defect, especially if the defect can be removed without undue delay, the customer has the right to have the defect removed free of charge.
